We had the tasting menu for 2 and it was our best meal we've had in Victoria. Beautiful plates, delicious food, great service. We also brought our 2 year old toddler and they had an amazing kids grilled cheese which he devoured. They also sped up the tasting menu for us given toddler attention span and were out of there in about an hour and 15 minutes. Overall, highly recommend Part and Parcel, and we'll be back soon!

Google
My boyfriend and I were visiting the island from Toronto and this restaurant made it to one of his top meals he’s ever had in his life. We didn’t do the tasting but instead ordered a bunch of things like the gnocchi, fish, beets and broccoli. Everything here is seasonal and the taste in everything was so spot on and fresh. A must visit on the island!

Google
The food here is simply sensational! We tried it for the first time and will definitely be back! Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, and the food was unreal! As amazing as the Froed Chicken Sandwich was, do yourself a favour and try the Charred Broccoli Sandwich! It's the taste equivalent of having five of your favorite people that never hang out regularly, all having a blast at the same party!

Google
This was our first time eating at Part and Parcel and it was fabulous. My wife and I decided to try the feast with us tasting menu. All 8 courses were delicious. I especially enjoyed the tuna tartare toast and the charred broccoli. The food was great but the service really ensured the night was special. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the surprise non alcoholic ceasar shot for me (the driver) while my wife enjoyed the excellent wine pairing option was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be returning.

Google
Wasn't sure what to expect, but was blown away by the food. Everything was fresh and seasonal, left full and feeling great. Will have to make this a go to spot whenever in Victoria!

Google
What a great experience! Went with some friends and we loved every dish. Highly recommend the French Toast.

Google
We had a vegetarian tasting menu (their “feast” option) for a table of 5 and everyone at the table agreed it was one of the best meals of our entire lives (and 3 out of the 5 of us are not vegetarians, still rated it as one of the best meals of our lives!). It was priced at $74CAD per person and was beyond worth the price, we had trouble finishing the meal because we were all so full, but managed to finish everything because it was so delicious. Extremely generous tasting menu. The ambiance was wonderful if a little too dark (the lights were kept very dim), but honestly it was a vibe. The plating seemed gorgeous so would love to have seen it a bit more but it did not take away from overall experience. There was a bit of extended waiting in the middle of the meal between some courses but we assumed it was because we had requested vegetarian only and they had to make some off-menu items from scratch. Have patience, it is entirely worth it. There is a genius in this kitchen. Definitely make a reservation in advance. Street parking ample and easy to find nearby.

Google
I love the burrata, bread and tater tots 😋🍞🥔🧀 says my 9 yo boy. The French toast was awesome says me. The crudo was very yummy says the wife.

Yelp
After a visit to the Gardens we 6 intrepid travelers were looking for a casual place for dinner. We stumbled upon Part and Parcel and were overwhelmingly surprised by the service, food and kindness. Totally 5-star food and drinks and great service. They didn't have a table for 6 so we sat at the bar. Some drank; others didn't. The creative drinks were exceptional. (I guess we lucked out and has the bartender be our server so once she opened up to us "aged people" and visa versa we had a blast). The mezcal and gin drinks were great and we all ordered something a little different but everything we had we had, we shared. The broccoli...the flank steak-yum - the steelhead, beets, chicken sandwich. You can't go wrong. We tried to skip dessert - we're not usually into it - but one guy ordered the brownie and loved it. Came with ice cream (whole milk). Then the chef gave us a slice of the cheesecake. Freaking delicious. And I guess he usually doesn't interact with customers so much but he made an exception probably to calm us down. Lol. We were impressed. This is Quadra Village. I'm from CO, US so don't know much about the neighborhoods, but don't let the local culture keep you from trying this place. It's quaint and warm. There's a bunch of young restauranteurs doing something exceptionally great here so don't miss out. Great job you guys! We loved it!

Yelp
I'm so glad we found part and parcel when we visited Victoria! It's not in the downtown area which was the only bummer but you could technically walk there from downtown if you wanted to since it's not crazy far away. They're such a cute little restaurant, and our waiter was so kind! My partner ordered the pastrami benedict, and I got the the pork belly bowl. Portions were quite large for both! The pastrami benedict wasn't my favorite since it had quite a bit of dill which I don't love, but my partner liked it! The eggs were perfectly poached, and the tater tots it came with were so crispy. My pork belly bowl was good as well! The pork belly was cooked really well and was the perfect combo of a little crispy and soft. I thought there was just slightly too much sauce on the dish, but otherwise it was delicious.

