Cons: |1. The welcome fruit was not delivered on the first day. After I contacted the front desk, it was not delivered until around 10:00 PM, and only three dates were provided. |2. The lobby was extremely crowded with people who were not staying at the hotel and were there mainly to take photos. This seriously affected the experience for hotel guests. |3. Housekeeping was handled very carelessly. There was a lot of hair left on the bed. The tissue box was used up one day and was still not replenished by the next evening, requiring me to call the front desk myself. There were also visible water stains and marks left on the desk from the previous guest. |4. The turndown service was extremely perfunctory. The staff only emptied one trash bin and did not collect the used towels after showering, did not draw the curtains, and did not turn down or arrange the duvet or bed at all. |Other minor include the inconvenience of having to transfer between three different elevators within the hotel. |Pros: The breakfast was good, the view was nice, and the concierge staff was helpful with luggage. |Overall, the experience was significantly worse than other hotels at a similar price level.
