Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were extremely poor, and the management, including the MOD Mr Kamal manager, did not seem attentive or proactive in addressing issues.
Although the reception staff (Santu) were polite and helpful, the overall service definitely does not reflect a 4-star standard. When we checked in, the room was not cleaned properly — there was visible dust, the electric kettle was dirty, and the bed rest was stained. To make matters worse, we even found bed bugs.
The food quality was also below expectations — excessively oily and spicy, nowhere near what you’d expect from a 4-star property. Overall, this stay was not pleasant, and the hotel needs major improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and food quality to meet basic hospitality standards.
