Interesting place, lots of history, also very calm, green and different.
Ancient grave yard.

Could be a lot better public park. Very little signage and nothing about its history could be found in the park itself. Very steep and slippery in the rain. Not much for kids that we found. No public toilets or drinking fountains seen. Lovely spaces ruined by graffiti in a lot of cases. A few retaining walls look ready to tip over as they are bulging and do t seem to be draining correctly anymore. Google Maps does need to better here to mark how green this space really is. Good viewing in places.

Beautiful views of Santiago from here. Beautiful display of wild flowers growing on a rock wall. Water fountain from 1747, not ancient but 29 years before the US Declaration of Independence was signed.

Beautiful and peaceful walks in the middle of a busy city. Returned to watch the sun setting over the cathedral in Santiago

Huge park on a hill with great views of the city center and an 18th century cemetery. About a couple of miles uphill hike from the Cathedral to get there but it's worth every step.

Beautiful park with well maintained gardens & woodlands behind the Convent /Museo de Bogo Galego… perfect for a sunny afternoon stroll and a picnic enjoying the views of the Cathedral and city rooftops. Lovely stop on the way to the City of Culture
