The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and very pleasant overall. The staff members are incredibly kind and polite, and they are always smiling, which creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The housekeeping team who cleaned my room was especially wonderful — they were attentive, friendly, and made sure all my needs were taken care of promptly and professionally. A special thank you to Aldy and Rinah for their excellent service and hospitality. I truly appreciate the effort they put into making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. 😊

When you stay somewhere for a longer period—two weeks in my case—you quickly see whether a hotel is truly consistent, and the team here genuinely impressed me. The hospitality felt sincere and effortless, from the warm welcome at front office to the restaurant team who proactively picked up on my daily latte routine. Shoutout to Marj, Keith, John, and the rest of the team for making mornings easy and relaxed. There were also moments that showed how dependable the staff are—when a sudden blackout happened while I had an important meeting to attend, the front office and concierge/securitu stepped in right away to help. Situations like that stay with you. Even a small issue early in my stay was handled quickly and professionally. It’s also clear that leadership sets the tone; Alain’s calm and thoughtful approach clearly reflects in how the team operates. What was meant to be just a place to stay while working ended up becoming a genuinely pleasant and memorable experience. My thanks to Park Inn Clark and the entire team for taking such great care of me during those two weeks. I will surely be back—and an extra point (or more) for service.

A great location right next to a huge mall. The hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and went beyond to help us get a driver to Manila when our booking failed. The breakfast buffet was nice and the rooms were comfortable. The mattress and pillows were great! I also used the day spa and had a massage which was very good. Overall I recommend this location for a business or personal stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Great Stay at Park Inn Clark!We stayed overnight at Park Inn Clark as a group of two, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—exactly what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location is especially convenient if you’re attending events in the area.One thing that could be improved is the check-in process. Since our stay coincided with a peak period due to conferences, the front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed. It would help if the hotel could streamline room assignments in advance during busy seasons to ensure a smoother, faster check-in for all guests.Despite that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Park Inn Clark again. Highly recommended!

What made this hotel exceptional was the employees! There was one employee in particular who made the stay that much more enjoyable! Alanis! The young lady who worked the front desk. Her friendliness and genuine care was very appreciated. She made myself, as well as my colleagues, feel very welcome and in my travels I do not experience this very often. Alanis is an awesome employee and the Park Inn Radisson is well served by her efforts! I will definitely come back to the hotel the next time I visit the Philippines! Greg D

Haven't been here in a while, and it's always a pleasure to be back. Customer service and genuinely warm hospitality sets this hotel apart from its glitzy competitors. Truly, a home away from home. Jessie from the restaurant remembered us from years ago, and welcomed us like old family. After a 35-hour trip, we were just about ready to flop down in the lobby. Chezka and Aira hustled to have our room ready for our earlier than normal arrival. Joshua from housekeeping delivered. This entire team pulled through together to make sure we were taken care of. We really appreciate it. Thank you.

I dont usually write reviews however in this case I feel like I'd be doing other travellers a disservice not to mention this, This hotel is a ripoff and conveniently erased the previous correspondence that I had with the hotel which stated that I could check in early without an extra fee after a long flight. Coveniently you could only see the messages that I had sent to the hotel but there responses were erased so I had no proof that I should not be charged for the early check in. In fact, I had initially reserved my room from March 17-23rd my flight arrived at 5:40 am in Manila, by the time I would get to the hotel in Angeles it would be 8:00, I had initially requested an early check in or at least a modified rate so that I could get some rest after a long flight, being a repeat customer I thought that they would grant the request, I then recieved an message stating that the early check in could not be assured, so I cancelled the initial reservation and booked another reservation at a lower cost which checked in a day earlier on the 16th knowing that I would not be getting there until earlier on the morining of the 17th. I then received a message stating that the early check in would be granted however when I got there not only was the early check in not granted but I was chaged for the inital reservation over $137.00 which is over $7707 pesos in Manila. Of course since all of the correspondence that I had with the hotel was now erased with the exception of my messages I did not have proof to refute the responses that I received from them. I will absolutely NEVER stay at this hotel again and I caution anyone that stays here to keep copies of all correspondence. It was so obvious because I could see guilt in the face of the guy (james) there as he overcharged me, he couldnt even look me in the eye as he knew what was happening was wrong. To be honest its not the money alone that is the issue but the lack of professionalism and treatment as I tried to show the messages that I had received which were now erased. James states oh those messages were from our customer service to which I mentioned okay but why are they erased? Of course there was no response to this. As I mentioned I had stayed at this hotel many times before so for something like this to happen is inexcusable. I will be keeping a copy of this and all other correspondence and posting it to all review sites in the US and abroad.

I stayed here to quarantine for 48 hours. The room is small but clean. I wish I splurged for a suite since 48 hours in a less than 30sqm space with barely any room to walk is miserable. Over all, amenities were great. I knocked off one star because of all the new construction. The smell has gone in the vents and my room smelled like mildew and cement.

Stayed here for a week on business. The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is right next to a big mall with lots of shops and restaurants.

Good modern accommodation that is within 100 steps to Sm mall which offer the shopping maybe 50 restaurants and entertainment in a modern environment. While still technically not in Clark Freeport it is very close to the main gate. Unlike many other rundown place in Angeles this is up to Radisson standard with ease of getting around safely.

A brand new hotel that sadly missed the mark. The food is terrible. Service even worse. Whilst the breakfast is the only Hotel Buffet breakfast for miles - it lacks a lot.
