I would like to sincerely thank you for the hospitality and the wonderful experience we had during our stay in your hotel. i truly appreciate the cleanliness, security, professional service, and the warm welcome from your staff. Everything was well-organized and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, we would like to bring to your attention one important thing that could be improved, the food options for vegetarian guests. We noticed that vegetarian options were very limited, and in some cases, not well-prepared and sufficient at all We kindly recommend expanding the vegetarian menu and ensuring those guests are catered to with the same care and attention as others. This improvement would make your hotel even more inclusive and accommodating for all types of guests. Thank you again for your great service. We look forward to returning in the future. My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. However, it was advertised as air conditioned, but the air conditioning did not work. Power went on and off throughout the night, causing the lights to come on when the generator kicked in. When we brought it to the attention of the manager- he blamed us for not calling the front desk when it happened. I also called after our stay to see if I left a jacket and the hotel was not helpful, and told me to call back later.

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service I have received at Park Inn. The food is wonderfully fresh, the rooms are spotless, and the beds are incredibly comfortable with a peaceful environment free from noise. The staff have been consistently respectful and professional, and I am especially delighted to meet and appreciate my fellow Kenyan working with you.||Thank you so much for making my stay such a pleasant and memorable experience.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel park Inn by Radisson Kigali. Every area of service exceeded our expectations—from the welcoming security team , the reception staff who were professional and friendly, to the restaurant staff who served delicious food with great care and staff from finance. It was clear that every department worked with dedication to ensure us comfortably. My sincere thanks to the entire team for making us truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding services .

I enjoyed every minute of my 4-night stay. From the airport pick up to my last breakfast I felt so well looked after as a woman travelling alone. Excellent comfortable quiet room, well equipped gym, clean swimming pool, alcohol-free beer at the bar , and delicious freshly cooked food. I ate the green banana and pea stew one day, and grilled nile perch with avocado salad another day. What made it so special was that every staff member was welcoming, and went an extra mile to be helpful. Thanks so much. Just one thing to improve sustainability - the room service changed my soap and towels every day - this was not necessary!

The staff are excellent from airport pick up drivers to the service team. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. Excellent location if you are traveling for work and need to put in extra hours in the night - very quiet and comfortable working table. The front office team always makes things possible.

The team at Park Inn Hotel was exceptionally friendly and accommodating during our visit. The rooms were spotless and quite comfortable. We also appreciated the tasty breakfast every morning and the convenient location near the city center. I will suggest it to my friends.

Spotless, luxurious rooms and incredibly helpful staff. Smart TV so you can screenshare. The gym is huge and well stocked. Loved the sauna, pool and steam room too. This will be my go to stay in Kigali. Thank you 😊
