This was the absolute perfect place for us to stay with our 7 year old! We did a lot and had a great time on PEI, but we all agreed that the best part of the trip was Parkview Farms. The cottages are a good size, very clean and comfortable, and have everything you'd need, including wifi and a BBQ. Our front porch had a gorgeous view of the beach, which was just a 2min. stroll away and was absolutely stunning and almost deserted. We went to several beaches on PEI, and the one by Parkview was hands down our favuorite. The highlight was the farm itself and the wonderful family that owns it. My kiddo never got tired of jumping in the hayloft, cuddling the barn kittens, getting licked by the baby calves, and seeing the cows being milked. The owners were unbelievably kind and patient and answered all of his many many many questions about farming and cows and the equipment and milk etc. Especially if you have kids, this is the best possible place to stay on PEI!

and it was warm, as in pleasant, blue sky days, with a gentle breeze and the cabin always comfortable. post Fiona, the barn was being replaced and upgraded. Family genuine and nice to talk to and always fun walking through the farm enroute to the beach. We were grateful that our early arrival was accommodated to give us full first day. Cabin has everything and a great view to pastures or the sea. Minutes from grocery/pharma/bakery/liquor outlet and harbour restaurants. We enjoy all that the cabin offers including wood walls and floors, comfortable furniture and the outside porch and picnic table. The flyswatter is hung for easy access and i used it a lot. Nearby is hwy 13 that can take you directly to Victoria on the south central island.

Recently stayed at Parkview farms, from booking to check out we had an excellent experience. The owners are wonderful, welcoming and very accommodating. The cottages are located on the working dairy farm which offers access to the barn to visit cows, and calves. We were lucky enough to catch a new calf, only minutes old stand and take its first steps. The barn visits also included the crowd pleasing game of hide and seek in the hay loft with several barn cats and kittens. The private beach was a short ( and easy) walk just behind the farm. We enjoyed every moment of this stay and can’t wait to return again.

Amazing family runs these cottages. We were in cabin 7, two bedroom with a fold out coach. The queen mattress was so excellent we looked at the brand. The cabin was clean and they gave us lots of towels. The family was very kind. We tried milking cows at 4pm. The location was good near the Green Gables Federal area. It was May and most restaurants and stores were closed. We enjoyed our time.

Oh my god, the baby cows! If we could rate this place 6/5 overall, we would. The family running the farm and cottages were great. Super friendly and knowledgeable about the island. The beach is a five minute walk away, and is lovely. Spending time with the cats and cows was the highlight of our visit!

The only possible thing we had to complain about on our vacation was - it wasn't long enough! We stayed in the 3 bedroom chalet, and it was lovely. Absolutely spotless and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. The beach is an easy walk, less than 5 minutes away. We spent a lot of our time there. Very central location. This was actually a repeat visit for us - we first stayed here in 2011. We all agreed we absolutely cannot let 12 years go by again before we visit again!

We had a great stay in the A-frame cottage! Lots of space, very clean and accomodating! The kids had a blast playing on the new play structure. We visited the farm and we're welcomed in to see the cows & kitties! Great location and just steps from the beach!

We spent two nights in one of the cabins and loved our brief time here. We were greeted warmly by Kevin, and arrived just in time to observe the milking. This is a five generation working farm and we learned so much about the farm and the local history. The cabin was clean and comfortable. It was an easy walk to the beach. We hope to return one day!