Yelp
Part & Parcel is a great spot for lunch. We didn't have a reservation and yet, the host managed to get us a place at the bar. Great ambiance. The waitress brought us the menu and there were many delicious items that caught our attention. We decided to try a bunch of items and we were not disappointed. The grilled cheese was a true stand out with the crispy fries. It was amazing watching the chef prep and put together those delicious plates of foods. The host and staff is very friendly and we enjoyed conversing with them. They also made some recommendations for food and drinks which was truly appreciated. Highly recommend and we shall return!

Yelp
I had much higher expectations for this restaurant. The food was unfortunately very average and only had a very small wine selection.

Yelp
Had a great brunch here today. I wasn't aware that the restaurant had an Asian influence and was expecting a standard breakfast, but i was pleasantly surprised by a bunch of very unique dishes on offer. I had a pork belly and rice bowl and my wife had a chicken katsu bowl. Both were excellent and I would recommend the restaurant for brunch for sure

Imogene J.

Yelp
We took a friend to dinner and were shocked that veggies were a separate cost to other food on the plate. Not enough food. Three elderly women were seated at a very uncomfortable table and chairs and we were placed right at the doorway. We reservations. Never again.

Yelp
Pros: - accepts resos - super cute/aesthetic venue with a bright ambience - not over-crowded, with actual distancing between tables - not overly lengthy or elaborate menu - beautiful presentation to every dish - fantastic sauces/garnishes that complement each dish's feature - very friendly service - nice touch at the end with the bill in a little jar Cons: - very small portions (the 4 of us shared 6 dishes and were barely full; I would need 2 of the mains to get full on my own), which means extra pricy...

Yelp
Wife and i ordered the broccoli sandwich for take out and it was very. Have not dined in yet but am looking forward to it in the future

Yelp
I. Love. Part and Parcel. I only every get the broccoli sando, but that is because it's the best thing I've ever tasted in my entire life. I dream of this sandwich. This sandwich is salty, sweet, tangy, and feels nutritious for the body and the soul. This is the sandwich I recommend to everyone, ever.

Yelp
Well well. Our party of 6 just got to the bottom of the most wonderfully curious arrangement that Part & Parcel calls the All In. Short of licking the plates clean, we devoured every morsel of ten dishes, savoring the delicate flavor combinations that set apart each dish as a unique and delectable statement all on its own. This hole in the wall delivered what I would deem a Michelin star performance in the heart of lower Quadra St. The best!
google avatar

Definite V.

Yelp
The food is really good here, we had the broccoli sandwich and the chicken sandwich. I'd recommend both of these choices! They seemed a little understaffed the day we went but the servers were friendly and worked hard to keep bringing us our orders. There's only one big table so be sure to make a reservation if you have a party of 5 or 6!

Yelp
We had one of the best meals in recent years at Part and Parcel. We arrived on a early summer evening without a reservation (not advised) to their small space and snagged the last table. It's off the main drag in more of a neighborhood main street area so they likely don't get the cruise ship foot traffic, which we appreciated. We received awesome service from a hip team of young waitstaff. That night the menu was vegetarian leaning with lots of options to choose from, and we ordered a smattering from the list. Everything that came out was extremely creative, exquisitely plated and absolutely delicious. The Caesar salad, charred broccoli, beets and soba, and gnocchi were real standouts. It was their accompaniments that really made them stand out. The bill was more than fair and we would be happy to return any time. Great date spot, bright and modern, almost Scandinavian vibe inside.

Yelp
Off the charts delicious! We read about this place on yelp and made a reservation - it exceeded expectations! We ordered the butter leaf lettuce salad with miso jalapeño dressing, beets with oranges, charred broccoli and the gnocchi. The flavors of each dish had all kinds of color and crunch. The service was terrific, too. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Discovered Part and Parcel while visiting from Seattle. A lot of vegan options and everything was delicious. Lovely staff, as well. Look forward to returning on next visit.

