A perfect stay with our 18 month old. The available cot was great and had a cushioned bottom which meant she had no issues sleeping in it. Having a 1 bedroom room with separate lounge area was perfect. Both rooms were very large, great having 2 x bathrooms both also large. The club access was amazing. Great value especially with bub and we were able to take food back to our room from the canapes during no-kids hour. Location was brilliant, fast internet, great service. I will definitely stay here again.

Great staff and a great location. Room was large and the bed really comfortable. Very quiet rooms also. Wifi was fast and free. Decent room service food. Bathroom was large and well laid out. Great to have a coffee machine in the room. Would definitely stay here again.

Booked by our agent we arrived here as the final leg of a Japan/Australia trip. This was the only hotel out of all our bookings in both countries that were able to accommodate our requests for adjoining rooms for ourselves and 2 teenagers which was very much appreciated. |All members of staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.|Breakfast options were varied and there was something for all 4 of us - the omelets cooked to order were a favourite with one of the party. |Location was great and we walked up to Town Hall to catch tram or train. |Would definitely look to stay here again if ever am lucky enough to visit Sydney again.

Sadly you don’t get Sydney views here but you do get:|A really well appointed room with excellent bed, clean, warm or cool as you need. |Easy walking distance to Darling Harbour and the ferries or to the main shopping centre/chinatown and trams to Circular Quay. |Buffet breakfast very good, staff friendly and accommodating.|We had a great stay and if it wasn’t on the other side of the world we’d happily be regular guests.

I wanted to surprise my partner with some decorations inside our room so that when we arrived she would find them. She did and she loved it! Communication from my first phone call and all e-mail correspondence was easy, professional and nothing was out of reach or did I feel it was too much. I am very thankful and appreciative to the Director of Operations, the Concierge team and all staff who ensured our special occasion was valuable and time staying at the Hotel was as memorable as it could be. The room was decorated better than I could have ever hoped. I would recommend this hotel and staff to anyone and next time staying in darling Harbour I wouldn’t stay with anyone else.

I had a lovely stay in one of the King Club rooms. Nice harbour view and club access was excellent. My only criticism is the combined shampoo/conditioner in the shower - I appreciate the sustainability efforts but a 2-in-1 product really doesn't cut it for female guests.

The location was great and Lauren on the front desk was great. Room however, was incredible dated so much so they had a VCR…. The pull out bed of the couch was incredibly hard you could feel every spring. The carpet was lifting, shower was had no pressure like light rain fall. The toilet didn’t flush without encouragement. All and all the room made me feel multiple emotions at once.

Fantastic! The hotel location was perfect! We stayed recently and the staff was so friendly and recommended some really good spots to eat in the evening. Also there breakfast was so good! Would highly recommend here for the location and a really nice hotel with excellent staff rhay made out stay in Sydney Great!
