Parkway Diner is a classic go-to spot! The menu has something for everyone, portions are generous, and the food is always fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel right at home. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or a late-night meal, this diner never disappoints. Clean, cozy, and consistent—everything you want in a neighborhood favorite. Definitely worth the visit!

I was very surprised, but we had a good experience here today for breakfast. Even though this establishment is very close to our home, located off a busy Route 46 East in Elmwood Park, past experiences and the fact that we never saw the parking lot too crowded had us staying away from Parkway Diner. Upon entering, we were greeted by the staff and were seated right away in the dining room to the left of the entrance. The food is standard diner food, with a good selection on the menu. We decided on the waffle tower (layers of French toast and waffle quarters with banana, strawberries, and walnuts topped with whipped cream and chocolate syrup) and 2 eggs scrambled with turkey sausage, accompanied by crispy home fries and wheat butter toast. The service was good, but the food was even better with huge portions. The prices were very typical of what you will find now at any diner in the area. This place is as solid as any neighborhood diner. Go and give it a try.

Google
Not even average. To get a score in the 3’s is pretty bad. I should have read the reviews prior to going. Food was bland and lukewarm. I had to interrupt the waitress who was texting to get her attention.. prices are a bit high for quality and service. “ No one regrets paying for quality “. I’d avoid this place like the plague. There are so so many better diners in the area.

Google
Waitress was polite. However, the host was rude when we were welcomed and when we left. He yelled in the middle of the restaurant, “did you left the check?” assuming that we left without paying. Food was far below average. Philly cheesesteak tasted old, chicken Caesar wrap was drenched in the sauce, and the chicken fajitas were way too spicy. I would not come back/recommend. Their French fries were good though.

Google
The food was not good my 10 year old ended up with a stomach ache my 5 year old had to lie to the waitress when she asked how the food was when I asked why she said that she didn't want to hurt her feelings.... I would never go back there again 50$ down the drain sorry to be so upfront about it but 👎👎👎

Google
The Taylor Ham Egg and Cheese was supposed to be fried egg and it was over easy so yolk everywhere. It wasn’t even cut in half. The home fries had zero seasoning. I mean, not one touch of seasoning, just mushy, bland potatoes. Highly disappointed for $15.

Very surprised but had a good experience here. Been doing some diner crawls and although the ambience might have been lacking a crowd, it made up for it for food and service. Granted it’s a Sunday at 3pm on NYE - i was one of few there. Nonetheless I got the 2 egg platter and it was a good experience. Home fries were regular, little salt and pepper did the trick. Toast was good. Beef sausage was out of this world tho. Service was great - promptly sat and was treated very well. Order was quick and they had holiday jingles playing. Will be back!

Google
Came here on Christmas day for a very late breakfast/lunch. Before heading there, we looked at the reviews and were a little concerned to go since some reviews mentioned that their prices were pretty high. We took a chance anyway since the places that we usually go to were closed. The service was OK but the food was even better. The prices are very typical to what you will find now in any diner in the area and they have a good variety of options for any palette. The coffee was good and strong. Not watered down in any way which is a big plus. We ordered, pancakes to share, Eggs Benedict, and a Hickory burger with curly fries. The pancakes were nice and fluffy. The Eggs Benedict was good. They were not the best, but it did not disappoint. The burger was delicious. I appreciated the canadian bacon. The lettuce was nice and fresh. In all we had a pleasant meal at a decent price. We would definitely come back to explore different menu options.

Yelp
Your typical diner in the middle of the busy highway. Nothing special and the food was not worth remembering. I asked for a medium burger and got a hockey puck. At least it was fresh, but not enjoyable. They have plenty of parking.

Yelp
My dad always chose a diner to get lunch, and one afternoon we found ourselves at the Parkway Diner. It was a little hard to get to the diner! The turn off the road is a bit confusing so pay attention to the signs. Thankfully there is plenty of parking. Ultimately all of the food was just fine. The menu is nothing too crazy. I will say the standard burger was pretty good. If you live near here I think this is a fine choice but I would not recommend travelling out of your way just to stop here.

Yelp
Not good! Ordered the cheesesteak sandwich & fries. The beef was literally a beige color it wasn't even brown like beef usually is when it's cooked. They placed a tiny amount of beef on the sandwich. Almost Felt like I was eating a roll with no meat. Definitely thumbs down!

