Staying at the Park Regis Singapore is a fantastic choice. The location is superb, close to MRT, Riverwalk and Chinatown. We chose to stay at Park Regis after 14 day cruise, it is about a 7 minute ride from Port. Ensure you ask taxi to have meter on and ask for a receipt at the end of your ride. Our mistake as first time travelers to Singapore, the driver took advantage of two females. When we arrived at hotel, they asked us the price of ride and if we got a receipt when they found out we were ripped off, they pulled security footage and followed up with taxi company to report criminal driver. As we arrived on a Saturday morning, taxi office was closed so Raj, Concierge ensured he was taking care of reporting. Angel at front desk, took care of our check in with such care and compassion. We got into our beautiful and meticulously clean room quickly and the coordination to deliver our luggage was extremely swift. The amenity of the room are lovely, nice tea set and hot pot. Beds comfortable with luxurious sheets and fluffy pillows. Pool was awesome, loved the chairs and water was great! If you are looking for a fantastic, clean and reasonable accommodation, Park Regis is an incredible choice. I will never forget the amazing care of Raj ensuring the integrity of tourism in Singapore and that we are treated fairly through going the extra mile to ensure taxis cabs do not take advantage of guests. Definitely book Park Regis!

Our stay at Park Regis was wonderful and relaxing. The staff are all so friendly, especially James at the front check in desk, and Jay with house keeping. They added a few small surprises since we’re celebrating our honeymoon. ❤️ Location is excellent. Walkable to Chinatown, at least 2 hawker markets, and to Clark Quay riverside. The only negative is that the shower and toilet room walls do not extend to the ceiling, meaning there isn’t much privacy. Otherwise, the room was nice, the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We would stay there again!

We spent three wonderful nights at Park Regis by Prince in Singapore, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. They were so warm, kind, attentiveness, friendly smiles and sooooo easy to communicate with. The breakfast was also a big highlight for us. The food was amazingggg with plenty of options to enjoy each morning. It was such a great way to start the day. The location is another huge plus. The MRT and bus stops are only a few minutes’ walk away, which made it super convenient to explore Singapore. We really appreciated how easy it was to get around. Overall, our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Thank youuu so much Park Regis for the wonderful team, great breakfast, and perfect location. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore!

One of the great hotels I have stayed in Singapore. There is nothing to complaint. My stay was absolutely pleasant. Staffs took care of us very well. Room is of decent size and very clean. Location is great! Near to Clarke quay which have many food options! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Google
Fantastic stay. The location and rooms are top notch. All the staff from cleaners to managers were courteous, attentive and kind. I can't recall all their names but Deven on the ground floor was a great help also.

Google
Clean rooms, the layout of the room is very interesting and pretty (wouldn’t recommend it for new relationships since the bathroom has little privacy 😂) The beds are super comfy, staff very helpful and friendly. Prices for laundry are ridiculous tho (10SGD just for pressing one shirt). Also it’s worth noting the location is amazing. Gym area and pool area are also very pleasant. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Google
One of the best hotel stays ever. Amazing location, rooms and service. The real star was restaurant manager Kamel, who made a point of getting to know us, striking friendly conversation with us during breakfast, and even arranging for the restaurant to open a bit earlier on our check-out day so we could eat before an early flight. He is an old-school hospitality master and the one reason I will be staying here over and over again when I visit Singapore. 10/5 stars. Highly recommended.

First impression is Everything ~ and my first experience/encounter of this hotel is with a very considerate & well mannered front office gentleman (sorry I didn’t get the name as I didn’t have my glasses - it was a young, lean clean cut, well groomed & mild mannered gentleman). I was allocated room away from lift and higher floor (Room 624) bcos I shared that I have trouble sleeping. So very thoughtful & much appreciated ! ||||The pool was well maintained, with abundance of sun chairs & towels. The hotel has a welcoming & cozy vibe, to which they decorated it tastefully (also cute sense of humor) with Christmas trimmings. ||Room was nicely lit and so inviting, bed was huge and hugs the body wonderfully!! ||||Concierge was also available ever so ready to give a warm greeting & welcome.

Yelp
Actually a quite nice hotel. Excellent location for walking to some very nice (if touristy) restaurants and bars. Staff was exceedingly polite and friendly (almost embarrassing to be greeted by your name every time you returned through the doors, even drenched like a just-washed-dog with sweat from the Singaporean heat). The room, like most of the city-state where you can be arrested for chewing gum, was spotless. Happened to be there during Lunar New Year so even from the room we had a great fireworks display each night without crowds. Only negative - and not the hotel's fault- the government airport shuttle driver amazingly didn't know the hotel and dropped us off about a mile away in front of what was probably a Chinatown whore house.

