First impression on entering the premises may not be great with not so grand facade and lobby. But once inside the wayerbody between the brazzerie and Flying elephant is quite inviting. Infact the restaurants extending to the wayerbody is nice and soothing. Food were excellent. Staff were efficient and happy to help. Breakfast was good. The room was quite spacious and well thought out. The circular vanity cum tea coffee table was an interesting element if the room. We had a memorable stay and wouldn't mind recommending this property for a memorable stay or a business trip.

Very regulate Hyatt member, visited park Hyatt Chennai for 9 days as we had a visa appointment here in Chennai As usual, it’s beautiful, beautifully maintained and it’s a luxurious stay. Huge space and very beautiful ambiance with a big infinity pool Dining is also so good and morning breakfast is nice and clean, have so much of options in veg. Have spa and gym as well. Coming to the breakfast dining and service I would like to mention Murugan sir, the chef! Was very kind and humble. And also the customer relationship manager - Miss Priya, was so cute, very kind and friendly with us and also spoke to us regarding our stay. She also presented a small cute elephant as a gift and made our stay even more sweet and memorable.

A very quiet serene place located in a bustling city. Once you enter the premises it’s just all quiet and peace. The ambience is upmarket and uplifting. The ONg restaurant was even more relaxing and beautifully decorated. However the service could be better as the staff took a long time to even address us. I am not sure whether it was shortage of staff but it was definitely slow even without much crowd. But definitely returning back for more.

The experience in this hotel was excellent! A surprisingly good breakfast buffet, that puts most hotels to shame, friendly staff and plenty of amenities. However, the most impressive quality was the level of service and friendliness of the staff. Rahool’s team was always ready and proactive in ensuring an excellent experience. Kikon in particular knew the preferences of all the members of my travel group. Truly exemplary!

Pros:- 1) Rooms are alryt. Cons:- 1) There was nobody to help us with with our luggage at the portico. We manually had to place heavy suitcases onto the baggage scanner. The security guard was literally standing and watching us do this. 2) Room service calls went unattended even after trying for multiple times. After trying for the 5th time, they picked up...but we were not given what we had asked for. 3) Checkout was not smooth. We were asked to pay extra money literally after checkout when we were on the way to airport in the cab. They gave the reason as "system error". it's kind of a joke. very poor for the price you pay. After having stayed in multiple hyatt properties, I can say that You're definitely much better off with ITC grand chola that is right opposite this property.

Truly a service I’ll be surely coming back to. I travelled from Australia to stay here for a few days before going to pondicherry to meet family. The staff are so incredibly kind and thoughtful, and service 💯. Special shout out to Kikon in park brasserie, always so happy to serve and works from his heart.

Our stay at park Hyatt, Chennai was absolutely amazing and comfortable. The staff at the hotel are extremely kind and helpful. From the rooms to amenities, the breakfast spread to the restaurants, the services are impeccable. I've had the pleasure of being attended by some of the staffs at the hotel who gave the best service - Rahul, Murugan, Kartick, Mayuri and Avas - a huge shoutout and a thank you to them.
