From the moment you've arrived at the lobby, you'll be greeted by the friendly staffs and they make you comfortable right away. The rooms are very comfortable and i personally love the shower and the balcony. The beds makes you don't want to come out. The breakfast spreads are great and the pools are big enough. I also love the gaming room for my kids. Totally recommended to stay at this hotel.

Our New Years stay at PARKROYAL Langkawi Resort was fantastic and unforgettable experience. The staffs at the hotel were truly amazing, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The rooms were always clean and well maintained. The restaurant staff took great care of our preferences and for this we would especially like to thank Mr. Azwan, for always making sure we had a great meal. The beach BBQ buffet had a variety of food and the crew did an amazing job by helping us customise dishes to our liking. 👍 We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Hendra, for ensuring my parents were comfortable and looked after during our stay. He checked in on us from time to time, made sure we were comfortable, and was always quick to help whenever we needed anything. His thoughtfulness and friendly nature really stood out and made our stay much more relaxed and enjoyable. As first-time visitors to Langkawi, we had an amazing time celebrating New Year's here with Delicious Food, Fantastic Service, Great Music, and Ambience. My recent stay at Park Royal Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. If I could give 6 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would. I booked the suite room with a private pool, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Let's start during my arrival, the service from the moment I arrived was top-tier. The airport transfer was well-prepared, with cold mineral water provided upon pickup. Once I reached the hotel, I was welcomed with a cold towel and refreshing juice. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally right up to the moment I was escorted to my suite. The staff here truly set the standard. Every team member was friendly, respectful, and warm. They made us feel valued throughout our stay. My package included a candlelight dinner, breakfast for two, and a massage — all of which were perfectly arranged. About our room, we booked the suite with private pool, the suite was simply breathtaking, extremely clean, peaceful, and unbelievably comfortable. The private pool offered full privacy, and the in-room tech made everything feel modern and effortless. Even the complimentary items were delightful, adding a personal and thoughtful touch to the stay. Candlelight Dinner – A Must try Experience for couples. We celebrated my wife’s birthday with the candlelight dinner, and it exceeded expectations. The food was exceptionally good, the chef’s talent speaks for itself as we called the chef's kissed. The waiter was professional, attentive, and perfectly timed every part of the meal. The setup, ambiance, and romantic atmosphere made the night memorable. I highly recommend choosing this experience. Overall from the room to the service to the special touches, everything at Park Royal Hotel was flawless. I would recommend this hotel every single time. Truly an unforgettable stay.

We staying in this hotel for the new year celebration 2026. We would like to specially commend Farhana from the Front Desk for her excellent service during our stay at PARKROYAL Langkawi. She was extremely professional, warm, and attentive, always greeting us with a genuine smile and promptly assisting with our needs. Her hospitality truly made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Farhana is definitely a great asset to the hotel, and she contributed greatly to making our stay memorable. We definitely will come back.

The rooms were off the charts. Massive with lots of yummy complimentary welcome snacks and top-notch everything. However, I would love if they had some plants in the room to warm it up, and if there was better access to the public beach (their private beach is man-made and you have to exit the hotel to get to the other bars along the strip). Also be sure to give the tableware in the cupboard a rinse before you use anything because while clean, they smelled a little musty. I also wouldn’t recommend the food at the pool lounge, but the hotel’s Mediterranean restaurant, Lancava, is absolutely stellar.

We are currently staying at Park Royal Langkawi for a 3-night stay, and this feedback is based on our first day experience, shared with the hope that things can improve over the next two days. The location, sea view, and pool are absolutely beautiful — the pool in particular is a highlight and very well maintained. The overall ambience of the resort is relaxing and scenic. We had a truly wonderful stay at PARKROYAL Langkawi over the last two days, made even more special by the exceptional hospitality of Zulfan, Hazwan, and Hendra. Their attention to detail and genuine care stood out throughout our stay. A special thank you to them for thoughtfully taking care of our vegetarian food preferences and ensuring there were fresh fruits for the kids, which made a big difference for our family. Their kindness, responsiveness, and friendly nature really reflected the heart of PARKROYAL’s service culture. Post our feedback on day 1, they provided additional stuff for the kids and added fresh juice for day 3.
