Park Hyatt Hyderabad

I have visited this hotel for a office visit in Hyderabad. Luckily that time Indian cricket team was also staying at the hotel after some series. I must say the hotel is fantabulous with excellent service, breakfast. The rooms are spacious with bath tub. The staffs were very helpful and attentive. Overall a fantabulous experince, will visit again if i get a chance again to visit.

We spent 4 very happy nights at the Hyatt. The service is exemplary - all staff are trained to be attentive, friendly, prompt and polite at all times. Guests are greeted at reception immediately with a smile and an enthusiasm to establish a good relationship, which extends throughout the stay. Ritesh was our named liaison contact; he was vigilant to keep in touch, respond to our requests and generally ensure we were having a first-class five star time. Which we were. This level of attention extents to all aspects of the hotel: the spa, swimming pool and gym and, of course, restaurants. The pool was a pleasure, a good length for serious swimmers, with a shallow wide ledge end for non-swimmers to enjoy the water, the sauna and steam room in the changing rooms were a joy. The food is delicious (3 restaurants to choose from); the cocktails extremely well-priced; the dining room buffet is so well staffed that it is more 'we will help you' service than 'self-service'. A total pleasure to stay here - and a great haven from which to enjoy the many treasures of (I think underrated) Hyderabad: from downtown Charminar and Chowmahalla Palace to the beautiful and atmospheric Qubt Shahi tombs and mighty Golconda fort. Put both the city and hotel on your next Indian holiday itinerary; you will not be disappointed.

My recent stay at this hotel was, without question, one of the best travel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived until checkout, every detail was handled so thoughtfully that the whole stay was a clear 10 out of 10. The customer experience stood out right away: the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect, anticipating needs before they were even voiced. Every interaction felt personal and professional, which made the stay feel effortless and truly relaxing. The room itself was exceptional in both quality and comfort. It was spotless, well-designed, and equipped with everything needed for a luxurious yet cozy stay, from the bedding and lighting to the amenities and overall layout. It struck the ideal balance between style and practicality, making it hard to leave. Food was another highlight, with every meal—from breakfast to dinner—beautifully presented and full of flavor. The variety and consistency were impressive, and it was clear that a lot of care went into both the menu and preparation, turning each meal into an experience rather than just a routine. Service across the board was outstanding: prompt without ever feeling rushed, and always delivered with a smile. Taken together—experience, customer care, room quality, food, and service—this hotel provided a stay that was flawless in every respect, and one that deserves the highest possible rating.

Overall the experience staying here was made better thanks to the staff. We were busy and out of the hotel all day for most of the days and even had a few people fall sick but the staff was incredible with their doctor helping our group and with being exhausted after days of being out, the room service was perfect with a huge menu and even being able to do pick-up from the restaurants and bringing them to our room. All the staff made this trip a 5 star experience even if the hotel itself was not fully available during our stay due to renovations I assume.

To Shilpa and Soham from The Dining Room—thank you for the warm hospitality and for looking after our guests so attentively. A big appreciation to the Banquet team—Ramesh, Rabindra, Mohit, Uma, Suraj, Akshay, Chef Senthil, Chef Kanak, and Chef Manish—for their dedicated support throughout. Your teamwork, responsiveness, and effort behind the scenes ensured the event ran seamlessly. And a big thank you to Trishala and Rohit for being our constant support throughout the event. Your responsiveness and willingness to assist at every step truly made a difference. While there were a few areas that could be improved such as carpet and furniture cleanliness, and the absence of a weighing scale for baggage we truly appreciate how helpful and accommodating the team was. Even with multiple last-minute changes, everyone stepped up and ensured everything came together smoothly. Thank you once again for your hard work and dedication. We look forward to working with you again.

This is one of the best Hyatts I have stayed at. I need to thank the front desk staff for helping me with finding my luggage as KLM sent it somewhere. The breakfast team is really attentive and the food selections are decent. They even spent time showing us a local specialty food and how to eat it. Every staff member is smiling and kind. Thank you for helping me and reducing my stress as it’s been a stressful trip

The staff members here are top notch. My 5 year old son (his fault injured himself by running into a table and hitting his head, and I called and asked for some ice to be delivered to the room and they brought it immediately and then brought both my kids a bunch of treats and candies to make my son feel better! Then they called to follow up and multiple staff members followed up during our stay to make sure my son was ok. The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious and the staff there was also so helpful. I had the best massage I’ve ever had in my life with Yoyo in the spa (highly recommend her to anyone, I’ve had a million massages and this was truly the best I’ve had) and Md Hassan in the spa was very helpful and friendly. I used the gym there as well. The Italian restaurant on the mezzanine level is also the best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to. The pastas are all amazing just get a bunch and split them with your friends and family at the table.

A wonderful experience for me and my family. The hospitality was fantastic and we were pampered from the moment we entered the property. We were assigned a guest relations member who saw to it that our stay was memorable. Our kids were surprised every now and them with goodies. When we needed a medicine for our child at 11 pm in the night, their team made sure that they got it on time. They were very caring the next day and enquired about my kid's health. They even assigned a representative to take care of our children for 2 hours when my wife and I were at the spa. Never experienced this kind of service anywhere. Thanks Park Hyatt and team.
