I’ve had a great experience with the leasing office! Sherlyn and Talya are both amazing — very professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Sherlyn made the leasing process easy and stress-free, and Talya, the manager, is always on top of everything and quick to solve any issues. The staff truly care about the residents and make sure everything runs smoothly. I really appreciate their hard work and positive attitude — they make living here a great experience!

I’ve had the privilege of viewing the townhomes and I’m extremely impressed with the quality and space they provide. What was more impressive was the team that promotes and maintains the homes. Talya had an excellent answer to every question I had and assured me that this is the place to be.

The leasing office team here is wonderful! Sherlyn and Talya are always so kind and helpful. Sadly, as much as we liked the property and the area we will not be renting here. Husband and I showed up for a SCHEDULED tour this morning only for no one to be in the office. My husband had to track the manager down in the community, only for her to insist on rescheduling due to the owners being there. We put aside our busy schedules with work and our kids scheduled activities only to be pushed aside and treated as if our time doesn't matter. As much, as we loved everything about the place principal and respect matter too much. If this is how you treat future residents I would hate to see how current tenants are treated when they need something.

Parkview is the worse place to live ever. There is a community issue with roaches and mold. Neighbors and mosey and disrespectful. My ac went out after having my newborn baby and the townhome reached 100 degrees inside. We couldn't stay inside or cook food for a week. They didn't offer to put us in a hotel for a week or anything. After asking for a refund for food and hotel stay they promised to reimburse for hotels only. We could only afford to get a hotel 2 days out of the week. Instead of sending me a check for the hotel stays they credited my account instead even though informed them I didn't want it to be credited to my account. They made up false charges just to pay themselves with money they owed me. These people are crooked and care more about dogs then they do humans. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. The maintenance men are weirdos and creeps and a bit too friendly if you ask me. This place does bad business and lie straight to your face.

Management is amazing ! Very efficient with any work orders and is always available when needed ! Looking for a great place to live this is your place.

Warning!!!! This place is run by slum lords. The Manager Terri is nothing more than a vindictive bully. We never missed or was late on our rent, and as we legally moved out we were met with aggression, lying, attitude and was falsely charged numerous ways through collections, renter insurance and not once was notified we owed anything? Rent is cheap here for a reason!!! This place will fool you, it's not safe, and they will do anything to keep your money and hustle you to get more of your hard earned money. Stay far away!!!

If I could do zero starts I would. Prior management was rude never fixed work orders. Now under new management we still have the issue. They refuse to fix up the carpets. They charge for everything under neath the sun you can't have a charcoal grill because they will charge you a $250 fee and then ask you to remove it. But they let teens destroy property. just in the year I have been here crime rate has gone up. the teens block the streets, so you can't go any where after 9pm. there has been multiple shootings by teens and adults. Also they charge an unconditional fee. They let people with dogs have them out without a leash and then everywhere you go there's dog poop. They expect the residents to do their job and call in people instead of doing it themselves. Also the contract is trash they block every possible reason of moving. If you end your lease they charge an early termination fee of almost $900 BUT THEN IT STATES THAT YOU WILL STILL BE LIABLE FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR EVEN IF YOU GIVE THEM 60 DAYS NOTICE. SO YOUR LOCKED IN THE CONTRACT NO MATTER WHAT.

Wouldn't wast my time on this one. The ad sounded fantastic! Called and made an appointment to see the home on Monday. 30 minutes before the appointment time, I got a call cancelling the appointment with the reason that the apartment was not ready to be shown, but would be ready the next day. We rescheduled the appointment for the next day at 1:30 pm. At 6:00 pm on Monday, I got another call from them rescheduling the rescheduled appointment for Thursday. Got to the management office on Thursday, and was told that they had no 4 bedroom homes to show. All of this after 3 appointments and 2 wasted trips. The manager, Terri, offered excuses, however, they were just that, excuses. Don't waste your time with this bunch.

I would give less if I could it took for times yo fix refrigerator rount groceries also told them more than three times that there was mold they wouldn't come check on it told us to take a picture of it what was I supposed to do pull up carpet my health was good before living there and now I have major health issues also asked for a parking spot for disabled mother they said get a doctor's not I did they couldn't read it accused me of righting it so I had doctor fax a letter to them then told us to re write request to get it and that's not all air conditioning didn't work right they said it was ok but when you have it set at 72 it should be cold everywhere but upstairs it was hot and you froze down stairs also condensation drain was inside instead of out side

Do not rent here. They show you a nice place then when you move in it is bad. they say 24 hr. On-Site Maintenance forget it. They are nice to your face until you sign then forget it.
