I arrived at 14:00, which was the start of the check-in time. However, it took 40 minutes to receive my room.
The window's curtain was not wide enough to cover the entire window, allowing light to enter the room, making it impossible to sleep in a darkened room.
The tap in the room was dirty, and the internet password was not provided by default; I had to request it separately.
There were no hand grips in the bathroom or toilet to assist disabled individuals, and the ventilation system in both the bathroom and toilet was rudimentary, as shown in the attached photo.
The duvet cover was not a proper cover but rather two layers of a sheet without any stitching or ties to secure the duvet. Due to hygiene concerns, I opted to set the duvet aside (which I suspect is not changed for every room resident) and used only the flat sheet.
There were no coffee or spoons in the room, only teabags.
Furthermore, there were other issues that I won't detail here. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, unless you have no other options. You can likely find better rooms for the same price in 4-star hotels in Tehran.