Yelp
Met a friend here for a late breakfast, what a huge disappointment in every way. While we were talking after getting seated the waitress came back every minute to take our order after we asked her for a few minutes. So we relented and placed our orders. We had to correct her with our order multiple times, mind you we each only ordered an omelet with 3 ingredients and an OJ. When the food comes, the ingredients were all mixed up so we had to send them back to be remade correctly. The toast had next to no butter on it. She brings the new omelets back which thankfully were right this time but they were just okay, not that I was expecting much more - it is a diner after all. Anything else we asked for we had to remind her to bring. Then we get the check and it's over $60 for two standard omelets, two OJ's, and a double espresso. I was blown away. So I go to the register to pay and ask why my omelet with spinach, feta cheese, and jalepenos was $21.75 when a Greek omelet on the menu is $12 ? The girl at the checkout couldn't answer so she calls the waitress over who explains the price is because we "customized" the omelets. The other omelet was ham, onions, and american cheese - very exotic, right? That one was a relative bargain however at "only" $17.75. The owner overhears the conversation so he steps in and proceeds to defend this. He eventually relents and asks the girl at the register to reduce the price of my omelet by $5. I ask what about the other one, and he says no, he won't adjust that one also. Then when I check the charge in my bank statement later that night, they charged the full original check amount. I will never go back and highly recommend anyone else find another option as diners are plentiful and this one obviously doesn't value their customers.

Yelp
I picked up my aunt from the airport at 6 am and couldn't find an open diner for breakfast that early. She found parkway on Google and we stopped in. This place is your classic jersey diner. Our waitress had a heavy jersey accent and was super sweet. The food is 8/10 diner food. Now I know to ask for my home fries a little well done, but other than that, everything we ordered was good. Overall this place is clutch and a solid choice if you need a quintessential jersey diner experience.

Yelp
I like that they were open late, but the calamari had no flavor, baby back ribs were doused with not the best bbq sauce (def store bought), and I ordered a carrot cake, but they sent me a chocolate/ coconut cake? Food is not good.

Yelp
My 2022 recommendation to Yelp is to implement half stars. I'm giving two stars but it's more like two and a half and I just can't find a way to justify boosting this to a three star. We ran into this Diner after our game in Elmwood Park. We were 'pizza out' and was just in a diner mood. I remember this place from many many years ago when I lived in E.P. The Kid started with his usual wings, the wife and I got potato skins with cheddar and bacon. For dinner, I got a burger with cheese, Taylor Ham and a fried egg. The Kid got a bacon cheeseburger and my wife got a grilled chicken sammich with mozz and roasted peppers (No pictures of her sammich. I apologize) When The appetizers came out, I was taken back. Wait.. The wings were like $8 or $9 and there is five wings? Wow. I've had my share of wings and the best of the establishments, one of which in E.P. doesn't come close to that. WAY over priced. Maybe wing prices are escalating with gas prices. I didn't get to try one as my son devoted them, plus I had my skins to work on. The skins..... over cooked. I'll leave it at that. The burger was mediocre at best. As you can see, the thin, single piece of cheese was adhered to the top of the bun with a flash shot from a flame thrower. Burger itself was good size and somewhat juicy but had zero flavor. Luckily the Taylor ham gave it a little taste. My wife had me try a piece of her chicken with mozz and roasted peppers. I feel horrible saying this, but this was the most dried out piece of chicken I've had in a very long time. It was rough to chew and zero juiciness on the juicy scale. The two stars is because the woman that waited on us was excellent. She was attentive and polite. The service was absolutely on point. I should also add that there was a total of 6 individuals dining here when we walked in. By no stretch were they busy. My point is, even more of a reason why the food should've really been on its game. With so many options out there, I hate to say it, but I would recommend that you drive deeper into town if you're in a diner mood.

Yelp
Stopped here for dinner. Good food, service and atmosphere. I used to live nearby but don't remember every trying this place. Glad I finally did. I had the Lobster bisque and a cheeseburger with cheese fries. Yum.

Yelp
Thankful they are open 24 hours and my 4am Taylor Ham Egg and Cheese was great. My party of three also got some pancakes and quesadilla. Had no issues with the service or the food that I could remember!

Rodrigo V.

Yelp
First and last time here. This is why: 1. Food did not taste fresh. 2. Buffalo wings were not properly plucked. They still had parts of the feathers left on them. 3. Blue cheese smelled and tasted weird. 4. When I asked for extra lemons for my calamari the waiter said they have to charge me for a side order. When I tried telling the manager my experience, instead of taking responsibility, he blamed it on COVID. Not a good first impression.