Yelp
To say this place is Hipster, is a bit of an understatement... but if you look past this you'll find a restaurant with a lot of heart, soul and great tasting food. The servers are very open, friendly and eager to make you happy. The food and drink itself was astounding. Lots of honest, great tasting food to be had here. The pork belly was my favorite of the night. It was tender and had a very interesting mix of spices and textures on the plate. Even the environment, an eclectic mix of funky odds and sods entertains and seems to really work with the food presented. I like this place, and if I lived in Victoria, I'd be back here regularly. Unfortunately, I live in the far off land of Toronto, so I'll have to reserve my visits for the occasional trip to the west coast.
google avatar

Yelp
The food is excellent and lived up to the high expectations we had, based on recommendations we received from friends. It had been years since a restaurant actually surprised me, but the gnocchi was a truly creative dish that revealed many of the ingredients in new light. We brought our toddler for dinner and the servers were very friendly and accommodating.

Yelp
It was a very merry Christmas indeed at P&P on the 21st of December! They had put on a special menu for the holidays that included $5 wine tastings. This was amazing value alone and the food is another thing! We shared 6 or 7 dishes among 3 of us and that was plenty...delicious! Nothing let us down. In particular, I enjoyed the soft scrambled eggs and the gnocchi while my friend enjoyed the beetroot salad the most (we happily ordered it twice)! We came close to not eating here because it was busy, but a staff member ran out and called us in when a table was getting up to leave. We stayed the whole night and forgot about plans to go to Butchart gardens to see the lights. So great service, obviously. I plan to return to check out their regular menu.

Yelp
Finally tried it out here, after getting recommendations for it for SO LONG. They have a seasonal menu that rotates with what's fresh (aka super awesome) and that isn't overly crowded with items... but don't let that fool you, I still had a hell of a time choosing what I wanted to eat. In the end, I settled on their pork belly dish, which had crispy rice, assorted veggies, and the most amazing pork belly I have had in a HOT MINUTE. Plus, my roommate and I ordered the green beans and the fries to share, which were both AH-MAZING. I ended up getting a bit salted out by the end of the fries because I can't do too much salt on its own but for the most part, it was delish. The green beans came with bacon and a really tasty drizzle on top and I could eat them for every single meal, probably. But the pork belly... oh my word. I don't remember the last time I had pork belly but it truly is the best cut of pork you can have. I was MELTING while eating it, I was so happy. I paired it with a glass of white wine (I prefer chardonnays but do whatever tickles your fancy) and I think that I was in heaven. This spot is decently pricey so be willing to drop a good amount for your meal but it is absolutely not overpriced for what you're getting. Check it out, support local!

Yelp
Brilliant concept! Food ad good and well presented as a nice sit down restaurant, without the fluff and time of a full sit-down meal. Order at the counter, get a number, savour the delicious food! Place was packed at 6pm. Definitively a must if in Victoria.

Yelp
This cafe/resto mashup definitely has something special going for it and I dig it. Our friend who lives by had invited us to Part and Parcel speaking wonders of their sandwiches. I personally was most impressed with the cozy and intimate nature of the space itself. Talking to the food, I defied suggestion and ordered the roast chicken, popped grains and barley porridge plate. While I really appreciated the combo and creativity of the plate I found it a little overworked and the sunflower cream and popped grains were lost in the shuffle of the chicken and porridge; it's the kind of dinner that makes you hope they didn't prep all that just for the pretty playing. With that, I thought that the price was super reasonable for our food. In terms of alcohol I thoughts prices were standard but selection was well thought out. This being said, I find it tad strange to be ordering this kind of food without any table service. It seems counter-intuitive (pun intended) to have creative plates like this without having service staff engaging directly with clients for a more catered experience. But hey, maybe I'm just old school like that. I think with more time plates here are going to gain complexity that will shine. I'm definitely curious to see how this establishment evolves with time!

Yelp
Oh my Gawd!!!! Amazing lunch. So fresh. My wife and I walked from the Harbour. Thank goodness, because we needed to walk back to walk off the meal. We split grilled cheddar cheese sandwich with caramelized onions. Delish. The broccoli couscous salad was so amazing. Very small place. Shared tables. We sat with a local and a fun conversation. Thank you.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is a ten out or ten! Our friends who live in town recommended this place - calling it their favourite - and it did not disappoint. My partner and I split one entree and four appetizers - all of which were amazing. Highly recommend the eggplant starter and the cod dish.
google avatar

Jeremy W.

Yelp
Had our first visit this past weekend and were deeply impressed. The "broccoli couscous" salad was incredible and the gnocchi was prepared better than I've ever had, even in Europe! The staff (Chris and Alysha) were also super kind and helpful, patiently answering questions and making conversation with everyone. We will DEFINITELY come back for more!