Yelp
Nice, clean, modern, and quiet. No USB outlets in the rooms though. I stayed on the 2nd floor. (Note: Check-in is on the 3rd floor.) I was here for a very short stay, so didn't check out the gym, pool or rooftop. I could hear people by the pool at 9pm-ish, but they were not talking loudly at all, fortunately. The room was stocked with 2 complimentary bottles of water, bathrobes and slippers. Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash. No lotion or face cleanser though. There was a safe, mini fridge, hair dryer, iron/board, electric kettle and instant coffee & tea with mugs in the room.

Yelp
We had a lovely 4 day stay. Rooms are smaller but it's because location is so central in Clark Quay. It was easy to get everywhere. Walking distance to Chinatown Point where there are a ton of shops. Check in is 3pm and no issues. Everyone spoke decent English. Skip the breakfast it's $20 per day and there is so much good food to explore elsewhere. Nice plus is a small refrigerator to cool down your drinks. Also 2 free bottles per day. Pool was nice kinda small but nice covered seats and towels.

Yelp
Lovely hotel in the Clarke Quay area. Clean and modern with the most amazing shampoo I've ever used. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't get to use the pool, restaurant, or gym facilities, so can't comment on those. Of course we planned to use them, but Singapore has so much to offer that we were out and about all day and night. In retrospect, we probably overpaid for a fancy 4-star hotel, as we didn't fully utilize all the facilities during our 3 nights there. But the hotel was nice and quiet, and the beds were really comfortable for sleeping. As in all spaces in Singapore, the place was a bit tight, but they really did a good layout, so the room did not feel cramped at all. We arrived on xmas eve, so there was a bit of noise from our neighbors' revelry, but the remainder of our stay was peaceful. Just across the street to Clarke Quay, but we had to jaywalk across a couple lanes to get there, which I didn't like. Embarrassing incident: We actually ended up arriving one day later than we booked, but after much discussion, the hotel manager refunded us the payment for the unused first night as goodwill. Fantastic customer service!

Yelp
This is a nifty property well-situated within walking distance of both Chinatown and Clarke Quay - access to the Singapore River. Equally close is Chinatown Point, a massive 3-story mall chock full of shops and restaurants as well as Hong Lim and Chinatown Complex hawker (food) centres. SG has dozens of such centres in which multiple stalls provide a dizzying array of Asian foods. Get online and plan your forays - one good food vlogger is Gregory Leow. At the Park Regis, on two occasions and for under $200 usd, I have been provided with a modern (quiet) room, a friendly and enthusiastic staff, and sundry other amenities one would find in pricier Singapore hotels. Highly recommended.

Yelp
The location was amazing. We were able to walk to many places with no problem. The staff was courteous. The room was small but very modern. My only critique is we arrived super early due to our flight. No rooms were available which is understandable. But we were told we were going to get a call right when it was. Two hours later we check in again, no room but they said they would call. By 2pm we figured some room had to be available so we go , find out there's a room but we never received a call. It was just frustrating that someone could've called us earlier especially after us traveling for two days. Then it took us about 45 mins and two phone calls later for someone to bring up our bags.

Yelp
You can't get a better price for a better location in Singapore. The Park Regis reminds me of something along the lines of an Aloft property located about two blocks from Clarke Quay. The lobby is smartly decorated and efficiently run with a helpful staff. The rooms are tiny with a marked lack of bathroom and shower space and very little closet space. Other than that the rooms are comfortable and functional. I was fortunate to have a King room with a sliding door that opened to a small patio that also offered access to the very nice pool area. I stayed here one night only mainly to sleep so the lack of space did not bother me one bit and I firmly believe that for the price and location as well as some of the appointments, the size of the room is a more than reasonable trade-off as long as you're not staying more than say three or four days. So if you're staying longer than that or are planning on spending a lot of time in your room, you probably should look elsewhere for accommodations. But if you're like me and just need a place to crash after the bars close, look no futher.

Yelp
poor customer service. due to the coronavirus my trip to singapore was cancelled. The park regis not only was rude when speaking with staff but was very unwilling to reconsider there non cancellation policy. They only offered me the opportunity to reschedule without charge despite the fact that there is a worldwide health concern and provisions to protect people are being made. No dollar amount can be placed on good customer service and though I was looking forward to visiting Singapore I will not be staying a the park regis.

Yelp
Great hotel, new at a nice location. If arrive early and no space fresh up can be done in their spa.
