Park Inn By Radisson Nairobi Westlands

The location is super convenient for a start, I was picked up from the airport by the hotel driver for a nominal fee but this was great as it was my first time In Nairobi so it felt much safer for a single Female travelling for work. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed and great shower facilities.. the cleanliness was at a high standard which is important for me. Firstly, booking was really easy Anthony M assisted here. And upon arrival he presented himself for introduction which felt welcoming. Kenneth was great support throughout our 4 day meeting he facilitated the preparation of the meeting room and ensured that the food and drinks arrived in a timely manner. Kenneth also helped me by recommending a special drink to help soothe my throat pain / cold. Myrina was an absolute sweetheart, she surprised me by preempting the drink I have every lunchtime and this made me feel special. She was always smiling and offering help. The staff are a credit to this location. They tried there best to be as attentive as possible. With this being my first experience at this hotel location I will certainly be back and recommend they stay here for a great satisfied experience. Thank you all at Holiday Inn Westland location. Comfortable, convenient, short stay. Staffs were nice. We arrived very early. They made the necessary arrangements and allowed us to go to the room much before the check-in time. Airport pick-up arranged by the hotel was quite good and convenient. There is a shopping mall near to the hotel at walking distance.

The hotel is great however we only have to choose a drink at lunch time. Water should be offered free aside from other beverages during lunch time. There are no available vanity kits in the bathroom. However, my experience is great because staffs are kind and approachable.

Clean, peaceful, good buffet lunch.|Chef Emmanuel, gave us his best. The food was fresh. Such a courteous gentleman. I recommend Parkinn for quiet family lunch on a Sunday

This was a lovely stay. It felt central to everything I needed. It wasn't far from the game rides at Nairobi National Park. It was easily accessible by uber. My only issue with the hotel is the low water pressure and lack of removable shower head for proper washing.

Awesome, easy to locate I like the ambience the customer service is top notch. The rooms are huge with good space and very neat. I would recommend any time any day.

Had a two night stay on our leg back home after a Safari. Just the kind of stay we needed after a week long Safari. Relaxing with some food and good amenities. The restaurant in the ground floor has decent food options though we mostly had pizza. The staff at the restaurant were mostly friendly. We also got some room service and again the staff were helpful The front desk staff can improve being more hospitable as you are the first ones greeting that guests every morning. Location is perfect, safe and close to shopping and the Sarit mall. I would recommend the hotel for a night or two if you are staying in Nairobi.
