Park Hyatt Dubai

What a gorgeous hotel. We’ve been here 3 days with our little daughter and our experience has been outstanding. The setting and grounds are absolutely stunning, green and lush. The premise is quite large with many amenities, on the modern side, yet offering a secluded and traditional feel. The staff is amazing and goes out of their way to assist. Our room was so much better that expected with a little terrace bordering the grass and palmtrees where our little one can play outside and a beautiful view over the harbor. The beds are comfortable with good linnen, the bathroom is nice and luxurious (we don’t love some black furniture but that’s personal taste) and roomservice is quick. We are right next to the kids friendly lagoon pool (we just found out there are two lagoon pools) and the daycare facility which our baby enjoys. There is also a splash pad for kids. The restaurants are diverse and the settings are beautiful. Breakfast is excellent and delicious. It’s a short drive to the old center if you want a change of scenery and supermarkets are close by. The hotel is at the pricey end but well worth it. Enjoying our last days and hoping to return some day, definitely the best hotel in Dubai.

We spent 2 particularly beautiful weeks at the Park Hyatt Dubai. The room and bathroom are very large, well-kept and the housekeeping staff were super professional, they always fulfilled all our wishes. The icing on the cake was the balcony! The view from the balcony was dreamy, in the distance we could see the spectacular skyline of Dubai, and in front of us was Dubai Creek and Port Saeed. From our balcony we admired and photographed some splendid, spectacular sunsets! The sports facilities offered by the Park Hyatt Dubai are top-notch: 3 tennis courts, 4 paddle courts and a golf course. Also, the restaurants and food are all superior quality. We would like to thank the Reception staff, especially Ms. Bouchra and Mr. Manuel! They always promptly answered all our questions and requests, always smiling. They helped us have a perfect stay at the Park Hyatt Dubai. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Lovely hotel, lush grounds and scenic settings - beautiful! Facilities were great from the pool through to the Twiggy lagoon. They have an adults only pool but that was by name as there were kids of all ages in there daily. Room is larger than most hotels with a spacious balcony with good bathroom features. Restaurants on site was hit and miss - some good, some poor. Breakfast though was solid - one of the better in Dubai. Service though is what lets down Park Hyatt. Really patchy. Sometimes good (never great), sometimes really flat - as if it’s not a priority for the team. This included housekeeping which had turndown service for one of the nights and I had to ask for the other two nights. If location is important for you then I’d look elsewhere as it’s in old Dubai but still away from the heritage sites of old Dubai so taxi is a must.

Excellent hotel from all aspects. The proximity to DXB while overlooking the creek in a tranquil area is a great combination. All the staff we met and dealt with were very courteous, professional and helpful. The rooms are spacious with high(er) ceilings and a nice outside terrace. All the food we were offered (if at breakfast, during lunches or at the function we attended) was of highest quality and taste.

German and several staff stood out! Amazing people! So friendly and helpful. Manuel and Leisel at the reception, Patrick (we enjoyed speaking Swahili) at the concierge, Mary, at the coffee shop, Regina (also enjoyed small amount of Swahili) Parabesh, at the restaurant. We were grateful for Smart, Qursheed, and Bharat at front reception. It was a most delightful and comfortable stay! Esay(?) at the lagoon pool. I could go on and on. Special anniversary treats in our room, lovely room service, etc. Can we live here? 😂

🌴 Tranquil oasis with wow-factor views! From the dreamy private lagoon beach 🌊 to chic Mediterranean-meets-Moorish vibes, this resort feels like a hidden gem beside Dubai Creek. Gorgeous rooms, killer spa & top buffets impress. A few service and location quirks aside, it’s a luxurious escape worth ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

We were in Dubai for the first time and at Park Hyatt Dubai. In summary, we were able to experience an unforgettable stay and luxury in perfection. From the check-in to the check-out, the stay was perfect and the service was at the highest level. Several times we're asked whether everything went to our complete satisfaction. The entire staff is very accommodating, friendly and service-oriented and you feel completely valued as a guest. Our room was stylish, elegant and spotlessly clean - room service morning and evening. The views of Dubai's marina and skyline are simply unique. The bed was also very comfortable and we slept fantastic. The hotel complex itself is a green oasis of peace in the middle of Dubai - with a beautiful garden and a fantastic pool area. The whole atmosphere is relaxed, exclusive and luxurious. A wide range of fresh and high-quality food is available for breakfast. This also applies to the dinners in the various restaurants. As an overall impression, Park Hyatt Dubai offers world-class luxury, style and hospitality. The location is perfect for getting around to the various attractions by taxi. For us, this has been the best hotel stay since longtime.

At Park Hyatt Dubai, the staff were exceptionally helpful in every area. From the warm welcome at reception to the escort to our room, everything felt professional and genuinely friendly. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and everything worked perfectly. Being located right by the pool was a great bonus. The pool service was very attentive and consistently excellent. The hotel’s gastronomy is outstanding, and once again the staff deserve special praise for their friendliness and professionalism. The hotel grounds are beautiful, peaceful, and far less crowded than many other hotels in Dubai. The breakfast was absolutely sensational — rarely have we seen such quality and variety. Overall, the location is excellent as well. Many thanks to the entire team — we will definitely return.
