Parker Beach Lodge

One night getaway with the hubby. A very nice stay and the price you cannot beat in the Cape. The rooms and the bathroom are clean. No smell, no issues and it’s a cute set up! I loved how close it is to the beach, plenty of parking, or not a far drive to things to do and places to eat. Front Desk was very nice and checking in and out was easy. I did a ton of research of where I wanted to stay without paying an arm and a leg for a nasty room and I loved that I found this lodge. When we come back I’ll bring the kids!

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Parker Beach Lodge. We were there for 2 nights and the staff at the lodge was very friendly and great service. The rooms were comfortable and I liked that we had a sink outside the bathroom, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. I thought we would need to pay for parking, but I guess off season the parking is free! I would stay there again if I visit Cape Cod again.

Stayed for an evening off season which was fantastic. Clean and cozy room. Included complimentary waters. Service was very friendly with a confirmation call prior to my stay and a follow up call afterwards. Great value and enjoyable stay. Ramesh was very welcoming and accommodating!

Stayed Friday-Sunday and had an enjoyable time. The room was very nice, true to photos, clean and updated. The mini fridge was good sized and able to hold all the groceries I brought with me. The bathroom was very clean and even has an antibacterial UV light option. Location is perfect. It was across the street from the beach so I was able to get a spot early and relax all day. They also had well kept a pool. Would stay here again for a weekend get away. My only complaint was noise from nearby construction (which they can't control) and that you have to pay a $25 daily parking fee.

5-stars!... the location, comfy beds, renovated room and sparkling pool made for an amazing weekend! Staff was very attentive and friendly! Even had the extra towels and rollaway bed we requested in our room upon arrival! Beach is a short walk with beautiful sunsets😃 My grandkids and I will definitely be back! Thanks again for a great stay!

My boyfriend and I just spent the night here. We had a great stay. The hotel is so conveniently close to the beach you could easily walk there in a matter of a few minutes. The room was very clean, as well as the bathroom. The bed was so comfortable. We didn’t use the pool but it looked like everyone using it was really enjoying it. The main drag of South Yarmouth was right around the corner with tons of restaurants and a couple mini golf spots. The man at the front desk was so nice. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. The only thing I would change is having to pay to park your car. We will definitely go back again.

Let me start off by saying. I have been traveling to the Cape for decades. I have stayed in almost every hotel in South Yarmouth and Dennis. We also have rented a lot of homes in those areas. We go at least 4 to 6 times a year even in the off-season. It’s like our second home and we absolutely love it. This was my first time staying at this lodge. This was a very last-minute trip booked the night before we left just a quick three day weekend getaway.||We ended up arriving early so we stopped by the lodge and I told the manager at the desk if the room is cleaned early, let us know we would love to check in. We have two small children with us and we would love to be able to use the pool at your facility in bathrooms.|This manager/co-owner was extremely rude from the moment I walked in. Very unfriendly. Did not smile. And could barely speak or understand English. He said our website states 4 PM and that’s when you can check in. Now I have stayed at many places and they have always contacted me when my room was ready and they let us check in.|The man eventually understood what I was asking and asked for my phone number and said he would call if something opened up sooner. Around 1 PM I gave the desk a call just to check in to see if anything happen to be opened and he said stop calling us. I thought that was very rude and unprofessional of him and not very good customer service. He already gave a bad vibe when I first walked in. |3 PM came and he called us to come back and check in.|Well, we were checking in my son wanted a snack bag size of Cheetos and a water and it cost me eight dollars. I feel like this place is gouging prices. The outside of the place is a dump. |The bathroom in the room was horrible no counter space to put anything. It was just a sink. And the shower was also horrible with just a half glass panel so for a bigger person it was very hard to not get water on the floor. |The housekeeper came in every day between eight and 11. We were asked to leave the hotel between those hours every day. Which we did. The only thing that they did in the room was make the bed and put fresh towels. They did not sweep the floor so we bought a little broom to keep up with all the sand that tracked through. I swept it every night into one corner of the room in the housekeeper did not touch that pile or pick it up for us. The entire stay. There was old blueberries that were under the bed that were never cleaned prior to us Checking in. The filter on the air conditioner said it needed to be changed. It was very musty smell. !!|There was a lot of bugs that we killed the entire stay. The beds were comfortable. The refrigerator was big. I also did not like the fact they charged us for parking $25 a day. I feel like this owner is money hungry and is gouging people with the prices for what you get I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I would never stay here again. The manager/owner has a very bad attitude. We met people by the pool in the older women thought the same. And we’re complaining about the same issues that we had. |We should’ve tried to just get our money back and go elsewhere.! |I will be contacting bbb and also the company we booked through

DIRTY, OVERPRICED, & NOT AS PICTURED. This place is misrepresenting themselves as a “boutique hotel” - don’t believe it. I wish I would have listened to the negative reviews before booking. Don’t be like me. Don’t waste your hard earned money at this place. The bathrooms were disgusting. Holes in the wall with duct tape and scotch tape to cover them. Bathroom floors look like they had never been cleaned. We unfortunately booked for 5 days, 4 nights… housekeeping DID NOT come to our room EVER. I never saw a housekeeper the whole time we were there, not even in the hallways. They charge $25 PER DAY for parking on top of what they are already overcharging you. Mind you, there’s a beach across the street where the parking is FREE. The pool area looks nothing like the lavish photo they show. The list goes on. Consider yourself warned.

