Park hotell

Its a very nice hotel if you are looking for privacy and secure place. The check in is after you book online or by calling, you get a code to get into the place by a coded outdoor and you room number. A reception sometimes with a receptionist. So its a long period recurrent visitors hotel. And the price is the best in Luleå. Very near to the center walking 2-5 minutes. Smedjecity. There you have strand, smedje and ”shoping” malls with a kind of different design from other typically similar malls in other cities in Sweden. Shopping gallery designed by Ralph Erskine with an art gallery in the 2-3 floor. Hotell rum is spacious and warm. Breakfast included. A shared kitchen and freg. also available. Tv with local channels. No chrome cast though. Andre the owner is a very nice guy and helpful. Am satisfied in my 4 weeks work trip…

To be avoided !!!! They absolutely do not answer calls or emails even by pestering them, I even wanted to cancel my reservation but nothing to do, you receive the entry code the same day, at the last moment. I was forced to choose another hotel even though I had paid.

Nice little hotel, warm and cozy. Quite old and a bad smell in the bathroom but clean and everything in order. Ideal spot handy to everything.

I stayed one night 08/06/23 ~ 09/06/23 while moving from Norway to Finland. It's placed near Lulea Central Station. It just took 5minutes by walking. Here is small hotel but not bad.That's good. There was breakfast.

Rooms and bathrooms are small but they do their job. There can be some traffic noise at night (not constantly but can be annoying) Breakfast ok but with little variety

The five stars is not because this place is luxurious, but rather that it does everything very well and perfectly for a modest hotel. The staff are very polite and helpful. My room which was right next to reception was clean and, importantly for a Dec visit, warm. The bathroom was fine but the shower, which is a sort of wet room, was utterly brilliant. A nice touch is to provide constant coffee, tea or hot chocolate from a machine where breakfast is taken. This was very welcome when coming in from the cold. I had breakfast once and though a modest affair it had everything you would need-hot drinks, rye bread, cheese, eggs etc. The location of the hotel is a real plus as it's right in the centre of town. I would certainly recommend this place as it is very good value for money.

COST/PERFOMANCE RATIO ISN`T GOOD The bedrooms are tiny and so is the bathroom (about 1qm). Breakfast is ok but we had much better breakfast in the same town. We missed some bread or buns and normal butter as it was only toast and crispbread with magarine. The staff is in the hotel only during some little hours the whole day. You can reach the manager though on his mobile phone. The staff was friendly and helpfully. We wouldn´t recommend to stay there. We´ve been to much nicer hotels with larger breakfast offers, a lot bigger rooms, better bathrooms and they were even cheaper!!

Overall this hotel was good, very price worthy and extraordinary good service from the staff. The rooms were nice and clean, pillows rock hard and not to my personal liking. Otherwise everything was nice, good location and near the city centre. Small but okay breakfast selection, a bit cramped but no bigger remarks. The facility itself is a bit worndown and that’s why I rated this a 3/5.
