Nice site with qwerky pitches due to the haphazzard pine trees! Good shop and restaurant with lovely helpful staff. My only negative is the toilet/shower blocks. They are so delapdated it is a shame - and at €40 pn in October I really expect better. That said, I would go back as the location is really good for the beach and to get in to Cascais where they have some very, very good restaurants.

terrible experience of a hundred years. check-in process waited 40 minutes and wait 30 minutes. in total an hour in line with buying children. will not come again. terrible experience of long waiting and unfriendly service. camping is good. but god if you understood what it is like to spend an hour in line with children

Relaxed and secure. Clean facilities. Bus stop outside the gate to go in to town. The bus stops at the station so Lisbon is easy to get to. Estoril circuit is nearby. This is the classy end of town. Loved it. Pitch selection is a bit random but you can book specific pitches. Recommended. I would go back.

The camping site is quite large and the spaces allocated are nicely demarcated. We were not squashed like other camping sites. The receptionists were lovely and helpful with any query that we had. However , concidering the size of the camping site and the amount of people staying there I found that there were not enough toilets, washing machines and water bays. There are only 3 washing machines which were almost always occupied so I had to stand there for a good 30 mins till someone else’s wash was done and then they took 20mins to come and collect their clothes ! Not an ideal 40 mins of my holiday spent 🤣 the toilets could do with some extra cleaning during the day ! Some investment is needed. At 41 euros a night for a campervan ( less than 6m) 2 adults and electricity I’m sure they can invest more in facilities. The location is quite good, a 20 min Uber from city centre. There are also bikes and electric scooters for rent across the road from the camping site !

Fantastic location and good facilities, including a lovely pool. Has everything you could want for a stay, including easy access to all the Lisbon region has to offer (Cascais, Sinatra and more).

We stayed at different Campsides in Portugal and this is by far the worth, even though the most expensive one too: 1. The Bathhouse is very old, not very clean and smells bad. 2. he Campside is very loud with people partying, listening to music and chatting loudly way past midnight. Staff is not doing anything about it. 3. Only advantage: its kind of close to lisbon. There are much better beaches in Portugal than the ones close by. I guess it attracts a certan kind of people that don t mind and keep coming this and so Management is not investing in the Place.

We booked a 3 night stay with our camper van. Given we had just left a 6 star site in Porto, I was apprehensive given the reviews but pleasantly surprised. To be clear this isn’t a 4 star campsite but it also isn’t as bad as some of the reviews suggest. Yes the place could do with some renovation, the old unused sink block is unsightly and would be better removed and the pitch delineation and areas could do with a refresh. There are 2 shower and toilet blocks. One is older but still serviceable, the more recent block is pretty good. Showers and toilets are my least liked aspect of van touring but these were clean with plenty of hot water. Sure the odd toilet door bolt is a bit flimsy but by and large more than fit for purpose. The WiFi really only works when you are in reception so free WiFi is a bit of an exaggeration but they do tell you this when you book in. On that point reception were all super helpful though we could have been told about the Lisbon train strike in advance! Buses to Cascais run to their own schedule rather than what’s on paper and it takes c30 mins. There is a lovely nature walk through the dunes down to the beach with some restaurants next to the ocean. Didn’t try the pool as it wasn’t hot enough but the area and the pool itself was clean and tidy. The shop has some bits and bobs, fresh bread in the morning and Pastel de nata. For comparison we paid £33 per night incl electric vs £51 all inclusive, in Porto (for a fantastic all inclusive site) and £19 in Sintra for something far worse than this with hand-held showers! So not out of kilter for somewhere with reasonable access to Cascais, Lisbon and Sintra.

It’s a basic campsite with a pool. The toilets and other facilities are really outdated. Not justifying the price per night. When you walk around the campsite you can even see forgotten bungalow houses rotting away. You really start to wonder what they do with all the income…
