My recent stay at this hotel has truly set a new standard for excellence. From the unbeatable location to the warmth and professionalism of the staff, every aspect surpassed my expectations. The friendliness and genuine care shown by everyone—from Iris, Matilda, lovely Christina, Robert, and another gentleman whose name I regret forgetting—made me feel instantly at home. The attention to detail and level of customer service here is, without a doubt, the epitome of perfection. I genuinely wish all hotels could achieve what this one has. If it were possible, I would happily stay here forever. Thank you, from the deepest bottom of my heart, for making my experience unforgettable.

It was such a pleasure to stay here! From the moment we checked in, we felt truly cared for — the staff made us feel welcome and helped us reset and relax right away. The breakfast was amazing, and every staff member we met was incredibly kind and attentive. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Beautiful hotel, exceptionally friendly staff, very quiet rooms, directly opposite from a little park, in a wonderful location just above downtown Copenhagen, with less than 10 minutes of a drive to get to the scenic and touristy parts of Copenhagen. We will definitely stay here again. We truly loved our stay.

This hotel has it all. It is in one of the most upside regions in Denmark. The staff is amazing. Iris at the reception as Guest Manager, as well as all the kitchen and room service staff are top notch. Breakfast was one of the best I have had in years. Do not hesitate : book.

I stayed for one night, Sunday June 15 2025. This was the nicest, newest, most exquisite, clean, well appointed, hotel I have ever stayed (and I travel a lot for work and pleasure). The staff are excellent and very helpful. Outstanding all around experience. I will definitely return to stay here. I rated the location as a "4" only because it is not near the center of Copenhagen - on the other hand, this hotel is adjacent to an affluent neighborhood, the Swiss and Polish (and perhaps other) embassies are a couple of blocks away on the water, the hotel is next to a beautiful park, and only a 15 minute walk to the local train. Breakfast was superb.

From start to finish, this was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The hotel is out of the hustle and bustle of Copenhagen but offers all of the cultural, dining, shopping and sightseeing opportunities you want. The hotel staff were warm and welcoming and anticipated my needs. I felt pampered with every interaction. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer.

Top-class hotel in Copenhagen’s luxury district. Everything feels new, cozy, and thoughtfully designed—attention to detail truly impressed me. Though the location isn’t right in the city center, it’s easily reachable with just 3–5 train stops. A perfect mix of comfort, style, and calm, ideal for a refined city stay.

Stylish hotel that opened in Jan 25, located on the edge of the park in the beautiful suburb of Hellerup. A perfect location for visiting Copenhagen if you want to escape the crowds. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with small bathroom pods that are very well designed. |It’s a 40 minute taxi from the airport, and the local train station is a 15 minute walk away at a reasonable pace. Regular trains into Copenhagen with access to the metro.|As well as the hotel restaurant, the Rose Rose bistro is linked to the hotel and offers more casual dining.
