We booked a room for a night and it was the worst experience of mine. The elevator did not work and we had to use the staff’s elevator that was dirty. There was no air conditioning there. I tried to call them but no one answered my call. They have not even apologized for this disrespectful behavior.

The hotel rebuilt recently, I reserved single room, the baseroom is very small, and the toilet so closed to the wall, if you are not fat could choose the single room.

The hotel claims to be a 4 star but there are a lot to say about it. We got there at 7, it took 30 minutes to find the bell boy to get our bags, 45 minutes to go over the check in and there was a registration for the WiFi!!!!! However the receptionist apologized for the inconvenience but still I wouldn’t choose this hotel for a stay again!

In brief no one care to do their job in this hotel, slow check in, staff behavior doesn't fit for a hotel and not worth the price max I would give it 1 star.

I arrived at 14:00, which was the start of the check-in time. However, it took 40 minutes to receive my room. The window's curtain was not wide enough to cover the entire window, allowing light to enter the room, making it impossible to sleep in a darkened room. The tap in the room was dirty, and the internet password was not provided by default; I had to request it separately. There were no hand grips in the bathroom or toilet to assist disabled individuals, and the ventilation system in both the bathroom and toilet was rudimentary, as shown in the attached photo. The duvet cover was not a proper cover but rather two layers of a sheet without any stitching or ties to secure the duvet. Due to hygiene concerns, I opted to set the duvet aside (which I suspect is not changed for every room resident) and used only the flat sheet. There were no coffee or spoons in the room, only teabags. Furthermore, there were other issues that I won't detail here. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, unless you have no other options. You can likely find better rooms for the same price in 4-star hotels in Tehran.

I reserved one of the renovated rooms which was beautifully designed and well decorated. Room was clean relatively but not perfect. Surprisingly room had not Mini bar which was a downside for 4star hotel room. Staff acted kinda weird. Lobby really needs renovating. Breakfast was just fine. I really do not recommend this hotel, because there is other nice hotels in tehran with same kind of service and far better quality while being cheaper.

Tbh one of the worst experience ever. The net is awful!! it cuts of every one minute and at 1 am they turn it off. Too much noise of building construction and noise from out. The receptionist were awful, they are so and they gossip a lot and they are always angry specially the male ones. All they need is money money money. The hygiene and cleaning is good. The location is also good. The breakfast is good too. However, the receptionist are so bad no good treatment at all. The employees of the cleaning are great. The issue is only with the receptionist and the male ones basically. They are always angry and mad. They have mo professionalism in working. Overall, it has good and bad sides, but the most important thing is customer treatment, and it was awful treatment.
