Perfect vacation! Superb hotel! Maximum comfort without loosing the exotic Zanzibar vibe! Breakfasts are amazing! The employees were very polite, friendly and attentive. The infinity pool was incredible. In the heart of Stone Town. Many nice restaurants around.

The hotel personal is amazing!!! 5 star plus!!!||||The building is very charming and iconic. The location is magical.||Food & Beverage can be improved substantially and the air conditioning in the room was not great and couldn't be lowered from the room's control.

I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Hyatt Park and it was truly an exceptional experience. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding — everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. What made the experience even more memorable was the impeccable service provided by the restaurant team. Every staff member was attentive, warm, and genuinely committed to ensuring a wonderful dining experience. It was a perfect start to the day, and I truly appreciated the amazing hospitality. The Park Hyatt was the last stop on our honeymoon before heading home, and it was a spectacular way to finish off the trip. Everything about the hotel was excellent. Our only regret is not staying here a few more nights. If we're ever lucky enough to be in Stone Town again, we'll definitely be returning. After an exhilarating safari experience, our family found the perfect haven at the Park Hyatt Zanzibar. The hotel arranged two connecting rooms for us, which was amazing. The connecting rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with authentic Zanzibari touches. Each room featured a private balcony overlooking the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean. We loved ending the days at the pool and looking over the beach and incredible sunsets. The hospitality at Park Hyatt Zanzibar was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, tired from our travels, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and refreshing welcome drinks. Every team member seemed genuinely invested in making our stay special. The food exceeded all our expectations. Breakfast was a highlight—an extensive buffet featuring both international favorites and local Zanzibari specialties. We are from the islands and particularly loved the coconuts every morning. Also, the fresh tropical fruits and made-to-order omelets were particular favorites. For dinner, the seafood options were incredibly fresh and expertly prepared with local spices. The Park Hyatt Zanzibar provided the perfect relaxing conclusion to our African adventure. The blend of luxury, culture, and genuine hospitality made it an ideal family destination. I would highly recommend this property to families looking for a sophisticated yet comfortable retreat.
