I liked it a lot. Me and my good lady went there and rekindled our love for each other. Very nice rooms. The curtains were lovely and a huge TV for hotel standards. Bed was comfy and the lifts were a delight. I'd like to thank you all for the peaceful stay and most of all I'd like to thank my good lady for putting trust in me to make this relationship work. Let's all hug xx

Stayed here for 4 nights. Fairly decent sized rooms. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from, however very few vegetarian options. Also the key card kept deactivating itself, so watch out for that. I asked for the iron which was sent to my room an hour later. Services can be improved. The area is good, there’s bars and restaurants within 2 minutes of walking distance. Onsite gym available, very basic but does the job.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. We were to allowed to check in early as our rooms were ready when we arrived around 11am. It also wasn't a problem to leave our bags after we checked out either. Rooms were clean, tidy, air conditioned and had plenty of lighting. No bath, only a double shower but we didn't mind. Only thing was there was a party on in the bar/restaurant attached to the hotel, and although we were only on the second floor we could hear the DJ/music so clearly we knew which songs were being played. Overall it was nice, reasonably priced and we would use this hotel again.

Staff at desk could have been a little better at their customer service as they did not seem very approachable to us or really informative. We had asked where the sauna was and instead of directing us they gave us directions which were very hard to find. Room could have been a bit more spacious but we though bathroom was beautiful. Did not like the blue walls or paintings at all, though they were really silly looking. The staff down at the restaurant were lovely and kind and made us feel very welcome. :)

Great location. Huge TVs that can be paired with a device to stream content. My mattress was not very good and the pillows were super hard. My key card didn't work and I couldn't access the gym. There are reasonably priced vending machines on each floor. Breakfast is a whopping £10! I didn't check it out but I doubt it's worth that much money.

Really good quality room re: space and the bed. I felt it was good value for money ; not luxurious, but I wasn't expecting that. Good Radisson worthy quality though. I had the breakfast ine morning ; the food was great, and the options of a few freshly prepared-to-order items was something extra good, when it's meant to be a budget friendly accommodation. I wasn't a fan of how dark the restaurant where breakfast is served is, but that's just a result of the logistics of the place (they use their steak house restaurant for the breakfast space). Overall a great, comfortable stay. Thank you

Went for an overnight with my wife. We were celebrating her birthday and visiting the Christmas Markets. "Kerry" in reservations was lovely and upgraded us we had a dessert plate delivered to our room with a birthday message In chocolate! Breakfast was great, they were able to watch our cases after we checked our. Room 501 is great! Meant to ask them for a couple of extra pillows as the bed was so huge!!! Would definitely stay again.

Google
Loved our one night stay in Belfast. This hotel was good. Parking was a challenge. The restaurant on site was pretty good and convenient since we were tired when we rolled in and didn’t want to search for dinner. The room was clean and comfortable. I recommend this hotel if you are heading to Belfast.

Yelp
The hotel is located within walking distance of several nice restaurants and pubs. Parking is three blocks away. The glasses and coffee cups in the room had been used when we arrived. We had to wash them ourselves to make coffee and get water from the tap. Also, the white tiled shower shows much mildew. That being said, the room was nice and the restaurant was quite lovely. But the incident of the dirty dishes left us wondering what else housekeeping had skimped on.

Yelp
Nice hotel. Modern and fresh. Was in here for a meeting in one of their meeting rooms. Was good that we had air con on the room at our control. Room had stationary, mind and water at hand. Bathrooms where also close to hand. Annoying that you have to be a guest and have a card to get into the lift or even up the stairs. Hence only 4 stars. The RBG bar and grill can be accessed though the door at reception. It's quite expensive. Ie mint tea £2.50. The decor is fresh, modern and spacious with various types of seating.

Yelp
This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel, we had a group arrive and no porters for our luggage, which we were supposed to have, rooms were tiny, twin beds were small, I rolled off onto the floor, didn't look like they took time to even make the beds look nice, mildew on the shower walls. We were supposed to have a hot Irish breakfast starting at 6:30 am, food was luke warm at best and the baked beans were cold! All the food sat in dutch ovens under lights. Needless to say this hotel was not up to our standards.

Yelp
Great service. Great rooms. AMAZING location. So convenient to anything. I'm a Belfast veteran visitor. Been over 20 times. I only stay here now.

Yelp
Sadly, they missed the mark on simple and basic courtesies. I requested the sauna, they told me to wait 20 minutes for it warm up, I did, I undress, get in and it's cold. I have to get dress and the guy at the front desk begrudgingly comes to the sauna to fix it. After 1 hour of waiting, it was only lukewarm. I go downstairs to complain to the manager then I overhear them asking a new guest if they want breakfast in the AM. Why wasn't I asked? I can only assume... When I checked out, I left a few items. I immediately emailed (why incur international phone cost) the hotel and they did not respond. After two days, I call and of course they do not have my items but I doubt they checked. By the way, I had the correct email address, they just couldn't be bothered responding. The areas nice and I enjoyed Belfast but I would definitely go to a different hotel next time.

Yelp
This hotel is pretty nice and close to a lot of things. They do not have parking on site unfortunately so you have to park at their sister hotel the Radisson Blu a few blocks away. You can park in front just to drop your bags and check in. They offer free parking to the park inn guests on the weekends (which is when we stayed) but i think they charge other days, not sure how much. The bathroom has a shower only, no bath. The shower head is one of those rain ones that runs the water above you so that was cool. Our room has a pretty nice view. The breakfast in the morning is pretty good as well! Traditional irish breakfast things along with cereal bar, fruit bar, and many different kinds of juice!

Yelp
Having stayed in hotels in Belfast a few times I'd actually come to expect less than standard service when it comes to stars, so the Park Inn really surprised me in a good way. It's a very good three star hotel in quite a central location, near pubs, restaurants and the movie house. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are bright and modern. We got a great rate for new years weekend. We also tried the RGB restaurant which is part of the hotel and the food there was very good. I think I'll look into staying here again in future.

Yelp
A bright, modern hotel near City Hall and Ulster Hall. I was so pleased to walk in after a long day and drive from Donegal. The two things I missed most while traveling from Dublin to Belfast--wifi in the room and air conditioning (we are here during a heat wave and rooms have been soooooo hot)! Park Inn has both. Plus, compared to our hotel in Bundoran last night, the bathroom is a JOY. If they have an ice machine, I will change this review to five stars. (OK, add lack of ice to my list of things I miss).

Yelp
Staying in this hotel while in Belfast with my wife for three days. Nice hotel. Car park is a two minute walk away and is £8 per 24 hours to leave it there. Plenty of restaurants and bars within 30s walk of the hotel. Movie theatre is very close by two. It's in the heart of Belfast and only took 25 mins to walk to the titanic exhibition. Best is nice, never seen Nutella served at breakfast...made my morning!
