My stay at this hotel has been truly wonderful. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and well-designed, which made me feel relaxed and at ease. The staff are always welcoming, kind, and ready to help with anything, which added so much to my experience. What impressed me the most was that the employees were always willing to help without expecting anything in return – their genuine kindness made me feel even more at home. The restaurant is another highlight – the food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes, and everything was served with care. I especially loved how friendly and professional the team was, always smiling and creating a warm atmosphere. If you stay at this hotel, you should definitely visit the restaurant on the terrace – you will be truly happy with the experience. Overall, I felt completely at home here, and I would happily return and recommend this hotel and its restaurant to everyone.

Another excellent stay. Fabulous location right at Mushreib metro stop. I could get anywhere by metro in minutes. And I could walk down to the souk. Clean, efficient, excellent service. The Souk and the Qatar National Library are not to be missed. ||Ahlem was gracious finding me a seat at breakfast each morning. Prathik not only brought my omlette but made me extra toast with cheese. The breakfast chef at Opus remade my Shashuka when I mentioned I liked his recipie from my last visit. And the Karak chai was perfect.||It is either hot or blistering hot in September. A 60 min walk at 6 am each morning left me drenched. But the souk after 8 pm was delightful.

We absolutely loved this property. As a Hyatt Globalist member, they treated us so well, and the service from every employee was exceptionally good. From Anthony at the front desk, and the staff in the restaurants, and finally the team of professional folks working the door and bellmen, everyone was friendly and helpful.||The Park Suite we had was huge, and was so luxurious with the corner view.||The location is fantastic. I have stayed in other parts of Doha, but this was my favorite. Being walking distance to shopping, restaurants (go to Harrod's for tea!) and of course being just two blocks from Souk Waqif, just makes this property perfect.

She went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth and even offered great recommendations for local attractions. The SPA and gym staff were equally impressive — always attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any request. They made sure my visits to the wellness area were relaxing and perfectly tailored to my needs. At the restaurant, the service was outstanding. The team created a welcoming atmosphere, and their attention to detail made every meal a delightful experience. The food was exceptional, but it was the staff’s dedication and kindness that truly made the difference. Overall, this hotel offers not just great facilities but a team of people who genuinely care about making your stay unforgettable. I can’t wait to return!

My experience at Park Hyatt Doha was outstanding, largely thanks to the amazing staff. Aaron and Brian at the concierge desk were truly exceptional – incredibly positive, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. Their professionalism combined with genuine kindness created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that I deeply appreciated. At the same time, I must highlight that the entire hotel team was absolutely excellent – every interaction reflected warmth, care, and true dedication to guests. It is rare to meet people so committed to exceeding expectations, and they made my visit unforgettable. I am very grateful and look forward to returning again.

I visited Sora for a brunch. The personnel is experienced and kind. Saw served us at the brunch today. He is knowledgeable and really made us feel well taken care of. The food is delicious. The overall experience was really good. Will be coming back soon.

The hotel is definitely a come back to! The breakfast is fresh and delicious, the hotel is clean and fully serviced, the spa has a shower experience which is something amazing honestly, Room service is one of the best I experienced. I ordered 1 lemon and mint juice and one of the staff (Saikumar 👌🏼) brought it to my room along side with a second juice as a complementary 😁 my stay with my family was perfect and for sure whenever I visit Doha I will be staying here again

From the moment I stepped through the doors, I felt an immediate sense of warmth—not just from the beautifully lit lobby, but from the genuine smiles of the staff. They greeted me by name as though they’d been expecting me all along. Every interaction with the team was above and beyond, especially from Ilham on concierge. He anticipated needs I didn’t even know I had—making recommendations and basically planning out the whole day without needing to put too much thought into it. Considerate thought on weather conditions, food nearby, good activities to do whilst there. Consideration of my mom and her age. Checking in on us via phone midday. I felt very well looked after and as though I had a caring brother in this country. The room was spotless and I cannot fault the housekeeping at all, unfortunately I could not catch any of their names but they did a great job. Small welcome touches that made all the difference: chocolates, dates a handwritten welcome card. What truly made this stay memorable was the feeling that nothing was “just their job.” There was kindness in the way all the team greeted me each morning, thoughtfulness in the way the concierge followed up to make sure my plans went smoothly, and genuine pride in the way the staff wished me farewell. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this experience will stay with me. It wasn’t just about comfort or luxury—it was about care, and that’s something you can’t always put a price on. I’ll be back—not because I need a place to sleep, but because I found a place that feels like it remembers me.
