Stayed one night with three friends and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, the staff was professional, and both the pool and hot tub were well-maintained. The grab-and-go breakfast was convenient and just what we needed before heading out on our morning hike. Location is perfect for walking downtown to shop.

First time guest. We stayed in a room with a king size bed. Great super comfortable Beauty Rest mattress, good quality sheets with a heavy duvet, very good quality and new pillows, completely clean, no bad smells and spacious room. We were very pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the bed (a good sleep is key) was and the prompt helpful customer service. Felt like we were back in the 80's with the pool and the chandeliers so that would be fun for young families. Decent breakfast included with a variety of options. Overall, great value. Would definitely stay here again. Close to walk to restaurants, the little Main Street and the river.

After reading the positive reviews on this hotel I was hopeful our experience would be the same for our one night stay. I was not disappointed! Upon arrival I was greeted by James and after explaining we no longer needed a pet friendly room he reached out to his manager who gave us an upgrade to the 2nd floor (pool facing 2 Queen bed room). I didnt ask for it, it was offered with enthusiasm. The room was delightful with a separate mini kitchen area (sink/micro/fridge) right beside the external balcony door - yes there's a balcony! - and this separate sink area was so helpful to my hubby who has unique medical needs. Despite being at 75% capacity there was almost zero noise from other patrons (due to the fact that there is no hallway so noise dissipates into the open mezzanine). The room was spotless, the beds & bedding were comfy and the ability to let in fresh mountain air via the window off the balcony was the cherry on this sundae. My only regret was that we were only staying one night and not three :( Really looking forward to a return stay at this lovely establishment.

So be aware, apparently the policy at this hotel is to charge you twice. Upon check in we were charged our rate plus an additional 100 which is normal. Upon check out we were charged our three nights again. 735 plus an additional 635 on check out. When I called I was curtly informed that this is their policy. I have never hear of this in all my life of vacationing. Will never return to this hotel, informed them of that and they were fine with my choice. Very poor.

Their rooms are nice but a bit dated, clean but the furniture's old. The pool's got way too much chlorine; you can really smell it. The hot tub's great though. Breakfast was good, your standard hotel fare. All in all, a pretty good stay.

Was getting late had to stop driving pulled over here, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Has a nice indoor pool, hot tub and sauna 😁. Rooms could use a little updating but other then that the beds are super comfy...! And there's nice views of the mountains.

This place was a fantastic find! A truly comfortable and relaxing overnight stay that left me wishing I'd booked longer. The pool and hot tub are in the center of the lodge, and the breakfast was a highlight – those pancakes were absolutely amazing! Plus, the convenience of having a liquor store and pub right next door made it even better. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Stayed here with nonstop snow ski trip and had fairly low expectations, however, this place is absolutely brilliant and far exceeded.||The staff are all super friendly, especially the girls on breakfast.||Rooms are spacious and the super king bed is genuinely the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever stayed in (living in Dubai and having stayed in all the 5 stars, this is legit!)||The pool and hot tub are great too.||Coffee in the room is good and the staff clean and replace everything daily. ||Only feedback I would have is that the breakfast scrambled eggs get pretty dry pretty quickly. So get there early!||I'll be back, without a shadow of doubt!!

Yelp
After spending a lot of money on sometimes spartan hotel accommodations and very average meals in Glacier National Park and Waterton's Prince of Wales Hotel, we really appreciated the Park Place Lodge. Besides being a great value, we loved the comfort, the amenities, the pool and hot tub, the best complimentary hotel breakfast we've had in a long time, and the friendliness of the staff.

Yelp
This place is beyond amazing. I stayed there for a couple of romantic occasions with my soon to be wife. I must say nothing was left to desire. The rooms we stayed in were very nice. Some of the most restful sleeps I have ever had. The views are amazing, breathtaking even. The staff are friendly and the services are many. The hotel's decor definitely reflects the 4 stars it has earned. we will stay there again! While there, one must also try the restaurant nearby as it offers some tasty meals. While Some of the prices may seem a little high, it is well worth it for what you get. Please see the reviews for Max Restaurant to find out more about the restaurant itself.

Yelp
Our group of 8 touring bicyclists stayed here on July 10, 2017. Kelly and staff were very welcoming to us upon arrival after riding 60 miles. They accommodated our needs and made us feel at home! We highly recommend staying here while you explore Fernie and the surrounding area.

Yelp
Stopped overnight in Fernie and found a vacancy at this hotel. It was well appointed, clean and with above average finishes. Only downside was we asked for a quiet room and were given a room facing the Main Street, which wasn't quiet. A reasonable value for the money and the front desk person was very welcoming .
