I would like to sincerely thank you for the hospitality and the wonderful experience we had during our stay in your hotel. i truly appreciate the cleanliness, security, professional service, and the warm welcome from your staff. Everything was well-organized and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, we would like to bring to your attention one important thing that could be improved, the food options for vegetarian guests. We noticed that vegetarian options were very limited, and in some cases, not well-prepared and sufficient at all We kindly recommend expanding the vegetarian menu and ensuring those guests are catered to with the same care and attention as others. This improvement would make your hotel even more inclusive and accommodating for all types of guests. Thank you again for your great service. We look forward to returning in the future. The hotel rooms were great. There were very clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast was good, but their menu order foods were average if not below. In my two weeks stay I ate dinner at the hotel for less than 5 days then decided to take my dinner other restaurants in the city. For their lunch buffet though they had a good variety of their cultural and other meals. But for dessert the only diabetes friendly things they had were fruits.

I enjoyed every minute of my 4-night stay. From the airport pick up to my last breakfast I felt so well looked after as a woman travelling alone. Excellent comfortable quiet room, well equipped gym, clean swimming pool, alcohol-free beer at the bar , and delicious freshly cooked food. I ate the green banana and pea stew one day, and grilled nile perch with avocado salad another day. What made it so special was that every staff member was welcoming, and went an extra mile to be helpful. Thanks so much. Just one thing to improve sustainability - the room service changed my soap and towels every day - this was not necessary!

We used this hotel as our base before departing to Volcanoes National Park. We stayed 3 restful nights. The hotel provided an airport pickup. Guests pay the hotel for the driver. The hotel was well maintained and the staff was top-notch. Our room was spacious and very clean. Black-out curtains were appreciated. Breakfasts were included in our reservation. The breakfasts were buffet-style and very good. Lots of healthy choices & hot dishes to choose from. We enjoyed the lovely pool & pool-side bar. We chose to have light dinners at the bar inside the hotel. The bar menu was nice and we were able to order dessert from the main dining area. We walked one morning through the lovely neighborhood and business district. Along our walk, we discovered a small, intimate coffee shop...the Aura Lounge & Expresso Bar. The nearby neighborhood & business district is modern and safe. We also visited the Kigali Genocide Memorial. It is a moving tribute to the lives lost and the power of forgiveness. Highly recommended this hotel!

I just would like to thank all of the staff for everything during our recent JW convention in Rwanda. The staff, the food, and cleanliness was impeccable. The employees went over and above. Everyone deserves a raise. The manager even asked if there was anything to improve on , and I responded " better room lighting" but I do wear glasses. I'll be back for sure.

Exceptional service! I was here for two months! The hotel is well situated close to all amenities you ever need.The rooms are soo big!, felt like home away from home; The staff are warm, professional and helpful. They were always on standby if I needed anything I would get it in shortest time possible. The views are great especially at night and there is barbecue on most Saturday afternoon. I used to enjoy the music as well; the terrace at the dining area was always good vibes and views. The staff have a good rapport with guests: the Manager, Micheal was always at the breakfast area chatting with guests and helping them around the space. Overall it was a great 8 weeks of staying at Radisson and I will stay here again whenever I am in Kigali.

I stayed in The Park Inn by Radisson Kigali, Rwanda for a few nights in August 2025. It's a great hotel, nice clean rooms a restaurant and bar and open reception area. All the staff were really excellent, do polite and helpful and always had a welcoming smile. Excellent all round 👍🏻

I'm writing to share our excellent experience at Park Inn by Radisson, Kigali.  We were particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities and the friendliness of the staff, who were always available and quick to address our needs.  We had an issue with the room safe, which they resolved promptly.  The breakfast was also outstanding, especially enjoyed the Greek Yoghurt.   Our room was spacious, and we appreciated the well-sized bathroom and we appreciated the ability to control the air conditioning from inside the rooms.  If I could suggest one improvement, it would be the addition of a bidet/Arabic tap in the toilets.  I highly recommend Park Inn by Radisson in Kigali.