Lai F.

Yelp
Yick! So disappointed for my 1st trial! How can serve me the grilled chicken like this? Ruined my mood!
google avatar

Glen R.

Yelp
Something I consider before choosing a meal is not so much the meal itself but where the ingredients were sourced. My body is a temple, this makes it imperative that the offerings I provide to it are pure and wholesome. I also must consider the energy that was present during the preparation of the meal and if it was a dark and impure energy and the food was crafted with haste and impulse I'll certainly find it distasteful.
google avatar

Dan Q.

Yelp
Great food with a menu which rotates often. Would recommend going with multiple people to share more dishes. https://www.topeval.com/cms/Part_and_Parcel

Janet D.

Yelp
The food here is great , the problem is no bathrooms. Again a business that has continued to close its bathrooms. After paying 35 dollars for a couple of sandwiches we wanted to eat in the park . We had walked a d badly needed to use the bathroom. Closed !!! Covid is not transmitted in bathrooms !!!i I will no longer buy food from the business- too bad because the food is good
google avatar

Yelp
Love this place! The neighbourhood needed a good lunch/early dinner place. Part and Parcel has friendly owners and staff, really tasty food, and a decent selection of beer with a few wines as well. If you want something specific to drink, it's also BYOB for a small corkage fee. Try the tuna sandwich! You will not be disappointed. :) It's like a Niçoise salad in a sandwich form!
google avatar

Dynafrom W.

Yelp
First time in Victoria and we decided to go off the grid and try out this place. We ordered the pork belly, gnocchi, and chicken sandwich. The pork belly and gnocchi were amazing. The problem with this place is poor ventilation. How can the restaurant be hotter than the outside!?
google avatar

Natalie G.

Yelp
We love this neighborhood restaurant! The food is magical, creative and affordable! It's our favorite date night spot with our baby boy!
google avatar

Kim D.

Yelp
We visited Part and Parcel on a recommendation from the Bartender at Ile Sauvage Brewery. We tend to follow recommendations from true locals and are never disappointed. This was no exception. This is NOT a tourist spot. It's about 1.5 miles from the touristy area of Victoria. You order at the counter, find a spot, then sit down and enjoy amazing farm-to-table food. We had the best gnocchi of our lives. If you're a vegetarian or vegan, there are tons of yummy options. But for meat-a-sauruses like me, the few options are delicious as well. Grant (the owner) has a true gem here in Victoria. So, go a smidge outside your comfort zone, get away from the crowds, and you will be soundly rewarded with a delicious meal made and served by friendly people.
google avatar

Valorie M.

Yelp
Didn't know what to expect with the cafeteria order at the counter style, but what you get is incredible gourmet food for a fraction of what you would pay and a high end restaurant. I had pork belly and a squid dish and my husband has the mackerel. So many flavours! A gem!
google avatar

Olu A.

Yelp
I went there on a whim to meet a friend, it was not what I expected but turned out okay. Cafeteria style keeps things happening, can be especially ackward if you didn't plan for it. I suggest trying multiple things as the way it's written in the menu can totally fool you(great combinations). I recommend this for the spontaneous, lunch/brunch loving people of the world! You will definitely enjoy your experience!
google avatar

H W.

Yelp
Yes, it is a friendly hipster place and at first we were wondering if my parents would feel comfortable here. Glad we stayed because event is way friendly and the food is delicious and beautifully presented. We had : The pork belly, the steelhead trout, gnocchi mushroom ragout, and beet salad. All thumbs up.
google avatar

Christopher C.

Yelp
Always great for lunch. Chicken sandwich is amazing. Brocoli sandwich is amazing too. I like that they change up the menu.
google avatar

Lara Z.

Yelp
Hands down my favourite restaurant in Victoria. AWESOME food, friendly staff, great atmosphere. You can tell they put a lot of heart and soul into every dish, because every time I go in they are not only visually stunning but the flavour combinations are damn good.
google avatar

Monica S.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place because the menu was interesting, but, alas, could not. I'm not fussy at all about my food, but the food was flavorless. We split a broccoli and date sandwich, which of the three dishes was the most flavorful. The other two dishes literally had no flavor. The grits desperately needed salt (and I am on a low salt diet, so generally eat no salt) and the summer squash with vinegar tasted as if vinegar had not come within three feet. More like summer squash and water. Additionally, it was very hot inside the restaurant. Moving the fan to the door would have helped.
google avatar

Natalie T.

