Park hotell

We discovered bed bugs in our beds pretty quickly. When we tried to contact the hotel staff using the phone number provided, we couldn't reach anyone. We tried several times, but without success. Our email was also ignored. We moved to another hotel that same evening and are trying to get our money back, but so far without success, as the hotel is responding to minor attempts to contact them. The kitchen is not equipped as described.

Horrible experience. We had booked a whole week but checked out next day. The rooms are incomprehensible small, no wardrobes, horrible smell in bathroom, old bathroom like Eastern Europe 1982. The whole hotel is more of a hostel than hotel. There is nobody at the reception and the owners don’t respond on phone calls nor messages nor messages on Booking. Absolutely not a place for families. Outside: a parking lot with guys smoking and drinking. Reason for getting at least a 1, is the beds They were ok.

Small clean room|Limited parking in area. Hotel has a couple of parking spots at back.|Breakfast was OK, but was a cold breakfast. You could make toast. Coffee was good

Comfortable and well equipped room. The room size is on small side but very adequate for a short stay. Great location near to Bus and Train station as well as the harbour and the centre of town.

Park Hotell has an aura telling the customers: "We really don't like our hotel and don't want to work. We don't care about the atmosphere, breakfast, interior and anything that makes this place cosy. The only thing we care about is to inform our customers about is our toilet system. That's it.".

Never go there! We found bedbugs in the mattrasse. Called manager, he said he will cancel. He never refunded, never answered again. Save yourself this experience.

Its a very nice hotel if you are looking for privacy and secure place. The check in is after you book online or by calling, you get a code to get into the place by a coded outdoor and you room number. A reception sometimes with a receptionist. So its a long period recurrent visitors hotel. And the price is the best in Luleå. Very near to the center walking 2-5 minutes. Smedjecity. There you have strand, smedje and ”shoping” malls with a kind of different design from other typically similar malls in other cities in Sweden. Shopping gallery designed by Ralph Erskine with an art gallery in the 2-3 floor. Hotell rum is spacious and warm. Breakfast included. A shared kitchen and freg. also available. Tv with local channels. No chrome cast though. Andre the owner is a very nice guy and helpful. Am satisfied in my 4 weeks work trip…

I stayed one night 08/06/23 ~ 09/06/23 while moving from Norway to Finland. It's placed near Lulea Central Station. It just took 5minutes by walking. Here is small hotel but not bad.That's good. There was breakfast.
