Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Limassol

I recently stayed for 7 nights at the Parklane Luxury Collection Resort in Limassol, Cyprus, located right on the beach.|I believe I have never received better service and assistance. Everyone always smiled and went out of their way to make my stay memorable. The front desk staff was helpful with every request; the reservation staff upgrated my room to a sea view; and the restaurant staff cooked the eggs and bacon exactly as I requested, along with multi-dozen of items in the gourmet, buffet breakfast. However, the concierge staff provided the highest level of service of any hotel I have stayed at. The two main concierge staff, Froso and David, rendered surpurb service. On cold beach days, Froso designed day tours for me to see the impressive archeological sites of Cyprus, especially Kourion and Paphos. David took time away from his schedule to provide me with a personalized tour of the archaeological ruins of the first inhabitants of Cyprus Amathus. Afterwards, David sent large balloons to my room with the number 110, signifying that I had chosen the Island of Cyprus as my 110 country to visit. A week of special memories. Definitely a Luxury Collection Resort. And Cyprus is a beautiful island to visit.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and I want to especially commend Ahmad at the lobby for his exceptional service. He was welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. His kindness and attentiveness truly made my stay more enjoyable. Thank you, Ahmad, for your outstanding hospitality!

My husband and I stayed at Parklane for over three weeks in February. The hotel facilities, location and service were outstanding. I cannot say enough about the exceptional team that looked after us -|Everyone was kind, caring, highly responsive and a pleasure to interact with. Everything from the sushi to the fitness classes (especially the Yoga) exceeded our expectations. We will be back!!

Excellent wine collection, easy access to the sandy beach. Very spacious , a lot of relaxing zones in and outside. Amazing quality of breakfast. The Asian Cousine however very average and far behind excellence. Also friendliness towards kids and overall children options very limiting. Indoor playground closed, to the pool after 6:00 pm with a kid - not possible! To the gym with a kid - not possible. So no chance to enjoy the hotel with the kids in the free way some people might appreciate. Absolutely a potential for improvement in this regards. Lastly - the level of arrogance and “vibe” is highly subjective but I just can’t help myself on this item. And I visited many countries, but this place acts as if they would be equivalent to Dubai’s most prestigious facilities. Which they of course are not!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to especially commend Natalia at the reception. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm demeanor truly made my stay unforgettable. From the moment I checked in, she welcomed me with a smile and ensured that I felt completely at ease. Natalia’s recommendations for local attractions and restaurants were spot-on and added so much value to my visit. It’s clear that she works with dedication and a genuine passion for her role. While the entire hotel staff was excellent, Natalia truly stood out and made a lasting impression. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, and the hotel’s location is perfect. The breakfast buffet was varied and of high quality. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and hope to return soon – not least to see Natalia again!

visited the restaurant Galeria, was impressed by the cozy calm atmosphere. Impressed by the work of waiter Ahmed, very courteous, service at the highest level. The order was quickly brought, taking into account our individual requirements. We will be happy to recommend this place to our friends and acquaintances

Anastasio made our day. During our stay, we stayed at the lobby to do some business calls and meetings. He always checked on us and provided the best service. The suggestion of the desserts and drink was just perfect. Thank you very much for hospitality.
