Partenope Relais

Naples was hot, in the upper eighties with humidity to match. ||When entering the room, it was cool, clean , comfortable beds and large well appointed bath.||When returning from dinner, the air was off, I called the front desk, and they said they'd fix it. I thought I felt a little cool air. I went to bed and woke in the middle of the night and thought I was in a sauna. The air conditioning control settings had changed to a different, warmer setting but was not blowing any air. The front desk said, " Sorry, there's nothing I can do." So one star review because it was torture. ||The location was nice, so I'd suggest picking any other nearby hotel.

I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel during my visit to Napoli. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to everything I needed. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail in both the rooms and common areas. I especially appreciated the beautiful view, which made my mornings even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which really made a difference. The atmosphere and overall decor give the place a warm and refined feel. Honestly, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return.

Anna Chara and Ariana welcomed us with kindness and felt like hone away from home! But better! I got room 126 which was side sea view. It was large with facilities needed (even Beach slippers). I didn't get the choice with breakfast but I can definitely say Partenope Relais is ar a perfect location to walk have a stroll at the promenade and enjoy your pasta expresso and get the feel of this new, clean Napoli!

The Partenope Hotel offers a pleasant experience overall, but I found the price of the room I stayed in to be somewhat high considering its condition. However, the view from the hotel is absolutely stunning, earning a perfect score of 100%.

I would like to start off by saying I NEVER COMPLAIN, so for me to complain it says a lot. This is my first time leaving a 1 star. I know mistakes happen, but this hotel made a bunch of mistakes, never even apologized for them, and didn’t offer anything to make it up to me and my mom in anyway, and I was just so shocked honestly!! I paid for a junior suite that had a jacuzzi in it with a sea view at this hotel. When we checked in the air conditioning did not work so they changed us to the hotel next door, which was a much smaller room, and our new view was construction. They then told us we couldn’t stay in this room since it wasn’t the room we paid for and we would have to go change rooms the next day. (Mind u we are only here for 2 nights) so we never got to unpack or get comfortable. The next day they then made us change rooms again, this new room is yet again, not a suite, with no jacuzzi. So it’s not the room we paid for anyways!!! So why even bother changing ? A hassle for nothing. They had a gentlemen working the front desk, and their maintenance guy who moved our stuff. Those two gentlemen were INCREDIBLY KIND, but beyond that no one else knew what was going on. So basically, I didn’t get what I paid for AT ALL, and no one has offered a partial refund or even an apology at the very least!! Horrible hospitality.

THIEFS! First of all, this hotel is definitely not worthy of 4 stars - the rooms are completely basic and dirty. The staff pretends to play nice, but it is obvious that they don't like their job and are lazy to do it. New shoes gone - emails, whatsapp, calls, instagram, facebook - no reply anywhere, ignored all the days. I read the reviews on all platforms - lots of comments about theft. NOT RECOMMENDED. THIEFS!!!

Overall, great safe location. Nice onsite staff but reservations are a mess. ||Nowhere on the site is there a clear photograph of the family room. It is small. It might be okay for small kids but it is tight for a family with teens. 4 people max. The bathrooms are small too. No view for ours but the sea view was nice. Also, there are 2 wings to the hotel. Breakfast was nice.

If I could give negative stars I would... From the moment we got here, it’s been one problem after another. We requested early check-in and made multiple efforts ahead of time to confirm the room would be ready. It wasn’t. And when we arrived needing a bathroom, we were told to go across the street to some disgusting, tiny restroom. Absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one pretending to be “exclusive.” The room was dirty, uncomfortable, and a total disappointment. The bed was awful, the space was tiny, and the noise levels were ridiculous. I could clearly hear people talking and their TV in the next room, not because they were being loud, but because the walls are basically paper. The fridge? Completely useless. We put leftovers in and they got warmer. That’s just nasty and unsafe. I booked a room with a view, and at check-in I was told none were available. Only after I pushed back did they magically “find” one, but surprise, they wanted another $20 for it. Seriously? For 4 people they only gave out 1 room key. And even that view was a letdown: a far-off glimpse of Capri over a bunch of broken down umbrellas. Nothing close to the beautiful experience they advertise. Let’s talk about safety. The interior doorknob fell off in my hand. When I complained, staff just casually slipped it back on like it wasn’t a big deal. That’s a major safety hazard. And the bathroom lock didn’t even work, not that it affected us personally, but it absolutely should be functional. Just another example of how little care or effort is put into maintaining this place. Their website claims an “exclusive experience of well-being and relaxation.” That’s laughable. There’s nothing exclusive here. The in-room coffee machine was filthy, and they didn’t even bother to supply any tea or coffee. Every issue we brought up was met with a blank stare and a half assed “okay.” I’ll absolutely be requesting a refund once this stay is over. This place is a scam in my opinion. Most definitely not worth the price either..