Yelp
[890] 4/2/2019 We decided to visit this diner on a weekday evening around 9pm. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our party of 9 ordered a variety of items from omelets to fajitas. The food came out quickly and everything was as requested. We all enjoyed our food I would definitely be back.

Yelp
If you're looking for a good diner breakfast I would probably skip this place. The spinach dip tasted like warm milk and spinach, the French toast was okay, home fries were good, burger was dry, omelette was decent. Service was good though

Yelp
Oh don't get us started on this place. The only thing the employees are good at, is making sure you don't come back after eating there. The employees make this place a physcoward! They are so dellusional about everything in the place is not even funny. The food is total garbage, just thrown on a plate with no presentation or taste to it. When you go to complain about everything, and you will complain about everything in this place, they will immediately deny everything. They'll say "oh no one has every complained and about it before." yeah when its Friday Night at 7:00PM you walk into the place and there's not even one person there! Yeah then its believable that no one complains. If you get a waitress named Stacey do yourself a favor and just walk out he door. Speaking about being two faced, lazy, and a leach, that's about what the employees are in there. Except a woman with short hair, she's cool as hell works on Wednesdays! This Stacey character does nothing but complain left and right and 90% of the time when she's supposed to be working, she's sleeping. In fact, that one and the Cashier Maria, last week came in for desert, and both of them didn't bother to get up on their lazy asses and do nothing, not even when we were the table right behind them. Went to the bathroom, came back and both of them were pretending to be fast asleep in the booth. In addition, they will talk crap about each other, make falsified rumors about each other, especially about customers. Stacey will use other employees so that she doesn't have to pay full price for an uber ride, when you offer something to another person, she'll jump right in and demand you give her one as well, yeah right get a real job! There's another male, that starts rumors supposidely that one customer wants to have bang the cashier just for offering her a ride home, or some dumbass thing about it. We hope the owner reads this to know what your paying these people for. We walked out the door and will never come back. That's how pathietic this place is, they have to stir up drama just to make their moronic lives interesting. Wish we never entered this place!

Yelp
Faad is tasteless, Service is Eeeh, ambiance is fine. Overall not worth to spend a single penny there. Go to McDonalds has a flavor better than this restaurant.
google avatar

Yelp
The staff is friendly I've only tried the cake which was delicious and the pancakes were great. I will be trying other options but I love this place 5 stars.

Yelp
Food was not good home fries taste like old grease n my friend missing n egg n his home fries the same deep fried in old oil.

Stella T.

Yelp
Spinach pie was stale . they tossed it in the microwave after serving it cold and the phyllo dough was like rubber. The burger was nothing special. The menu is boring and the place was dead. No one there for a reason. Servers were clueless too !
google avatar

Andy M.

Yelp
Hit or miss with basic food items. Been going there for 10 years plus . usually for a quick a business bite with a friend that works in the area. I go there because of the company not the food. Went a few days ago asked for a grilled cheese and tomato on rye. What I got was toasted stale rye A little cheese and uneven chunks of tomato nothing was melted or grilled. I wasn't surprised

Cassidy Z.

Yelp
This place keeps messing up the orders. The last time this happened I found something in my salad, I bit a hard piece of plastic in there. It's brown with sharp edges. They said to call the next time I ordered and they would send another salad. The next time I ordered, they were rude and not willing to send it. They also said they would cancel my new order because of that and to stop ordering salads from them. Picture included. Update: The new order I made was ravioli for $16. It only came with 5 pieces and it was undercooked.

Yelp
Today at 4:00am I witnessed the owner being racist to a ubereats delivery driver stating that he should speak "English if not go back to your country" i am done ordering from this diner!! The foods quality as well is not good every time i order the prices are different or the food is a gamble it is never consistent with this place Example: i asked for well done omelette sometimes they get it right and its not runny but its always a 50/50 chance with them and i have to recook it... Avoid this place the reviews speak for its self
google avatar

Yelp
Big foodie, first time ordering Parkway Diner, portion sizes for my fries were trash, wrap was good, skimpy on the fries though.

Aneri P.

Yelp
I ordered food from here and They sent me 4 mozzarella sticks Which cost me $10 Natasha said the Uber driver ate the sticks on the way to my house which was obviously a LIE! Do not EAT HERE IT IS HORRIBKE SERVICE TASTES AND OVER PRICED also the EMPLOYEE NATASHA extremely rude, and she basically told me this is my problem that I paid for my food and there was nothing she could do for the decreased portion of food BECAUSE THEY ATE MY FOOD BEFORE DELIVERED
google avatar

Reem I.

