Park Hyatt Dubai

It’s a great spot for friends and family/kids pools are cool. All great vibes the guys are so nice and helpful. it’s not hot here as the rest of Dubai. The creek side is just amazing. You can also do a day pass with spa and steam. Steam room and spa are great!!! A must try experience in Park Hyatt with a lot of green areas and peace. The place is quiet and relaxing. I’d recommend it for sure! Thanks everyone

We have just enjoyed 10 nights at this beautiful hotel. We have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this, is our new favourite. The staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful. Ati and Dheeraj in the Brasserie du Park were first class, they couldn't have done enough for us. The food was delicious and so beautifully presented. The facilities were just gorgeous and everywhere was so clean and fresh. Thank you Aishwarya for looking after us so well too. We cannot wait to return! The Browns X

We recently stayed here for one night over the summer in Dubai - the hotel is incredible and a good place to stay during the summer heat (pools are well shaded, lots of indoor walking and good facilities). Manuel was the best - our check in and check out was super smooth. The team are so lovely and friendly here and really do go out their way to help you. Manuel mentioned this will be one of the best hotel breakfasts ever and that we should get there early before it gets busy - I was very impressed by the breakfast, the choice was varied and large (but not overwhelming at the same time), excellent food quality and a really good choice of healthy foods. I’ve done a lot of the renowned hotel breakfasts in Dubai and this is easily the best breakfast I’ve done here. The room was a very good size - beautifully furnished, immaculately clean and we loved our tropical green view of all the plants and trees outside. The resort feels like a green tropical oasis - it felt like I was on an island and was the perfect place to switch off. The gym is very big and might be one of the bettors gyms I’ve seen. The hotel is famous for Twiggy which we enjoyed but we actually preferred the family pool instead - it felt more peaceful, we loved the surrounding greenery. The hotel has a great choice of restaurants too - Thai Kitchen is our favourite always and the hotel is also a very quick walk away from a mall if you need to get anything or want other food options. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back again.

Amazing 2 nights/ 3 days stay. Exceptional customer service. From Bouchra at check in to the amazing people from the breakfast place. Everyone is friendly, ready to help. Very serene and enjoyable. I can’t remember all the names but everyone was great! We will be back soon!

Amazing stay at Park Hyatt Dubai! One of my favorite hotel ever. The hotel is a hidden gem so quiet and green ! It’s really doesn’t feel like you are in Dubai. The staff are all very nice and professional. Special mention for Vivian at the Kids Club. She made my kid experience at the kids club exceptional. She is so welcoming, caring and genuinely interested in what she does. I highly recommend staying at Park Hyatt.

Starting with the Leadership Team (Mr. Octavian Ciocanea, Resident Manager; Mr. Muhammad Bilal, Assistant Manager - Front Office; Mr. Bharat Dhakal, Assistant Manager - Front Office; and Mr. Miguel Stauffer, Guest Experience Assistant Manager) who provided us with an incredible and lovely suite upgrade with personable touches to the amazing hospitality and service we received from everyone we interacted with while on the property. Especially impressive was a kind, handwritten congratulatory note we received from the General Manager, Mr. Luis Cobo, recognizing our important milestones. That not only made our day, but also made us feel feel special and honored. ||||While on the topic of notes, I believe it is important to highlight that our incredibly wonderful experience at the Park Hyatt Dubai began before we even set foot on the property, with warm and welcoming email messages from all three individuals mentioned in the Leadership Team above.||||Other staff members deserving of special mention for exceptional service that went above and beyond are Ms. Bushra, Guest Experience Officer, Mr. Anson Teddy, Guest Service Officer, and Mr. Isaac, Concierge Officer. They were all very personable, professional and polished in their interaction with us; as well as being extremely helpful and generous with their time. It was a pleasure conversing with them throughout our stay. ||||Another highlight of our stay was our experience at breakfast. What stood out most was the culinary excellence that the chefs displayed. The variety of dishes throughout the buffet as well as the a la carte items, from flavorful shakshukas to delightful French toasts, were a testament to the commitment to quality we have come to expect from Park Hyatts.||||Equally impressive was the impeccable and warm service provided by your breakfast team. Our servers, Anup, Akary and Saidul were all knowledgeable, attentive and infectiously cheerful and professional.||||Finally, our interaction, although brief, with Mr. Mohammed Taleb and Ms. Arpana from the lounge cafe, was also cordial and inviting. They were both attentive and eager to please.||||We sincerely thank the entire Park Hyatt Dubai family for a remarkable and unforgettable experience. You truly made our celebration memorable. The villa exceeded expectations — from its elegant design and spacious layout to the serene poolside ambiance. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, blending luxury with comfort. The staff was exceptionally attentive, making the stay feel personal and memorable. A perfect blend of luxury, tranquility, and impeccable hospitality — a true hidden gem in Dubai.

Very lovely environment. In general view, it's a perfect place to be just for anything you desires, park hyatt has got it all. Perfect sea view, golf course, beautiful restaurants with tasteful delicious cuisine. Very well maintained property with spacious rooms and large and open terrace. To crown it all, all the staffs are very friendly and super helpful. Definitely I'm coming back soonest.
