I had a lovely stay here. Nothing was too much trouble. I was out on a day trip and the hotel provided me with a packed lunch and a cold meal when I got back. Extremely helpful at reception throughout. Wake up calls arranged. Would highly recommend a stay here. Spotlessly clean too. Thank you. 😊

Our stay at the hotel Park Plaza Arena Pula was amazing. The rooms are newly furnished, modern, and fully equipped. The restaurant offers a wide choice of meals both for breakfast and dinner (including Lacoste-free, gluten-free etc options). All the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the view of the sea from behind the pine forest (photo attached). The beach and the sea are clean. We recommend the hotel to everyone and we definitely plan to return there.

It was our first time in Croatia and we had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Very clean and perfect location. The staff was very friendly. We would like to thank Front Office Manager Mirko especially for making our stay very memorable as he made sure our mum of 82 had the best holiday ever. We will try to come back next year!

WOW! Literally no other word. The whole crew of the hotel, Michael and Tomas from the pool bar, from reception to cleaning, a BIG THANKS TO YOU! The place is beautiful, the location is great, the food is good but it’s really the staff that make this place a remarkable and memorable stay. My husband and I were on our “baby moon” and they made sure I had fantastic virgin cocktails, they’re very attentive to allergies and overall just amazing people. We will definitely return when our little boy arrives! Good luck this season and see you soon 🥰.

It's WAY worse than the Grand Brioni Hotel, which is a 2 minutes walk from there, however price difference is about 60 euro per night. The room is small and poor-looking. The gym and the rest of the facilities are no better. Everything is a bit outdated. It's very dark in the lobby and the restaurant in the evening. Food choice is poor. It feels like I'm in the early 2000.

This place is a hidden gem on the Istria peninsula, we discover coincidentally while searching for last minute places for short holidays in early August. We loved everything!!! The property is beautiful, has plenty of sunbeds and hammocks under the pine trees available for the hotel guests. Loved the morning yoga class and the breakfast. Free parking is onsite. We hope to be back soon!!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast with good selection and beautiful pool with plenty of space! Two things that I didn't like: Dinner buffet is pretty overpriced at 32 EUR per person and not even a bootle of water is included in the price? Another thing: We had to wait 30-35 minutes just to order some lunch even tho there was only 3 other guest in seating area. I had to physically stand up, go inside and ask for order. Same happened when I wanted to pay the next day. Plenty of sunbeds available but you have to wake up early (7 AM) grab your towles and claim your spot. After the (11 AM) it's packed and you will be lucky to find a spot! All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here <3 Hvala!
