I had an excellent experience at Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort in Limassol. The overall atmosphere, service, and attention to detail truly reflect the high standards of a luxury destination.||A special mention goes to Gallery Café, where the experience was exceptional. Dimitris and Swapnil were incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their kindness, efficiency, and willingness to assist made a real difference and elevated the entire visit. Employees like them are a true asset to the hotel.||The food was outstanding, and I was especially impressed by the vegan and gluten-free options. Among everything offered, they have the best vegan and gluten-free pancakes I have tried, perfectly prepared and full of flavor, without compromising on quality or presentation.||Overall, Parklane delivers excellence across service, gastronomy, and hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined, high-level experience in Limassol.

An outstanding stay at Parklane in Limassol. Everything about the hotel feels luxurious, elegant, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, extremely clean, and very comfortable, with high-quality amenities throughout. The food was excellent! Great quality, beautifully prepared, and consistently delicious across the restaurants. Service was truly high level. Professional, attentive, and always delivered with a smile. The resort itself is beautiful, with stylish design, great facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended for a luxury stay in Cyprus.

This hotel is amazing. We booked this through British Airways Holidays and it did not disappoint. Whilst we didn’t realise that private transfer were included, from arrival to the hotel we were looked after. We went for a family suite, the kids got their own bedrooms and a play area all within the suite. We had a minibar which was included and refreshed everyday. The room was spacious and we had an absolutely massive balcony and sea views. Whilst the main pools were empty due to the time of the year, we had access to the indoor pool which was excellent. Breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff were very attentive, especially taking their time looking after the boys. On site were designer shops and free gifts were sent to the room, which my wife loved. We even had room service which was so tasty, when it came to check out this was credited in our bill so we didn’t have to pay it, over £100 worth of food. If you stay in Cyprus, this has got to be at the top of your list.

The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety and excellent quality — easily one of the highlights of our mornings. Everything was spotlessly clean, which immediately gives you confidence and comfort. The decoration and design of the hotel are stunning: elegant, modern, and thoughtfully done. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, offering a real sense of luxury and relaxation. Overall, Parklane sets a very high standard. A perfect combination of luxury, comfort, cleanliness, and top-level service. Highly recommended — we will definitely return.

We had a phenomenal stay at the Parklane in November. The service was extraordinary! All of the staff at the breakfast were very attentive and helped us have a special meal to celebrate our son’s birthday. Speaking of the breakfast, it’s one of the best hotel breakfast buffets I’ve ever had! Nikos in the gym went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. One day, by the indoor pool he heard us mention we would love to enjoy a few hours in the gym so he arranged a stay for our kids in the kids club for us and prepared our favorite smoothies for us so they were ready when we finished. Whenever anyone asks us about our stay we can’t help but rave about this level of service. We couldn’t find any info online before our stay about which pools would be open in the winter, and indeed, even the front desk staff encouraged us to check out one of the pools that was closed for the season… Unfortunately, the only (outdoor) pool that was heated and open was the one that doesn’t have any water slides. Bummer for the kids, and wish we knew that would be the case in advance, but we made it work.

I have traveled a lot on my own and stayed in many five-star hotels around the world, but my days at Park Lane, part of the Lucky Collection, were truly the most beautiful vacation days of my entire life. It was also my first time in Cyprus, and from the very first moment – even during the reservation process and transfer organization – everything felt exceptionally professional and warm. Having worked 19 years in five-star hotel management myself, I can confidently say that since the pandemic, I have never experienced service and hospitality on such an extraordinary level as I did here. At arrival, I was welcomed with genuine kindness by the receptionist Nathalie, who immediately made me feel at home. Shortly after, Kristina, the assistant to the Front Office Manager, personally brought me my room key since I had arrived a bit early and was enjoying lunch on the terrace. The rooms are beautiful, spotless, and my housekeeping lady greeted me every single day as if we had known each other for years. Housekeeping and in-room service were simply perfect. At the beach and pool area, the staff member responsible for the towels was incredibly friendly every day and always prepared a lovely spot for me. Not once did I feel awkward traveling alone — in fact, I often forgot that I was traveling alone because the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. I also spent time at the gym, spa, sauna, and pool area, where the two lovely ladies made every day special. Halyna prepared delicious shakes for me daily and was always so kind that I genuinely looked forward to seeing her. It truly felt like being part of a family. At breakfast, the sweet lady who brought me to the table (sadly forgot her name) and the others serving me each morning made the experience wonderful as well. The team quickly learned how I like my coffee, and the breakfast buffet is absolutely outstanding — incomparable to anything I’ve seen in a long time. And now, to the hero of my story: the concierge, David. David absolutely rocked my vacation. He managed to get me last-minute football tickets that were essentially impossible to obtain. He moved mountains, used every connection, and with his charm made the impossible possible. Beyond that, he is simply a warm, funny, and heartfelt person. He also gave me fantastic recommendations, and during the Discovery Tour he led, it was so clear that this is not just a job for him – it is his passion. Watching someone who works so wholeheartedly and authentically is rare these days, and he made my stay truly unforgettable. In general, every single staff member at the hotel greeted me with genuine friendliness, whether I was walking through the hotel or returning from outside. You can feel that everything comes from the heart. The hotel itself is stunning, the grounds are perfect, and I will absolutely return many, many times. Thank you, dear Park Lane team – you will definitely see me again soon.

Absolutely lovely and immaculate resort! Ate at The Gallery 2 of the nights and our meals were delicious! From our servers (Vasili & Vadym) to the managers, from the folks refilling drinks to the ladies & hosts...all friendly, attentive, hospitable. The love pianist was a nice touch as well. Impeccable service and experience!

This hotel truly stands out for its outstanding service and the genuinely kind, caring staff who are always ready to help. Everything feels well-managed and welcoming, with a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout. And the best part, it’s very pet-friendly, with pets treated as welcomed guests. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give.
