The food here was excellent—we visited Georgia for over 10 days and ended up coming back to this restaurant twice. The BBQ chicken was especially delicious, and the Ostri was also outstanding—perfect for dipping with bread. Prices were very reasonable, making it one of our favorite dining spots during the trip. The staff were attentive and friendly. However, some dishes take quite a while to prepare, so if your food seems delayed, it’s a good idea to politely follow up. The only downside was the strong smell of cigarette smoke from outside, which often drifted into the restaurant and affected the dining atmosphere a bit.

Entrance & First Impression There was a small misunderstanding at the entrance, but the staff quickly resolved the issue with seating and queue order. Very professional and efficient response. 2. Hospitality & Service The team showed excellent hospitality and professionalism. Staff were attentive and respectful throughout the visit. Special thanks to Dato for making the experience smooth and pleasant. 3. Food & Drinks My order was small but memorable: - One shot of Rkatsiteli chacha – strong and excellent quality - A bottle of Borjomi – classic mineral water, as expected - A small Megrelian khachapuri - outstanding! Crispy dough, lots of cheese, juicy and flavorful 4. Prices Total bill was 22.3 GEL. Very fair for the quality and portion size. 5. Menu Variety They offer all the Georgian classics: khinkali, lobio, pkhali, shashlik, and more. Some dishes may be oily or spicy, so ask the staff for recommendations based on your taste. 6. Location & Hours Centrally located, easy to reach. Open daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 AM. Accepts cash and major cards. 7. Conclusions: Despite a small hiccup at the start, the experience was smooth and enjoyable. Great food, strong drinks, and warm service. Highly recommended for anyone wanting authentic Georgian flavors in a relaxed setting.

It's my second time going back to Pasa auri, and today (review date) experience was pretty good. #1 Interior is amazing - it uses old style wood material and best thing about interior is there is a decoration table on celling with different foods including Georgian Foods (Not real foods, but it still looks so good) and to be honest I'm loving Interior of this place. #2. Food and service - We ordered Khinkalis and they tasted pretty good and looked appeatiazing only downside is that wait time was 30 minutes which I understand, because Khinkalis are not easy to make but I think we waited bit more than 30 minutes, so that's not very good. But staffs were nice. Price reasonable. #4. Verdict - I recommend this place to people who are patient enough. But it's still awesome way to enjoy Georgian food.

Good atmosphere. Got a lot of food however I found the khinkali quite salty, still Worth a try though! The beef stew was really really really tough. The servers are grumpy and have an attitude, they look like you’ve annoyed them, for just breathing.

Tasty food, reasonable price and great location. I tried the iconic khachapuri and khinkali for take away first and second day because it seemed that the restaurant was always fully booked. Reservation is recommended. The staff was busy as well so, I had to be quick and clear with my choice. Waiting time for order was 20-30 minutes.

We came to this place based on friends’ recommendations — and it did not disappoint. The meat khinkali were very tasty (possibly due to the spices, as they were slightly peppery) and juicy. The staff is friendly and speaks all the necessary languages. They’re happy to help with recommendations if needed. The place is always full seated, so it’s best to either make a reservation or be prepared to wait in line for about 20–30 minutes.

If you want to try Georgian cuisine done well but without posh atmosphere, this is the place. A perfect mix of "locals dine here but tourists are still welcome", very close to major sights but slightly off the beaten path, rather busy but no wait. Good home-made wine and fine brandy also in abundance. I heartily recommend them.
