We always have holidays in September as it covers my birthday and our anniversary. We decided this year we wanted to just relax. This hotel was just perfect. Very clean, great staff, quiet atmosphere, good food. We had breakfast and dinner here every day. It was from an extensive buffet, food was varied and great standard every day. We always finished off with drinks near the pool area, it was so relaxing and I had a few cigars during my time here. We went into Pula one day and did a walking tour which the hotel set up. Apart from that we spent our days on sun loungers around the pool, getting tanned and just simply relaxing. Massive shout out to Tamara, she looked after us every night, making sure we had enough drinks and always happy and cheerful. Both my wife and I work in hotels in central london, so we both know how hotels run and I must say, Thank you very much for looking after us so well Arena Park Plaza Pula, we are already planning our return next year.

Loved our stay here, perfect location- easy to get the bus into Pula to explore. The food was fantastic (we went half board). Room was clean, staff were lovely. Didn't spend too much time on the sun beds as there was so much for us to do, but the pool area was lovely to relax. I would say one of the best half board hotels we've stayed in.

Great resort in Pula. The hotel is charming and modern and the rooms were very comfortable with all the amenities that you would need. The breakfasts were fantastic with many choices and had a great restaurant for lunches and a large buffet dinner. The service was very good and the staff were very friendly.||The highlight of the property were the two person chaise lounges along the Adriatic Sea and the rocks along the shore were great for watching sunsets. They have a large outdoor pool with many chaise lounges and the deck is cleaned every evening. Nice touch was free parking.

A great relaxing holiday place! The hotel is clean, friendly and very good value for money. It has a brilliant pool with a pool bar to cater during the day, and organises several activities during the week if you want a break from lazying by the pool! It offers a buffet for breakfast and dinner, with varied enough options to eat onsite every day. If you do fancy going out, there are quite a few nice options within walking distance. Town is only 10 minutes cab ride away (buses also available), so easy to get to Pula for a day trip or a night out, whilst still far enough for a quiet, relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel staff is very professional, going above and beyond all the time. Particular shout out to Tamara and the F&B team! It was our first visit, but definitely won't be the last!

Lovely hotel. Compact but very good rooms and bathrooms.||Nice selection of food for both breakfast and dinner. ||Very accommodating and friendly staff.||No evening entertainment when we were there. And not a lot nearby in the evening.||Good location for exploring the Istrian coast... beautiful Medulin and Rovinj highly recommended.||Pula centre is well worth a visit or two. €2 bus to Pula a short walk down the road. Uber back ~€8.||Manuel Car Rental highly recommended. 20 min walk away. Low cost, good cars.

The hotel’s location, at the Verudla peninsula, where the blue meets the green and only fifteen minutes car drive from the city center of Pula, is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and professional. Buffet breakfasts and dinners are full of choices and the food is delicious. Combining your meals will be the hardest decisions of your day. All the compliments to our wonderful waitress Sanja!

Our first two nights in Pula we stayed here and it was a great choice, out of the bustle and traffic of the city but within reach with an Uber. Good clean room with a balcony. Amazing breakfast included, so much choice and a perfect start to the day. Bar and restaurant for the evening too, though we went out to various restaurants within easy reach along the coastal path. Hammocks in the grounds for that ultimate relaxation, and a small beach where you could go in the sea if you wanted. A very relaxing stay.

Very nice medium sized hotel with a lovely pine grove overlooking a small bay. The staff is fantastic and they offer excellent breakfast (some of the best omelettes I’ve ever had). The bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable about local wine. There’s a nice pool with a bar and plenty of chairs/umbrellas. Old Town is about 10 minutes away by car. Pro tip: guests claim sun loungers very early so perhaps grab one before breakfast.