Yelp
Had the first dinner there when I visited Victoria BC. We ordered the gnocchi, duck egg & rapini, and corned beef heart sandwich. The food were delicious, the restaurant has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, it was a good dining experience overall.
google avatar

Andrew S.

Yelp
Passed this on the bus on our way home and decided to walk back and check it out for dinner. The atmosphere was perfect, casual yet classy. Walk up to order, self-serve water and utensils, and very friendly staff. Their menu of unique dishes offered a great variety. My wife and I settled on the pork belly and a fish plate with dill and cucumbers and both were incredible. The flavor combinations were unique and delicious.
google avatar

Angel L.

Yelp
Every dish is a work of art. So incredibly good and I love the portion size, it's just right. Not too much but you feel satisfied. The falafel is incredible and so is the gnocchi. I will absolutely be back for more. The service is also very good! And the inner decor, oh my. Perfection.
google avatar

Yelp
Finally something promising in Quadra Village where there had been a rotating door of restaurants for some years . . . . A funky, clean industrial interior of simple table settings, some with pillows, with the kitchen and order counter the centre draw. Order at the counter, for take out or delivered to your table. Fresh and creative salads, sandwiches, entrees and desserts that change weekly on the fresh sheet and chalk board. My first visit was a bad start: my beet and grilled cheddar sandwich ($7.00) was low on cheese, with beets slipping out, and burnt black bread on the underside. I would have returned it, if I hadn't taken it out to a nearby park. More cheese and attention grilling, with the beet slices perforated (like White Castle sliders) then the cheese may have oozed through and made for a worthy sandwich. My second visit was four star gourmet, picture-perfect, warm squash and carrot salad ($9.00), with layers of fresh winter greens, carrots and cauliflower, mustard seeds, pickled vegetables, crunchy seeds, and a carrot-citrus dressing. Satisfying, nutritious and one of the best salads in town. Now I'm intrigued and will return . . . .

Quill S.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite restaurants, everything they make is high quality and flavorful, at an affordable price. Whenever I plan a special day for myself to have a picnic in the park with a book, my go-to option is always their charred broccoli sandwich, it's the most hearty appetizing vegetarian sandwich, and I'm not even vegetarian, I just live it so much. Their pork belly is succulent and to die for
google avatar

Tim W.

Yelp
Terrific lunch! I popped in for a quick lunch and was really impressed! The chicken sandwich was a hit! Tried a chocolate chip cookie and it was yummy too! Thank you :)
google avatar

Yelp
My father thinks I come from the east coast to visit him in Victoria. The truth is I come to eat at Part and Parcel, shh don't tell him. The food is always so good, fresh, so beautifully prepared, and the feel of the place is relaxed and prefect. The last visit we had broccoli falafel with charred broccoli (what flavor!), Black lime pork belly with clams and heirloom beans in a delicious rich broth, a delicate fennel and endive salad with breadcrumbs - prefect textures! - and the must-have Moroccan fires with harissa mayo. What a lunch. Can't wait to see dad again!
google avatar

Ian T.

Yelp
I'm visiting Victoria for the first time and this place is an immediate "must visit". Menu is very creative and interesting, dare I say it's "fun". Had the fried chicken sandwich (hold mayo) and it was excellent, just enough as a standalone meal for 1, would be over the top with an additional side. I'd recommend 1 main course per person and maybe split a side. Drink selection was solid, certainly no complaints.
google avatar

Val E.

Yelp
Probably my favourite casual restaurants in Victoria right now. Their chicken sandwich is amazing and excellent for either staying in or take away. I love the fact that they change their menu regularly. I also like the gnocchi. Highly recommend
google avatar

Rachel S.

Yelp
Part and Parcel is a gem hidden in plain sight in our fair city. You will not be disappointed with your food here, b/c everything is OUTSTANDING. I'm not kidding you! The gnocchi and chicken sandwich are like old faithful, but everything we have ever had is delicious. Delightful staff and space. We have all the heart eyes for P & P.

Johan F.

Yelp
Easily the best restaurant in town. Casual, incredibly thoughtful food prepared with a lot of care. These people love food and it shows. It's an oasis.

Yelp
One of the meals we had in Victoria, especially for the price! Really cool atmosphere, pleasant staff and great flavour combinations. Particularly impressed by the pork belly we ordered. The pressed pigs head and the beef shin were great as well - very creative dishes.
