Park Inn by Radisson Luxembourg City

Absolute top notch property! Great rooms, nice size, safe area, lovely friendly staff, in-room lovely coffee (cheerfully gave more coffee on request too!) and fridge, near everything. Great amenities and nice gathering spaces. Huge bathroom with a wonderful shower. Great value!

A pretty nice hotel well located in the city. It’s part of the Radisson chain, and seems to be either new or newly renovated. Interestingly enough, it’s not on the ground floor, so if you’re coming from the street you take an elevator to the lobby. From the parking lot you can enter directly though. I got a room that was clean and spacious. It had all the amenities that you’d expect. Nice and spacious bathroom. Service was good, if a bit slow. I had to wait both at check-in and check-out. A backup person, or self-checkout would have been great. The parking garage mentioned above was not great, and if you have a larger car I’d recommend looking for parking elsewhere, sadly enough. I did not try the restaurant or bar, but it seemed ok, with a view over the street below.

The hotel is located fairly centrally very close to the main railway station and an easy commute using the free public transport system from the airport. Lots of shops and restaurants within the vicinity. The hotel is accessed via a lift and reception is on the 2nd floor. The rooms was fairly spacious, clean and functional. TV had lots of channels but very few English speaking :-( Housekeeping was fairly efficient. Biggest disappointment was the breakfast. On my 3 day stay, the breakfast area was never full but the staff seemed incapable on topping up the hot section with food. The eggs were the most unappetising i've seen anywhere, the potatoes tasted old and stale. The cold cuts section was empty with no attempt to refill despite there being over 30mins left until breakfast ended. In summary, the hotel was ok but do not make the mistake of having breakfast here - you will be disappointed.

Pros · Good location, within walking distance of the station and from the tram stop to the center. The tram runs until quite late at night, so you can easily get back to the hotel if you go out for dinner in the center in the evening. There are also a number of restaurants and cafés on the 'Place de Paris' square near the hotel. Beautiful, spacious and modern room and bathroom. Very good breakfast|Negatives · The air conditioning was broken during our stay. It turned out to be a problem in the entire building. The hotel installed a fan in every room and offered refreshing drinks, but it was still very warm in the room. Luckily there was no heat wave when we were there. We are convinced that the hotel is doing everything it can to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Don't take for granted anything that the reception says. I have asked for a wake-up call, they never did and the receptionist was trying to convince me that he did. It was for good that I always set up my phone's alarm otherwise I would have been sleeping up to now and missed my flight. Also, they have blocked from my cr card 60 euro for the room which the welcome receptionist told me that will be return with my check-out. But no... The other receptionist during my check-out informed me that they will do this in 7 working days. The room was very cold and very standard, no slippers provided. Last but very important for a business traveller like me. The breakfast at the hotel is the most poor I ever had. Common you Radisson hotel people.. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, especially for people who will go to work and will have the next meal after 8 hours. I won't stay in this hotel again and I will be very careful with Radisson hotels in the future

Great location, next to the train station and a short walk to the old town. Comfy bedding and accessible to everything we wanted to do. A Christmas market was a two mins walk away that was less crowded than the bigger ones in the heart of the city.

Solo travel and stayed for three nights. Hotel is close to everything i needed which was the train, bus lines, stores, restaurants, markets and even a walking distance to a laundromat. I wasnt in my room all day since i do alot of exploring but the room had the amenities i needed in a hotel (fridge, kettle, safe, iron etc). Not bad for the price i paid.

Big rooms, clean and quiet. Priced OK. Easily accessible from the airport and the central station. Walkable to all the 3 Christmas markets. Some shady characters in the area around the Gare. Lots of food choices.
