Amazing hike up to Confluencia. The round trip was about 6 hours, allowing for stops for photos, drinks and snacks. The views of Aconcagua and the surrounding mountains are breathtaking. You have to reserve a time online and then pay before you arrive. You check in before you set off as well as when you arrive at the Base camp. Wear sunscreen!

Absolutely beautiful scenery. A bit difficult to negotiate the paths as people have strayed from the set routes a lot. Would have loved more time here, it's a fantastic park.

Amazing landscape, you have to make a reservation in advance and check in when you arrive in the park but they provide you with a bag for garbage and some other useful information. Just be careful with the mean of transport if you're using the bus because they don't drop you off very close to the park entrance and you have to walk a few kilometers by the highway

Interesting natural arch over the upper reaches of the Rio Mendoza. A good 30 min stop after visiting Aconcagua Natl Park.

Beautiful! We took an Andesmar bus from Mendoza all the way to the park entrance (if you ask the driver they will usually make the informal stop) and got the bus back from Puente del Inca. Worth it for the bus ride alone, highly recommended although we found the mountain view much more remarkable than the lagoon. The lagoon hike isn’t really so much of a hike, we were in and out within 2 hours so we would recommend the base camp hike for anyone looking for a little bit more 🤟🗻 Photo by @abel_van_oord

A pleasant place for a short stroll to see the mountains. Lots of tourist busses. The main trail is closed indefinitely as of Oct 4, maybe because of possibly of landslides? Bano closed.

This is a very good place to visit with some easy walking trails to see some wonderful mountains. You can of course walk for many hours into the park but most people just spend a few hours here on a circular route. The day we went it was very windy so come prepared for a variety of seasons. I'm sure that this can get crowded on times but we were lucky and there weren't that many people here when we visited. It's a reasonable drive from Mendoza to get here but well worth the visit.
