Park Plaza Beijing Wangfujing

We stayed here for 10 days for business and leisure, and this hotel truly deserves 5 stars. 1) Excellent Location The side door leads directly to the domestic train station and a minimart. From the main entrance, a short 5-minute walk brings you to the LEGO shop, shopping malls, eateries, and about 15 minutes walk ,heading straight you will reach the Forbidden City. 2) Clean and Well-Equipped Rooms Rooms are clean and come with everything you need—coffeemaker, daily 4 bottled waters, iron and board, bathtub, hair dryer, kettle, tea, safe, fridge, full toiletries, and pillow options. Washing machine, dryer, and microwave are conveniently available on the first floor with room-card access. 3) Exceptional Service Special thanks to Concierge Andy Jia, who is kind, patient, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. He gave us clear directions, showed genuine care, arranged an a good discount airport transfer, and even checked that we arrived safely. Front desk staff Ava and Faye were also wonderful—Ava arranged a quiet room with a good view and early check-in, while Faye helped with a late check-out. A truly pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Park Plaza (Beijing WangFuJing) is located near the center of the city. For the location in the vicinity of many Beijing-must-sees and the diverse restaurants/local food possibilities, the hotel provides excellent value for tourists. As a reasonably priced 4-star hotel, we found the nice self-service laundry room, including a microwave, to be a big plus for us after 3 weeks of multi-city tours. It was also very pleasant to interact with hotel's helpful staff. I got a lot of help from one of the managers, Kevin, who was helpful and fun to talk to. You definitely feel that they do their best for you. As one example, I got in my room and smelled a vague sense of cigarette smoke, and called front desk. They sent someone up and showed me multiple available rooms and made sure I was happy with the one I found.

I stayed 4 nights at Park Plaza Hotel during my first visit to Beijing. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. In addition, the hotel also provides a laundry room for guests’ convenience.The hotel is located within 10 minutes’ walking distance to Wangfujing (WFJ) Street, and only 5 minutes’ walk to the nearest metro station, making it very accessible.The hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, during my stay, I encountered a front desk staff member, Ms. Crystal Zhang, and felt that the communication could have been warmer when I asked for recommendations on massage places near the hotel. I’m not sure if this was due to cultural differences, but I hope guest interactions can continue to be improved with more smiles and friendliness.I would also like to give a special compliment to Mr. Yuen Loong from the concierge team. He was extremely helpful, sincere, and polite. He took great care of my Taobao (TB) parcels, which I ordered before arriving in Beijing, and even ensured that I received all of them one night before my check-out.Thank you for the wonderful experience. I will definitely choose Park Plaza Hotel again on my next visit to Beijing!

Excellent location in the Wangfujingarea! Check-in was fast and efficient. The 3-bedded room was a good size and well appointed with a Nespresso machine, comfy beds and pillows. Staff was friendly and quick to assist whenever we approached them for help or queries. The breakfast buffet spread includes both continental choices and Chinese dishes to cater to different tastes. Overall, great value for money considering its central location and coupled with the friendly service rendered to us by the attentive staff, it was a very positive 5- night stay at Park Plaza Wangfujing Beijing indeed.

We only stayed at this hotel for two nights before flying back home, but we were very happy with our choice. The hotel is very well located, close to plenty of restaurants and transportation. The famous shopping street, Wangfujing, is also within walking distance. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. Despite being close to main roads, it was very quiet, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We slept very well in this room. I could also use the well-equipped fitness facility. We would return to this hotel during our next visit to Beijing and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel there.

Awesome team of frontline staff at reception. Special credits to Ms Faye who was most accommodating to our needs. My son was running a fever on arrival and she gave us a room upon arrival. She also helped in every way possible by connecting on Wechat so that i could reach her in case i need any help. She assisted in all ways possible from our ordering of meals and having it sent to our room. It was very assuring having her as a contact point. The team also provided us with info on clinics and over the counter meds. They even checked in to see if my son recovered when they saw us next morning. I would highly recommend this hotel because their entire crew is very customer oriented and service is excellent! Thank you Faye, Kevin, Ava, Crystal and Yulong for the wonderful hospitality and beautiful experience during our stay ❤️

First time in Beijing, and this hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff, cleanliness, and location were all fantastic, just a stone’s throw from a popular shopping area. Special shoutout to Amber at the reception for her kindness and attentiveness, helping us order food and medicine even when my app wasn’t working. Truly appreciated! 🙏🙏🙏

The receptionist we dealt with was Kevin. He spoke excellent English, and was very courteous and knowledgable. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast was very good. The only minor drawback was that most hot dishes were only lukewarm warm at best.