Yelp
Meh, it was OK. Like many mediocre diners, the food isn't fresh but still tastes decent. A platter comes with sooo many different sides and soups and salads and veggies it was a bit much... I didn't really like the sides that I got: String beans (with some sort of sauce), barley and beef soup (it was corned beef, gag) The Greek chicken itself was okay. I just ate that and left. Won't be coming back though.

Sherin A.

Yelp
If you want to witness a train wreck, then this your place! Came here with 4 of my friends mainly because we needed a close by restaurant since we were hangry. If you decide to come here be prepared to basically serve yourself when it comes to napkins and utensils, one of us had to get up and steal utensils from empty tables after our appetizer got there. The waitress was very rude and angry for no reason and basically just didn't provide any type of service. Also just expect the waitress to mess up your order (didn't bring sauces for our appetizer combo, or side plates at first and then never had enough for all of us, or napkins). One of my friends asked for just a side of lemon for his water but she came back with a whole coke with lemon instead, another friend ordered a coke with no ice and it came back with full ice. If this review was based solely on the food and how it tasted it would be 4/5 stars but 0/5 on the service.

erilane ..

Yelp
I came here today and the food wasn't good, I got waffles fries with cheese on top and the cheese wasn't melted at all. I also got a toasted BEC sandwich and there was a lengthy piece of hair in it.. it was gross. the cheese was also hard in my toasted sandwich and when i asked the server could he redo it because of the hair and to melt the cheese he said "you should've asked when you ordered" but i thought that that's what toasted meant. once i got my food "redone" i opened my sandwich to put ketchup and the bacon was damn near raw. first and last time there. didn't even eat it. just paid and left.
google avatar

Michelle S.

Yelp
Missing items, incorrect items, & gross. That about sums this place up. We ordered through Uber eats, and although our delivery guy was great, the food sucks! They decided to miss HALF of the items we ordered. In addition, I ordered a BLT with disco fries and got a BLT with untoasted bread/no mayo with french fries that had no gravy. The bacon tasted old and the fries were definitely frozen. My boyfriend didnt like his eggs Benedict order either. Seriously? I would have been more satisfied paying $7 for McDonalds than this $40 breakfast order. Never EVER coming again. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from this dump. How are you still even open????????
google avatar

Joy M.

Yelp
Ordered the Or Open Faced Beef brisket sandwich that came w potato, gravy, veg and salad. It was a tin of grey meat will soggy fries. No veg or salad and we THINK we may have gotten gravy on the side but that's questionable. Second sandwich had the word Ranch in the beginning if the name...not a drop nor a packet on the side. Also requested a house salad but received fried. Third sandwich was requested without tomatoes. Well I guess they put them on my instead of sandwich #2. Also, the the 4 wedges it is cut into only ONE wedge has a flake of an avocado. My family has been coming here most of our lives and always loved their food and servers. This was THE worst takeout I've ever received from anywhere to date. Sincerely, Very Disappointed

Yelp
I ordered a turkey bacon panini, and the bread was hard. It was not pressed like a usual panini. It was basically a sandwich. It also didn't come with a pickle and coleslaw which I specifically asked for in my door dash order. This is very unfortunate as I was looking forward to liking this place and having a new spot for a panini.

John L.

Yelp
Why didn't I check out the yelp ratings before I went in.......why oh why. No one to blame except myself. Yelp had the right information, I just didn't look. Driving through the area on business, looking for a good Taylor ham breakfast sandwich. Had the sandwich, wasn't so good. The ham was tasteless, like it hadn't been stored properly. Trying to resurrect it by ordering an side order of bacon to put on the sandwich. Bacon was similar to the ham, just no taste. The woman who took my order and cleaned off the tables after, saw that I ate practically nothing and didn't ask me anything. The man taking the check asked me how things were, so I told him. He accepted my complaint as he accepted my money and didn't offer any explanation or compensation. On a good note, there is a Dunkin's down the street, the breakfast sandwich there was the same as every other Dunkin's I've ever been too. Not spectacular, but exactly as expected, which is what I needed at that time. Do yourself a favor, don't stop here. The food wasn't worth it. To the person wishing he could use half stars, you may sleep good tonight, 2 stars was enough, no half star needed
google avatar

Diana M.

