Park Inn by Radisson Kigali

The rooms are really spacious and tidy. They are well kept too. The mini fridge is empty though so no snacks or drinks apart from tea. The staff are really personable, extra helpful and truly pleasant. The prices for food are very very affordable. The food itself is decent enough. It didn’t blow my mind, but I didn’t hate it. The internet can get choppy so be ready for some frustrating moments. Overall, not bad.

One standout moment was when I decided to try a drink recommended by a young bartender. Watching them work was such a unique experience they moved with confidence and precision, clearly passionate about their craft. They even explained the ingredients they were using and the inspiration behind the drink, which added a personal and creative touch to the whole experience. The drink itself was phenomenal. It was presented beautifully, almost like a piece of art, with a garnish that complemented the flavors perfectly. The taste was exquisite each sip offered a harmonious blend of flavors that I haven’t experienced anywhere else. What made the experience even more special was the energy of the place. It felt alive, with a great mix of music, friendly conversations, and laughter filling the air. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind, enjoy high-quality drinks, and feel genuinely appreciated as a guest. Overall, my time there was unforgettable, and I’ll definitely be coming back soon. The team, especially that talented young bartender, deserves all the recognition for creating such an outstanding experience.

The rooms and bathrooms are a good size, and nice and clean. |Nice hotel and good neighbourhood to walk or run. Though I didn’t use the pool, it looked clean and inviting. ||My only complaint was the food which mostly lacks taste apart from their salads, which was good.||I am from Nigeria, not the USA. Pls include all countries in your drop-down @tripadvisor

We had an amazing stay the team was very attentive and everything went perfectly. We used the rooms for business meeting and the internet was perfect. The lunch buffet is a bit pricey but the food is good. Thank you !|The gym and swimming pool are in good conditions I was happy to use them.

Great location for workshops but also for rewinding after a long day (sauna, gym, swimming pool facilities were excellent). Rooms are spacious and clean.

Stayed at park inn by Radisson kigali, during Christmas with my family, we enjoyed almost everything , swimming pool ,gym, was nice. We were given a room with nice view. Breakfast buffet was very nice with different options. I will definitely recommend all my friends.

Had a two week stay at this Hotel. We had a wonderful time here. The staff are friendly, service is very nice, good for business as well leisure tourists, close to major organizations. The decorations for Christmas added to the vibe.
