He patiently answered all our inquiries and made the entire reservation process hassle-free — a great start to what became a perfect family getaway. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and the level of hospitality from all departments — front desk, housekeeping, and food service — was beyond exceptional. Everyone greeted us with genuine smiles, and we felt sincerely valued as guests. But what truly touched our hearts was the thoughtful birthday surprise prepared for our daughter. From checking in too checking out an excellent service all round. This hotel is in an excellent location. Rooms are perfect in every way. A very comfortable bed and a room overlooking the lovely swimming pool area.|Nothing to fault at all . We were also meeting family and we were able to park our vehicle there for a few hours. Upon our departure the hotel arranged onward travel to the airport for us. Thanks for an amazing stay. We will be back next year

I had a great stay! The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and the room was clean and spacious. The location was ideal — nearby SMX where we had our event. Also, big thanks to James from the front desk for making me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my stay.

Thanks to the Housekeeping Heroes John and Mike! They went above and beyond every single day to make sure my room was spotless, refreshed, and welcoming. John and Mike’s attention to detail was impressive. Eeverything from the perfectly made bed to the neatly arranged toiletries made it feel like I was walking into a brand-new room every time. They even took the time to leave little thoughtful touches that made me feel truly cared for, like organizing my items just the way I liked and always checking in with a warm smile when we crossed paths in the hallway. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work, and it absolutely enhanced my overall experience. John and Mike are a true asset to the hotel, and I hope their efforts are recognized. They made my stay feel like home.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for three nights, and every aspect of the service was truly exceptional. The facilities were impeccable, and the staff provided warm, attentive care. Should we have the opportunity to return, we would undoubtedly choose this hotel again, as we thoroughly enjoyed the delightful ambiance and gracious hospitality.

The room is very clean and the location is very convenient since it's just beside SM Clark. The only challenge is that you need to find a parking spot at SM parking areas especially during peak hours. But the hotel provides a complimentary parking pass. They offer free early check in (subject to room availability). Also, the buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of food selection which is a thumbs up 👌👌👍 What we liked the most is the friendly and accommodating service provided by Ms. Yana. We celebrated the birthday of my partner at the hotel and she didn't forget the birthday celebration and provided us with 2pcs of free birthday cake. She also made our transaction smooth and gave us a hassle-free experience during check in and check out. I see that she extends her efforts beyond doing her job. Service is a 11/10 👍👍

I dont usually write reviews however in this case I feel like I'd be doing other travellers a disservice not to mention this, This hotel is a ripoff and conveniently erased the previous correspondence that I had with the hotel which stated that I could check in early without an extra fee after a long flight. Coveniently you could only see the messages that I had sent to the hotel but there responses were erased so I had no proof that I should not be charged for the early check in. In fact, I had initially reserved my room from March 17-23rd my flight arrived at 5:40 am in Manila, by the time I would get to the hotel in Angeles it would be 8:00, I had initially requested an early check in or at least a modified rate so that I could get some rest after a long flight, being a repeat customer I thought that they would grant the request, I then recieved an message stating that the early check in could not be assured, so I cancelled the initial reservation and booked another reservation at a lower cost which checked in a day earlier on the 16th knowing that I would not be getting there until earlier on the morining of the 17th. I then received a message stating that the early check in would be granted however when I got there not only was the early check in not granted but I was chaged for the inital reservation over $137.00 which is over $7707 pesos in Manila. Of course since all of the correspondence that I had with the hotel was now erased with the exception of my messages I did not have proof to refute the responses that I received from them. I will absolutely NEVER stay at this hotel again and I caution anyone that stays here to keep copies of all correspondence. It was so obvious because I could see guilt in the face of the guy (james) there as he overcharged me, he couldnt even look me in the eye as he knew what was happening was wrong. To be honest its not the money alone that is the issue but the lack of professionalism and treatment as I tried to show the messages that I had received which were now erased. James states oh those messages were from our customer service to which I mentioned okay but why are they erased? Of course there was no response to this. As I mentioned I had stayed at this hotel many times before so for something like this to happen is inexcusable. I will be keeping a copy of this and all other correspondence and posting it to all review sites in the US and abroad.

I stayed here to quarantine for 48 hours. The room is small but clean. I wish I splurged for a suite since 48 hours in a less than 30sqm space with barely any room to walk is miserable. Over all, amenities were great. I knocked off one star because of all the new construction. The smell has gone in the vents and my room smelled like mildew and cement.

Stayed here for a week on business. The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is right next to a big mall with lots of shops and restaurants.

Good modern accommodation that is within 100 steps to Sm mall which offer the shopping maybe 50 restaurants and entertainment in a modern environment. While still technically not in Clark Freeport it is very close to the main gate. Unlike many other rundown place in Angeles this is up to Radisson standard with ease of getting around safely.

A brand new hotel that sadly missed the mark. The food is terrible. Service even worse. Whilst the breakfast is the only Hotel Buffet breakfast for miles - it lacks a lot.