Yelp
I have to admit- i've been here 1,000 times and its usually after a late night out. One of the waiters knows us when we arrive, and they are very friendly to our drunken stupor. I know that everything tastes good when you have had a few to drink, but i do love their cheese fries and gravy. YUMMMMMYYY!!!! Their calamari and mozzarella sticks are also pretty good. They are right on route 46 with a parking lot. For some late night snacks, this place is A-OK in my books!!
google avatar

Brittany O.

Yelp
When you order Uber eats ...Nachos no sour cream , not even melted cheese literally just shredded cheese on top , PAID for disco fries barely received regular fries...was supposed to also have guac for the nachos and potato salad for the club #mostlyiceberg ...and received coleslaw instead ...basically everything was wrong. If you order Uber eats at 1 am you don't want EVERYTHING to be wrong because you can't even order elsewhere. I've been to this diner before it's not normally terrible when dining in. This was terrible experience.

Steve V.

Yelp
I went with a group of four people and only one person got the correct order or edible food on the first try. One person who ordered a panini got a plain piece of very dry chicken on a round roll. Another got grilled chicken when it was supposed to be fried. The nachos we ordered for the table were stale, and the jalepeno poppers were just fried jalepenos with no cheese. My burger overcooked to the point of being inedible, it tasted like I bit into a charcoal briquette. They are very obviously short staffed and our poor teenaged waitress was running around the restaurant dealing with a dozen different tables an hour after her shift was supposed to end. Learn from my mistake and don't waste your money at this shithole.

Darren K.

Yelp
I'm giving this Diner 4.5 Stars. Very very very good burgers. I specifically come here for the Burgers. If you really like Hamburgers... this is your place. For the other people who wrote a laundry list of complaints I'll simply say it's a DINER... not Tavern On The Friggin Green. It's a DINER. And for a Diner I find it pretty darn good. I never had a bad experience here. I like The Parkway Diner.
google avatar

Sita M.

Yelp
The owner is disrespectful!! I ordered a side of gyro meat, which I've done many times before, the waiter brings a gyro platter instead. I send it back saying all I wanted was the meat. The bill comes and I was charged $15 for the platter. I refused to pay for the platter but the owner decides to not care and says I'm supposed to pay for it anyway. He threatens to send our waiter home and I say that it's not fair to do so bc he as the owner should adjust the prices accordingly. The night manager charges me a side of meat never a gyro platter. Obviously management isn't on the same page. I didn't pay the $15 instead I gave the waiter $20 as a tip. He had tears in his eyes bc he knew he had to go home bc the owner is an animal and lacks management skills. Say NO to abusive management!!!
google avatar

Lisa T.

Yelp
My first time here and definetly would go back! My server was Pedro and he was very courteous and attentive. Went for breakfast with family and I had the California eggs benedict and it was delicious. Perfect poached eggs with tomatoes, avocado and hollandaise sauce over an english muffin. Wish i would of taken pictures of all our plates because it all looked great and prices are very reasonable!
google avatar

Ashley G.

Yelp
Came here one night after stopping at the Parkway Lanes (great bowling, btw). It was a classic diner with attentive service. I would come back here if I was in the area but probably would not go out of my way to eat here. Breakfast was a little bit on the expensive side. Bottom line - Not the best food I've ever had but it's a 24hr diner with a big menu and friendly service.
google avatar

Cinthya G.

Yelp
My family and I have been here mostly to eat breakfast. I placed an order for pick up one day, I had ordered chicken noodle soup and penne vodka. The penne vodka was really good but the chicken noodle soup was sooo salty, I could barely eat it They also have yummy deserts...strawberry cheesecake, chocolate mousse cake, carrot cake, etc. Their prices are moderate and it's open 24 hours a day.

Hasan A.

Yelp
We got steak with eggs. It was really bad. Owner came to table and he was really rude. We didn't eat any food but they charge full price. We paid full price. Definitely I will never come back again

Yelp
Bus Stop Diner Don't bother, place is ugly inside and out. Dishes are a eclectic blend of s**t, but the fries are good! 161 Bus fuel stop.
google avatar

Nick C.

Yelp
Unfortunately, this place is a highly overpriced, below average diner. Menu items are about $2 more expensive than you'd pay at any other diner in the area. Service was for the most part non-existent. The menu is highly varied, with "Greek" and "Mexican" offerings, along with the typical American diner fare. I had the chicken in a basket, which came with fries and onion rings for $13. The chicken was alright, but very small and kinda bland. I did enjoy my fries though. Find another diner, there are a ton around here.
google avatar

Thomas K.

