Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Limassol

We recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, but what truly makes it special is the staff and the level of service they provide. Everyone was incredibly kind and professional, always ready to help with a smile. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of during our entire stay. We would especially like to highlight four wonderful team members who made our experience even better: • Mrs. Napa from the restaurant – always kind, attentive, and professional. As I work in the same industry, believe me, this woman works for two! Energetic, inteligent, intuitive, fast… i have no words… • Bogdan at the reception – very friendly, helpful, and efficient. • Nikolina from the restaurant – very professional, warm, cheerful, and always ready to assist. I would also like to mention and thank Ivana from castle (playroom) for warm welcome 🙂 Thanks to them and the whole team, we felt at home, and it made a big difference. See you again, Parklane, it was a great pleasure!

We stayed several days at **Park Lane, Limassol**, and overall it truly delivers a five-star experience. The **service** is exceptional — staff are attentive, courteous, and professional at every moment. The **breakfast buffet** is one of the best in Cyprus: a wide variety of fresh, beautifully presented options that easily meet international luxury standards. Our **Deluxe Sea View Room** was perfect — spacious, spotless, elegantly furnished, and with breathtaking views over the Mediterranean. The **beach and pool service** are equally impressive: fast, friendly, and always anticipating guests’ needs. However, a few aspects could be improved. **Food and beverage prices** are extremely high (for instance, a bottle of Prosecco costs about €56), which feels excessive even for a luxury resort. Around **5 a.m., construction noise** from the adjacent energy facility can be heard, slightly disturbing the otherwise peaceful mornings. The **late check-out policy** is mixed — an extra hour complimentary is a nice gesture, but a same-day 4:30 p.m. check-out was quoted at **€400** for another room, which feels disproportionate. All in all, Park Lane stands out for its **luxury, impeccable service, and world-class comfort**, yet guests should be aware that **premium quality here also comes with premium prices**.

The whole resort is fantastic. Everything feels top quality and the staff truly make the difference. We had a wonderful stay overall. There was just one small inconvenience, but the way the team handled it went far beyond our expectations and made us feel genuinely cared for.

We are currently staying at Parklane and truly enjoying every part of our vacation! The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and everything is perfectly organized. We had a wonderful stay at Parklane! Everything exceeded our expectations — the food was delicious with a great variety, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the beach was clean and beautiful. Very disappointing stay for families with children The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and polite — but as two families traveling with young children, our overall experience was extremely disappointing. 1️⃣ Not suitable for children at all. Having a Kids Club doesn’t make a hotel family-friendly — quite the opposite. The club only allows children without parents, for a half or full day, which is simply unrealistic for young kids. Beyond that, there are no children’s activities whatsoever: no shows, no arts and crafts, no entertainment, and not even a simple evening disco for kids — something most family hotels offer. The children’s pool was freezing, so there was really nothing for our kids to do. 2️⃣ Freezing pools with no temperature adjustment. All pools, without exception, were icy cold. Not a single one was heated, and even the spa had no working jacuzzi. In early October, when evenings are cooler, I would expect a five-star hotel under the Marriott brand to know how to adjust pool temperatures to make them usable. Instead, the water was simply too cold to enter. 3️⃣ Unreasonable and excessive prices. Everything is extremely overpriced — a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice costs €8.5, and all the restaurants are absurdly expensive. Even worse, the bungalows located inside the hotel grounds cost an additional €16 per person. That’s part of the hotel’s facilities — charging extra for it makes no sense. It’s like asking guests to pay extra to use a specific pool. 4️⃣ Unprofessional response from management. When we raised our concerns about the freezing pools with the manager, Michael, his response was that “there’s a hotel in Greece where the water is warmer.” A completely dismissive and inappropriate answer — especially considering the high price we paid to stay here. ☕ On a positive note: The breakfast buffet was absolutely excellent — rich, fresh, and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were attentive, warm, and provided great service every morning. In conclusion: We were two families, and all of us shared the same disappointing experience. The hotel is stunning and well-organized, but it’s not suitable for families with children. If it’s meant to be an adults-only resort, it should be clearly stated and not marketed otherwise. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay and would not return.

A truly wonderful stay. I’m very satisfied with the service – the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk, where everyone was warm, professional, and welcoming. The entire atmosphere of the hotel is calm, relaxed, and incredibly comfortable. The facilities are excellent: a well-equipped gym, a great spa, several comfortable lounge areas, and lovely lobby restaurants. The pools are impressive in both size and variety — including a saltwater pool. The hotel is located right on the beach, so it’s possible to relax directly by the sea, which adds a special touch to the experience. For those who enjoy it, there are even luxury shops on-site. The only downside for me was the breakfast dining area. While the food itself is outstanding – fresh, abundant, beautifully cooked, and even includes champagne and high-quality coffee served at the table – the buffet room feels very much like a traditional dining hall. The ceiling is a bit low, and the overall atmosphere lacks the pleasant, relaxed feeling you want to start your morning with. Still, the overall experience was excellent, and the kindness of the staff truly makes this hotel stand out. Highly recommended.

Wow wow wow! One of my favourite hotels I have stayed at and I have travelled a lot! The staff couldn’t do enough for us. Everything was so easy even with a baby and a toddler. The rooms were clean and were cleaned really well each day, fresh water bottles delivered, lots of fresh towels. The pool was great and again the staff and service poolside were brilliant. The main restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner. I have never put my kids in kids club but decided to give it a go and I was so impressed by the professionalism of the staff. A special shout out to Lili who also babysat in the evening for us. My son usually gets shy with strangers but he loved her! Thank you for a lovely stay and holiday for my family 😊 we will definitely be back
