Parkwood National Historic Site Formal Garden

To say I have had a very bad experience with trying to book this place is an understatement. Angie and Maggie have tried absolutely nothing to respond to my inquiries about booking the place. Responses are passive aggressive as if they are trying everything to make sure I don’t book the place. Creating blockers even though I have everything I need to be permitted to host my gathering there. This is a historic site and not your family business. I truly hope upper management can see that the people they have managing this place are pushing clients away.

Yes, it's worth visiting. Highly recommended for those who love rich history or just wanted to feel what life likes during those times.

THEY KILL BEE’S! A nice site with many beautiful flowers, one thing that stuck out to me though were all the containers with dead bees… it’s sad (being in a garden)

Beautiful gardens located in Oshawa. This hidden Gem is worth visiting if you live in the area or are able to travel here. Many famous movies filmed on the grounds and inside the amazing estate - you may recognize them when you visit in person. Don't miss out on this truly unique experience.

I had such a wonderful walk around the gardens and fountains. Such a serene place to just visit alone or with someone. The only fallback is the lack of flowers. The colours were not very impressive.
