I have traveled a lot on my own and stayed in many five-star hotels around the world, but my days at Park Lane, part of the Lucky Collection, were truly the most beautiful vacation days of my entire life. It was also my first time in Cyprus, and from the very first moment – even during the reservation process and transfer organization – everything felt exceptionally professional and warm.
Having worked 19 years in five-star hotel management myself, I can confidently say that since the pandemic, I have never experienced service and hospitality on such an extraordinary level as I did here.
At arrival, I was welcomed with genuine kindness by the receptionist Nathalie, who immediately made me feel at home. Shortly after, Kristina, the assistant to the Front Office Manager, personally brought me my room key since I had arrived a bit early and was enjoying lunch on the terrace. The rooms are beautiful, spotless, and my housekeeping lady greeted me every single day as if we had known each other for years. Housekeeping and in-room service were simply perfect.
At the beach and pool area, the staff member responsible for the towels was incredibly friendly every day and always prepared a lovely spot for me. Not once did I feel awkward traveling alone — in fact, I often forgot that I was traveling alone because the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming.
I also spent time at the gym, spa, sauna, and pool area, where the two lovely ladies made every day special. Halyna prepared delicious shakes for me daily and was always so kind that I genuinely looked forward to seeing her. It truly felt like being part of a family.
At breakfast, the sweet lady who brought me to the table (sadly forgot her name) and the others serving me each morning made the experience wonderful as well. The team quickly learned how I like my coffee, and the breakfast buffet is absolutely outstanding — incomparable to anything I’ve seen in a long time.
And now, to the hero of my story: the concierge, David.
David absolutely rocked my vacation. He managed to get me last-minute football tickets that were essentially impossible to obtain. He moved mountains, used every connection, and with his charm made the impossible possible. Beyond that, he is simply a warm, funny, and heartfelt person. He also gave me fantastic recommendations, and during the Discovery Tour he led, it was so clear that this is not just a job for him – it is his passion. Watching someone who works so wholeheartedly and authentically is rare these days, and he made my stay truly unforgettable.
In general, every single staff member at the hotel greeted me with genuine friendliness, whether I was walking through the hotel or returning from outside. You can feel that everything comes from the heart.
The hotel itself is stunning, the grounds are perfect, and I will absolutely return many, many times.