This place is better than what I expected. Newley renovated. Amenities are plush, no carpets (no smell). Located down the road from a nice beach (can get crowded). The only problem is the mini fridge is a very-mini fridge. Can only hold 4 bottles of juice/water. I would definitely come back here. Especially since it is centrally located to many things.

We really wanted to love this place, but unfortunately had a terrible experience. First of all, it didn't list anywhere on the website that their lobby closed at 8:00pm, which seems bizarre for a Saturday in the middle of the summer, in a popular area. So at 7:55 we received a text stating the lobby was closing at 8:00 and our keys were in the mailbox. I was super uncomfortable with this, as anyone had access to the mailbox and our room # was written right on the envelope. But luckily we arrived just 10-15 minutes later. Upon arriving to our room, as soon as I moved a throw pillow from the bed, a big flew out and landed on the blanket. Just seconds later my mother noticed another bug on the bed frame of her bed. We called the main fence number and minutes later he arrived, and showed us to a different room. Before putting our stuff down, we checked out this new rom to ensure there were no bugs but sure enough- 3 dead bugs... one on the bed frame and 2 on the ground. The workers response: "the vacuum can't reach the entire area around the bed." We then called for a manager and reported to the lobby, where we expected a refund. We then spent 1.5 hours in the lobby waiting for ANYTHING to happen. The manager on the phone said she had left for the night and was not returning and the other manager was "off site". The two main maintenance men trying to "help" (very rudely!) attempted a refund, but ended up refunding me only 1 cent instead of the over $1000 I had already paid. We called corporate the next day and dealt with them for over an hour. Luckily the corporate manager Chris was very helpful, and did give us a voucher and a refund. However the refund was via a mailed check, so I had to wait almost 10 days to receive it. Overall, it was an awful experience. This place could be great... awesome location, rooms looked nice, etc. but they have a lot of work to do as a business.

Affordable . Clean . Newly remodeled. Only real gripe is two days before our arrival we were informed the pool would be closed . Bummer ! But they credited us 20% of what we paid . Bed was comfortable and cozy . Shampoo , hair dryer , microwave included in room . Wish there had been a fridge . Shampoo, conditioner , body wash and lotion in room . Complimentary coffee in the morning in the lobby. Short walk to Parker River Beach . Short walk to Skippers restaurant and ice cream . Close to many shops and entertainment . Located on a cozy quintessential cape cod back street.

Placed reservation, had to cancel 24 hours before because of covid, then had to cancel. All interactions top notch. Will definitely stay there in future.

This was our first time staying in cape cod and i know we will be returning to the windjammer! I love that its family owned! Our check in was smooth and friendly. Our room had a king bed. We had extra pillows and blankets. Our room was on the first floor. It wasn't noisy at all. You can walk less than 5 minutes to the beach. The hotel pool is wonderful. It has 2 gas grills with tools so you can grill up dinner. We checked out at 11 but they let us stay at the pool till whenever and keep our car parked there when we went to the beach! Bravo Windjammer!!! We will see you soon!

On the plus side, the Windjammer is clean, accommodating and the people are very nice. They will go out of their way to assist you or get you things like extra towels. The place is fairly quiet and the pool is surrounded by the rooms so there is no public view of you while you swim. The pool water was immaculate and you could swim from 7AM until dark. The public beach is a very short walk across the street and that too is clean. On the down side, the hotel is old and is in need of some updating. The WiFi (at this time) is very bad and that is in the lobby. It is non-existent beyond the front of the building and that means most of the rooms have no WiFi access. Add to this the cell phone coverage is positively horrible in this area (not the Windjammer's fault) and I mean ALL the major providers have little to no coverage here. The rooms are outdated but as I said earlier very clean. If you want to watch TV, prepare yourself..... 20" old style, no flat screen. One very big problem is that smoking is allowed anywhere. We had smokers next door on the last day and due to my health, that is a problem. My stay was not too bad but I had to deal with the terrible WiFi as I am on call 24 hours a day for remote computer work. I was able to do my tasks but it was difficult. Finally, the Windjammer is best described as an old fashioned Cape Cod retreat. No phone, no Internet, just relax. I can only give this a 3 star rating because the WiFi will be a definite turn off to younger people. But if you can deal without WiFi and you don't mind the "old charm", pay a visit to the Windjammer.

Very reasonable rates and walking distance from the beach. But although you can walk to the beach you CANNOT hear the surf from your room. Family owned and operated...nice folks However the rooms are dated and worn. If you plan on spending most of your time out and about and you are just looking for a place to sleep the Windjammer will do just fine.

This was my first time at the Windjammer, and I will definitely be back. The rates were great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly accommodating, sweet, and helpful. The beach is across the street and a very short walk, and the pool at the motel is very big and clean. There's a great restaurant just next door, with beautiful views and delicious food. They allow you to check in before the room is ready, and you can leave your car in the lot and use the pool or head over to the beach.

My husband and I have been staying at the Windjammer once or twice a year since 2009. Family owned and operated. Staff is excellent, very nice and very accommodating. Willing to offer recommendation on where (and where not!) to go. The rooms are outdated but they are very clean and comfortable. There's a large pool with plenty of chairs and the beach is right across the street. We've always got a great rate there including over a holiday weekend. We are looking forward to seeing them for Memorial Day weekend!

Very Clean, a bit dated but doesn't matter because you are never in your room. Across the street from the beach. Family owned and operated and you can tell. The staff helps you with everything from where to go ( where not to go) . Where to visit and how to get there. The pool is crystal clear and pretty big for today's standards. Best bang for your buck on the Cape. We had a wonderful time on our vacation. Love Cape Cod and the Windjammer.
