I visited this market today and found it quite good overall. The experience was great, with so many shops available under one roof. The wide range of fresh vegetables and fruits is definitely a big plus. Apart from that, you can purchase almost everything a household needs, which makes it very convenient. If you live nearby, it’s a good place to visit. However, I did find the prices of fruits and vegetables a bit more expensive compared to some other places in Sydney. On the positive side, the kids’ zone is a bonus. The fish and meat shops are another advantage, and there are plenty of fresh juice shops—which I absolutely loved.

Open from Friday to Sunday. We spent a productive morning shopping for fresh fruits and veggies. The prices were really good. We also got some gardening stuff. The Filipino food at Gate 1 was delicious. Get the chicken bbq and siopao.

Located at 601 Sunnyholt Road, Glenwood, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺 This is a pretty good market open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8.30am until 4.30pm. It has a fantastic nursery section selling all kinds of plants and outdoor decorations. There’s also fresh produce ie fruit and vegetables along with fresh seafood 🦞 and meat 🥩 products. I don’t, however, think the prices are any cheaper than if you were going to a supermarket. There’s plenty of clothing available, but don’t expect anything but basic everyday things, nothing really designer. There is always Australian 🇦🇺 souvenirs and toys, beauty products, sweets 🍭 and nuts, luggage and bags, jewellery, novelty items and more. There’s plenty of parking 🅿️ and good toilet facilities. There is also ATM 🏧 facilities. Worth a visit. 👍🙂

I visited Parklea Market for grocery shopping, and it’s truly a wide and well-organized market. You can find everything under one roof, which makes shopping very convenient. The market is open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and if you go on Sunday, you can grab some really good deals on almost everything. A great spot to explore for groceries and more!

Was my first time visit and loved the green vegetables. I found Fiji apples. Best place to buy veggies from. Had breakfast at the dosa place and loved it. Highly recommend

Loved this market, only been once as its far away but it really is worth it to get the cheap fruit and veg.

If you are really looking forward to din and bustle of the good old days market where products are sold in large numbers and displayed openly then this is the market for you. You may expect a reasonable price but be prepared to face the crowd and crammed places. I am a regular visitor to this place and enjoy this place. This place is only open during weekends. I often visit to buy fruits, vegetables and fish apart from hardware. Other details are available in their website. Parking is usually not a problem and there are two approaches to reach Parklea market.

It's a busy weekend market with everything and anything you need, from meats to seafood and fresh produce and breads, key engraving, pet supplies, to plants and gardening stuff, clothing and shoes, catering and party supplies. Plenty of eating places around and inside the market and different cuisines too. Huge parking lot at the back of the market. The vibe is your typical market which I love. Busy, loud and buzzing with people! It's only open on weekends.

Great place to get less expensive souvenir items, Australian goods, UGG boots, fresh food and fruits, and other types of items. I recommend window shopping to get the best price on the particular item you're looking for. My wife has haggled on some prices and people have been cool with it. Most of the time, though, I haven't and still gotten good prices. Lots of great foo choices as well for when you get hungry. One place in particular, this little juice shop that sells freshly squeezed juices. I got this tangerine juice that was 100% freshly squeezed juice. MOST AMAZING DRINK EVER!! I was developing a slight sore throat from the flight over from USA and this stuff felt like a shot of vitamin C flowing down. It was so good. Made the yuckiness go away.

It has everything and expect to be tired afterwards because there is so much to see don't be afraid to haggle a practice expected in places such as Europe but not so common in Australia for reasons unknown. There is much in the variety of everything.

Fresh cheap produce. The rest of the market has your usual cheap and cheerful products. There is also a large gardening section.

Pretty good. Over priced though, I could get 3/4 of this stuff on eBay for $20 cheaper (including delivery). The poor animals were dying of heat exhaustion. Maybe they should think of air conditioning or fans for the animals. But apart from animal cruelty and over priced products the shops were many, the staff friendly and the French pancakes were great!
