Parkhotel

Nice hotel and our room was facing the mountains and that was really nice, but in general it was more a ski hotel that needed a touch and a smile. The morning buffet was okay but with a little attention it would have been great. We where passing through and felt something was missing.

I spent 3 excellent nights at the ParkHotel due to its proximity to the hospital following my wife's injury on the slopes. ||From the outset the staff were amazing, they could not do enough to support me and my wife. They lent us a wheelchair and gave us a really accessible room. Steve on reception was incredibly kind and helpful throughout.||The buffet breakfast was good and the evening meals were excellent. If we're ever back in the area, we wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Lovely hotel in a lovely little town. The views were great, the breakfast was very nice, and the staff were very friendly. The sauna area was a nice place to relax after a long day of exploring.

The view is something else. You have access to the spa, which is modern and quite nice and mostly quite empty. The place has some interesting architectural history. The food at breakfast and in the restaurant is great. Very kind and helpful staff.

Had to make itinerary changes on the fly while in Iceland as our Greenland plans got shut out! Go figure! Winter travel into the Arctic Circle got squashed!! 🙃 Next time 🤞🤞... Impromptu itinerary time... Found this place that looked pretty good... In our budget in a country we'd never been to. Jackpot!!! Great staff. Steven, one of our concierge / front desk / "agents" was particularly outstanding. Cheers!! You know who you are... Keep up the good work. Great view from our room. Even better views from the approach on the plane. Touchdown! Bingo!! Yatzee!!! Nice restaurant in the hotel. Good breakfast. Reasonable prices. If you're headed to Innsbruck, Austria, ANYTIME of year, ✔ it out.

We have been really happy with all of our stays at Park Hotels. This is our third one and all have been great.

My husband and I went to this hotel on 14th of April 2024. |We had a great experience. |All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. |We enjoyed steam room and sauna. |The rooms were very clean and view was amazing. |I recommend them 100 percent.

We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights during last July and were very pleased with the exceptional reception, service,food and panorama views from our room.
