Park Inn by Radisson Kigali

Good for a business trip or an airport layover. The members of staff are the best thing about this place, absolutely lovely, 100/10. Room has standard room amenities with a gym, sauna, steam and a small pool. Check-out time is later than most hotels, noon, but they offer an extension of 2hours. Perfect for younger travelers.

The staffs were friendly and respectful. I remember Blaise and Enodia were really professional and cordial. There was also a guy at the reception who helped with taking our luggage to our rooms, I didn’t get his name and didn’t see him till I left but I must say, he was also very respectful. He was with Blaise at the reception on the night of 27th December 2025 when I checked in. Myself and my husband had a great time.

Had a great stay at Park Inn by Radisson. Great & friendly staff & service. A special shout out to Moses in the restaurant, super courteous and prepared us a great last dinner. The rooms were clean with good AC, I just love more space that's why I gave it a 4 star. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We shall revisit.

The Park Inn by Radisson Kigali was a great place to stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. My accommodation was clean, pleasant, and well-equipped, plus it had fantastic views of the city. The restaurant provided fantastic meals with a variety of local and international alternatives, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. I particularly liked the new gym and the pool area, which was very calming. Overall, it's the right mix of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I definitely suggest it for both business and pleasure travellers!

I had a really nice time at the hotel. It was aesthetically pleasing, the room was clean with a nice view, and the room service was good. All the staff were really friendly, and a special thank you to Nelson for being so helpful during our stay.

I'm very thankful to the Park Inn team for a lovely stay. I enjoyed the steam room, gym facilities, and resturant. All are very well kept. We had a slight problem on check in with a room with a broken toilet and leak. Rather than having us suffer through they gave us a nice room in another hotel. It turned a stressful situation into a nice one. Thank you to the night manager Gerald for helping us through that. I will be sure to stay again and recommend this as an option to others.

Excellent stay in central Kigali! This lovely, secure hotel is conveniently located near the city center and many amenities. Rooms are clean and well-equipped with hot water, a fridge, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. The friendly and helpful staff ensure a great experience. Guests can enjoy a gym, spa, and swimming pool. The food is fresh and delicious. The hotel provides airport shuttles and transportation to key destinations within Kigali for sightseeing. I highly recommend it
