A truly wonderful stay. I’m very satisfied with the service – the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk, where everyone was warm, professional, and welcoming. The entire atmosphere of the hotel is calm, relaxed, and incredibly comfortable. The facilities are excellent: a well-equipped gym, a great spa, several comfortable lounge areas, and lovely lobby restaurants. The pools are impressive in both size and variety — including a saltwater pool. The hotel is located right on the beach, so it’s possible to relax directly by the sea, which adds a special touch to the experience. For those who enjoy it, there are even luxury shops on-site. The only downside for me was the breakfast dining area. While the food itself is outstanding – fresh, abundant, beautifully cooked, and even includes champagne and high-quality coffee served at the table – the buffet room feels very much like a traditional dining hall. The ceiling is a bit low, and the overall atmosphere lacks the pleasant, relaxed feeling you want to start your morning with. Still, the overall experience was excellent, and the kindness of the staff truly makes this hotel stand out. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing stay at the Parklane Hotel in Limassol with my family and our young kids! The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what really made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service. In particular, I want to mention Ms. Barbara and her manager, Mr. Raphael, at the lobby – they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us. Their warm attitude and professionalism truly made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We all enjoyed our time there so much and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Limassol!

We rarely write reviews, but after our second stay at The Luxury Collection Parklane in Limassol, we felt compelled to share just how special this place truly is. Returning here felt like coming home – and once again, Parklane exceeded all our expectations.||From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Parklane is more than just a wonderful place to stay – it’s a place with genuine heart. Everything was as welcoming and well-kept as we remembered, the food as exceptional as ever, but it’s the people who truly make Parklane unforgettable.||Let’s start with the Concierge team – quite simply, the best we’ve experienced anywhere. David, who leads the team, is not only highly professional but also wonderfully hands-on. We highly recommend booking the guided tours he offers about the history and artwork in and around the hotel. One highlight was a short trip to the ancient archaeological site of Amatunda, where David brought the past to life – from ancient wine-making traditions to 2000 BC perfume crafting. Noticing our particular interest in perfume, he surprised us by arranging a private perfume-making session at the hotel the very next day. Thoughtfulness like that is rare, and we’ll never forget it.||The culinary experiences at Parklane are equally remarkable. The resort boasts several specialty restaurants, each offering its own magic.||• At Nammos, Spiros and his team deliver an unforgettable Greek beach club experience. Sit at the bar with Stefanos for an amazing cocktail, let Dionysos treat you to Greek-style sashimi, and trust Dimitris to select the perfect wine pairing.||• At LPM, a French-inspired restaurant, the escargot is a must-try. Yannis and his colleague excel at finding wines to complement every dish. And don’t miss their signature Tomatini – a fresh tomato vodka cocktail, perfectly crafted by Roland and his bar team.||• Dinners at Il Teatro and The Gallery are also delightful, each offering its own charm and flavor. Try the fregola at Il Teatro and the sushi rolls with truffled scallops at The Gallery.||For those seeking tranquility, the adult pool is a serene escape. Ernesta and her colleagues there provide impeccable, discreet service that makes relaxing effortless.||Another highlight of our stay was the fitness program. Andreas, the personal trainer, made my “boxing for beginners” lessons truly outstanding. His energy, patience, and clear guidance turned each session into both a great workout and a lot of fun — the perfect way to start a new day.||A special mention also goes to the housekeeping and breakfast teams – every single member was wonderfully friendly, exceptionally attentive, and seemed genuinely eager to make sure every wish was met with a smile.||Parklane is also wonderfully family-friendly yet still offers peaceful spaces for those who prefer quiet moments.||By the end of our stay, Parklane had truly won our hearts, and we will certainly return. A special thank you to Yannis, the GM, whose warmth and outstanding leadership set the tone for such a memorable experience.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly hardworking, sweet, and always helpful. The hotel itself was gorgeous and perfectly located. The pools were big, clean, and so refreshing—I especially enjoyed the saltwater pool. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety and great quality. Overall, a truly amazing experience that I’d love to come back to!

had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was terrible, and the prices for food and drinks were unreasonably high — even a simple Coke cost €6.50. The hotel’s policies are extremely rigid. It is not allowed to order food from outside and eat it on the balcony or in the lobby, which makes things even worse since there are no restaurants around the hotel. The cleanliness was mediocre at best, certainly not up to the standard you would expect for the price. Overall, this is an expensive hotel that fails to deliver value for money. There are far better alternatives that are more pleasant and guest-friendly.

Very few activities in the gym - weekday classes e.g. Pilates are often one hour before breakfast shuts, so it is no surprise that fewer than 5 people attend class. Capacity for a class is 10. The gym and weights & stretch studio are well resourced but the ac was just not cool enough. Ambient music could be more relaxing in the studio, not the loud, pumping beats of the gym room. The young staff in the fitness area were knowledgable, welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is delectable - fresh and varied. Staff are inconsistent and it wasn’t obvious to us what drinks we could order until the manager was on duty and staff became a lot more responsive. Great service from the omelette counter, Stefan the manager and Napa was kind and attentive - making you feel valued as a guest. At the pool, service was varied. A special thanks to Karthik for being helpful and responsive. The games rooms were well stocked and the 360 VR experience was ok if abit outdated (2019 tech). Rooms are lovely, great coffee and the toiletries are incredible. The tv was frustratingly out dated technology - I was advised by concierge (who were always responsive and polite) that mirroring did not work on Apple devices. There was no Netflix app and the internet option didn’t work. TV info on hotel resources and programmes was sparse or non existent, with only a title page for each facility. The grounds are perfect, however security is lax - on our way back from the Golden Monkey restaurant one night, we were able to walk off the beach and right up to our room - no staff to check and no room card needed for the lifts. Overall a fantastic experience, which I would return to again, but please look into more entertainment for teens and more day to day fitness studio sessions - ideally before 9am or late afternoon.

We had dinner at Il Theatro inside the hotel. The food was excellent good taste and well prepared, we oredered pasta fish and desert and everything was good.||The service was truly exceptional. We were served by Anastasio, who took such great care of us. He was attentive, friendly, and especially gracious with the kids, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.||Highly recommend this place if you’re staying at the hotel (or even if you’re not).

We’ve just returned from an incredible two-week stay at the Parklane Resort & Spa in Limassol, and we genuinely had the most amazing time. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning surroundings and the exceptional service. The hotel itself is absolutely fantastic—modern, beautifully maintained, and luxurious in every detail. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We honestly couldn’t fault a thing. We did have a small issue with our bedroom door early on, but it was quickly and efficiently resolved by the lovely Christina, who went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. She arranged for us to move rooms without any hassle, and everything was perfect from then on. The food across all the restaurants was exceptional—plenty of variety, high quality, and beautifully presented every time. A special mention has to go to the amazing girls in the breakfast room who couldn’t do enough for us. Nikol deserves a big shout-out for her constant smile and fantastic service every morning. Mario in the Gallery was also a standout—so many wonderful staff, too many names to list, but each one contributed to making our stay truly special. We’re already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for luxury, relaxation, and first-class hospitality.
