had booked a room for two days. When I reached the hotel at 8:30 AM, the reception staff clearly refused to allocate a room, even after I informed them that I was willing to pay additional charges for early check-in. Despite this, they did not cooperate. Finally, the room was allotted only at 11:45 AM. During the waiting period, none of the staff approached or even offered basic courtesy such as drinking water. The room quality was very poor due to the old property. The air conditioning was not functioning properly—at times it was excessively cold, and at other times it was hot. There was a strong unpleasant smell in the corridors. Although the restaurant food was good, the bed spreads were very old and appeared worn out. The bathroom was not hygienic at all. Overall, the experience was disappointing and needs serious improvement, especially in staff behavior, cleanliness, and maintenance.

The location is the only strong positive of this property. If you specifically want to stay near Park Street, the location works well and early check-in was provided, which was appreciated. The staff were polite and well-behaved. However, the overall room quality and cleanliness were disappointing. The rooms were not properly cleaned, with visible stains and poor maintenance (as seen in the bathroom and fittings). Despite asking multiple times, the Wi-Fi password was not provided, which is a basic expectation. Simple amenities like green tea sachets were missing from room service. Breakfast was average to below average, with limited options and nothing noteworthy. Overall: Choose this property only for its location near Park Street. Otherwise, the room quality, cleanliness, and basic service gaps make it not a good value stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, being conveniently situated near Kalighat Metro station and opposite La Martina School. The conference room is spacious and well-suited for office meetings and conferences. The hotel's ambience is truly impressive, and the staff are polite, courteous, and well-behaved, making for a pleasant stay. The foods are tasty and delicious.The Swimming pool and Work out station at 7th floor are well maintained. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

I was in Park Prime during Durga Puja. The hotel was way beyond my expectations. It is near park street where u can find a lot of hotel, club and restaurant with vibrant night life. Clean and sapcious room, very polite and customer centric staff. I felt well taken care of. They were some issues with internet in my room but they have upgraded me to a higher room as a compensation. The buffet was Godly. Amazing. The chef is great and the food is heavenly. I truly loved my experience there and I will definitely come back. Thanks to the KamaSutra Restaurant Chef and their Staff😇

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were extremely poor, and the management, including the MOD Mr Kamal manager, did not seem attentive or proactive in addressing issues. Although the reception staff (Santu) were polite and helpful, the overall service definitely does not reflect a 4-star standard. When we checked in, the room was not cleaned properly — there was visible dust, the electric kettle was dirty, and the bed rest was stained. To make matters worse, we even found bed bugs. The food quality was also below expectations — excessively oily and spicy, nowhere near what you’d expect from a 4-star property. Overall, this stay was not pleasant, and the hotel needs major improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and food quality to meet basic hospitality standards.

The staff managed everything smoothly and were very courteous throughout. The food and refreshments served were great as well. Overall, a perfect location for corporate events and meetings — highly recommended for business gatherings.
