Rooms at the Partenope Relais are decorated with enormous posters of famous films. Each comes with air conditioning, a minibar and a hairdryer in the private bathroom. A sweet and savoury buffet breakfast is provided daily, served in the dining hall or at no extra charge in guests’ rooms. Castel dell’Ovo is 700 metres from Relais Partenope, while Piazza del Plebiscito is a 15-minute walk away. Parking is available right next to the property." - My Boutique Hotel (en)

I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel during my visit to Napoli. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to everything I needed. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail in both the rooms and common areas. I especially appreciated the beautiful view, which made my mornings even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which really made a difference. The atmosphere and overall decor give the place a warm and refined feel. Honestly, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return.

Naples was hot, in the upper eighties with humidity to match. ||When entering the room, it was cool, clean , comfortable beds and large well appointed bath.||When returning from dinner, the air was off, I called the front desk, and they said they'd fix it. I thought I felt a little cool air. I went to bed and woke in the middle of the night and thought I was in a sauna. The air conditioning control settings had changed to a different, warmer setting but was not blowing any air. The front desk said, " Sorry, there's nothing I can do." So one star review because it was torture. ||The location was nice, so I'd suggest picking any other nearby hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE . Avoid at all costs if your time is precious. I had a DREADFUL experience with this hotel. Getting to the hotel in the traffic took hours, I couldn't get near the hotel entrance and was locked in a traffic grid around the hotel. When i did get to their side lane there was no room in their parking nor any one to help with bags outside (vital as I had an injured foot and was alone). When I called the reception for help they put the phone down on my 2 mins into conversation. I eventually had to stay elsewhere. When requesting a refund for my 1 night, my email were left unanswered for days. The Head of Sales Vivian who I eventually spoke to lacked ZERO empathy or understanding towards my predicament. She also really talked down to me and told me I should have chosen another hotel if I'd had surgery and couldn't carry my bags as if i was really dumb.

Anna Chara and Ariana welcomed us with kindness and felt like hone away from home! But better! I got room 126 which was side sea view. It was large with facilities needed (even Beach slippers). I didn't get the choice with breakfast but I can definitely say Partenope Relais is ar a perfect location to walk have a stroll at the promenade and enjoy your pasta expresso and get the feel of this new, clean Napoli!

Firstly the photo of the front of the hotel is VERY deceiving. There are only 22 rooms in this ‘hotel’. It only occupies 1 floor of the building ie the 1st floor.|It feels like you are checking into a car park as the entrance is around the side of the building.|I was sold a room that looked out onto an inner fore court and a construction sight, cigarette smell throughout the room and the floor was really dirty.|THIS IS NOT A HOTEL JUST A COUPLE OF ROOMS IN A BUILDING.|also, the staff were extremely rude. They do not care at all and we actually nearly laugh in your face and ignore you if you have an issue. I was told that Vivian was the general manager when she is actually the marketing manager, but I think there is actually no manager.! The staff refuse to give you their names. It is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.. breakfast is an absolute no go it’s in a separate building across the road a few croissants, tea and coffee. |AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

We had a "spa" room which means there is a big jacuzzi in the bedroom. The A/C only worked sometimes. The amenities include airport transportation, which means they call a taxi for you. My bedspread was dirty, it was good that I didn't need it because it was hot in the room. Breakfast at their place next door was unappealing.

The Partenope Hotel offers a pleasant experience overall, but I found the price of the room I stayed in to be somewhat high considering its condition. However, the view from the hotel is absolutely stunning, earning a perfect score of 100%.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Bit by something all night, turns out it was bed bugs. Shower didn’t work. A/C didn’t work. Something was beeping in the hall all night. Management hasn’t bothered to reach out to apologize. It’s been 4 days since I checked out. Save yourself and go somewhere else.
