Beautiful hotel with a lot of Christmas vibe. We spent an amazing 10 nights in a superior room. The little goodnight attention, courtesy from the chef and very friendly staff made our stay incredible. The restaurant also serves amazing breakfast and kids are welcome and given special attention. Will definitely be back.

We have had better experiences here in the past during various meetings held at the hotel. During this recent visit for a board meeting, we noticed that some aspects of the overall experience had declined compared to our previous engagements. We hope that improvements will be made to restore the hotel’s usual standards.

Our experience was good. The hotel is modern and boasts a really good view of Nairobi from the 11th floor. Swimming was a blast, but they need a heated pool. Sharon was a reliable warm smile every morning at breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, convenient, short stay. Staffs were nice. We arrived very early. They made the necessary arrangements and allowed us to go to the room much before the check-in time. Airport pick-up arranged by the hotel was quite good and convenient. There is a shopping mall near to the hotel at walking distance.

I had a great stay at Park Inn. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. George was exceptionally kind and helpful, we went out of his to ensure that we have a comfortable stay. Sharon was very sweet and kind too.
