Rooms are very old fashione, a lot power sockets does not work, ac leaking, fridge does not work, power keep tripping, shower bath covered with black mold, main door does not clise properly. Needs a very big revamp. Only good thing is staff and location for this property.

Would definitely stay again. Perfect location for food, shops and marina. Reception staff cheerful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and we ended up skipping lunch as we were too full. Our suit was very clean, nicely appointed with a large terrace with table and chairs. Pictures are from our suit bar the first that is from the side of the hotel.

My entire money and luggage were stolen in this hotel , my door was opened by master key and the safe opened also with no breakage, they refused to open cameras and refused to call police! I brought the embassy and the local police my self and until now they say the cameras are not working and didn’t do anything or return any thing! It is not safe please don’t stay there

Beautiful, it has a wonderful view, too bad the Wi-Fi is only free at the reception, if you want it in the rooms you have to pay, these days it's inconceivable

The house keeping staff stoled expensive items from our room, and we tried to report it several times with no cooperation!! Last time we did they told us go to the police without any help!!! Worst place to stay in literally! The sheets are dirty everything is old and rusty wouldn't recommend it at all!

Booked a room with ocean view, sadly the Hotel B51 Boutique Hotel which is a part of Park Plaza Suites, is privy to loud music til wee hours of the morning and then when the music stops the people keep going...very loud obnoxious yelling laughing...a mish mosh of craziness until almost 8am every night...needless to say for the 3 days we were there, I did not sleep because of this noise. Sad because the hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully kept as well as all staff are incredibly kind. If it wasn't for the extreme noise factor they would get 5 stars. Sorry. But Mama needs her sleep! :-(

The rooms are nicely with modern furniture, however lots of them have a door communicating with another room, which can be really inconvenient if your neighbours is there on holiday and "alchool friendly". I had a problem with that and thr receptionist (a really kind and understanding man) changed it understanding I was there for work and not for leisure. The new room was bigger but the flush of the toilet was not working. In the morning I also had the surorise that the breakfast was served from 8 and when I asked what was he time of the breakfast (it was already 7 45 ) a really rude man named "An..."replied "it is from 8! You have to wait unti 8! This is the rule of the hitel, ok?" Which left me speachless as he kept saying "it is the rule of the hotel, ok? Staff should learn a more apropriate way to speak to the guests and make then feeling welcome rather than alienated Maybe it was just an unlucky encounter