Yelp
We stopped here for a quick lunch, craving some diner food. While we weren't disappointed, we were hoping that this place would provide something that would separate it from the legion of other diners here in the area. It didn't. It took a number of minutes to be waited on...first by the hostess who took our drink order and brought them to us. Then, appears our waitress! POOF! Or was that THUD! Not sure, but I can recall her asking how we were, and that the Vicodin was beginning to kick in. Woo-Hoo!! I'm not kidding. She really said that. Then she revealed that she had her knee replaced...that's what the Vicodins were for. Well now...that made us feel more confident. Knives and hot liquids off the table please! We had a veggie burger, which was homemade and similar to Dr. Praeger's commercial (albeit good) patties. It had sauteed onions and peppers accompanying it, french fries and obligatory cole slaw (runny) and half sour pickle. Also was the "Max Bleu" Burger, which was a beef patty topped with bacon (a little leftover from breakfast, at least, that's what the texture was like) and something they called "Maytag Bleu Cheese". Now, if you ever had Maytag bleu...oh boy, it's a treat. Tangy and full of creamy flavor. But the stuff on this burger...Maytag it wasn't. Crumbled generic "blue", if you wish my opinion. Don't get me wrong however, the food was perfectly fine. But, if you're going to say that you are providing something...even if it's a particular lettuce, beef, cheese, etc...it's unethical to serve something else in it's place. Truth in menu, that's all. The Vicodin saturated server turned out to be great, in case you were wonderin' about her. ^_^

Salena V.

Yelp
Metal pieces found in food. Food was cold and had no flavor. They still refused to discount and made us pay full price for meals we didn't eat. Manager didn't care and refused to resolve. Over $150 spent on a dangerous dinner. Do not eat here. If I could give zero stars I would. The food safety administration should really check this place. The new owners are absolutely horrible. I was going here for over 20 years and will definitely stop. Just awful.

Yelp
I came here as the guest of someone else...it wasn't my choice...but I didn't dislike my experience here. Service was efficient and pleasant. I was particularly impressed with the salad I had, which had a variety of beans on it, and was artfully arranged on the plate (the only thing detracting from it was the cheap iceberg lettuce being used). I was hungry, so ordered ziti parmigiana with meatballs. No substitutes were allowed; I would have preferred sausage to meatballs, but the meatballs were tasty enough...I'm not really a meatball fan...and the ziti filled me up. Maybe not a ringing endorsement, but it's a diner, and how bad is ziti going to be? Still, I don't get all the negative reviews; I've been in better and worse diners, and I didn't think this one was at all bad, based on my one experience there. I'd go again if ever in that area.

Yelp
Burger usually undercooked, as if the kitchen staff is aimlessly rushing because it can't be that busy. (over 10 yrs restaurant experience). Fries are usually hard as if they were fried earlier in a batch and left standing under the heat. Food is overpriced for the quality and packaging is a 2 cent plastic bag. They can do better, but won't so their reviews should reflect that honestly. Eat with caution...

Yelp
DO NOT GO HERE. I just left this diner (06/19/19)) I chose this place to get something to eat while on break for work. My server, not sure what her name was but she had a Russian accent, seemed sweet when she greeted 15 minutes after we sat down. The place was not busy whatsoever. My coworker and I proceeded to order our food, and since I'm a vegetarian I was asking questions about the menu to my server and she didn't seem to know anything about the menu......The wait was ridiculous. People started show up after us and got their food before us....we only order an omelet and Cesar wrap while we confused about the wait we handled it in a calmly manner and didn't complain. Our food arrived about 30 minutes later and I personally was displeased. It look like the server had forgot about our order and rushed it. My omelet was too cheesy and I only took two bites out of it proceeded to eat my side. The Russian server didn't check up on us to see if we're okay during the meal. When we finally got her attention to come over I told her I didn't like the omelette and asked if she could take it off she told me yes, than she comes back two minutes later saying her managers couldn't do anything about because she said I ate half, EVEN THOUGH I only took two bites of the omelette. I spoke to the manager and I told her i only took two bites of the omelette and she told me that since I had the plate in front of me for a long period of time she couldn't do anything about it. But it wasn't my fault because the server was giving her attention towards other customers there... so the manager decided to lower the bill 2.50 more!! The customer service, the food, and manager was a disappointment. I had to pay for something I barley touched. I do not recommend this place what so ever. Especially if your African American.
