My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had a lovely time! Our room was recently renovated and was beautiful. Spacious, clean, and comfortable! And the view of the ocean from our room was gorgeous. The owners, Oli and Tini, are a delight and truly want all of their guests to have a great experience. We will absolutely be back, we can't wait to stay again! 😊

I loved the history this property has, the woodwork furniture in the room was so unique and beautiful. I liked that the beach was at the quieter end of the boardwalk with very light calm waves. I enjoyed the view of the harbor and the staff here are all so welcoming and friendly. Even escorted me out to their beach area. Great value property in St Maarten. Near lots of shops and dining options.

Beautiful location right on the beach in Philipsburg, St. Maarten - walking distance from the marina & a lot of ocean tours/fishing experiences. Excellent service. We will definitely be back. Photo shown was our view each morning. Stunning!

Must have been one of the most intimate places I've visited, especially for the fact that it was prior booked by my employer. I enjoyed from the beginning to the end. The staff are really friendly and look out for you especially when they know you're new to the region. The rooms are very clean, spacious and many have a beautiful view of the ocean. The food was so delicious and in good portion. The next morning I mistakenly got late for breakfast but the lady at the reception was so kind to personally get me something to eat. I'd definitely love to go back.

The hotel is very deceiving with its online pictures. There is trash and random furniture throughout the property. There is no bar, food, coffee, ice, or even water to drink. They currently advertise online that they have all these things with outdated pictures. The place is dirty and unsecured. You will not be safe there. The hotel has no security. Throughout the night, random strange people walked and screamed throughout the hallways. We had to place furniture in front of the door for safety. The kitchen looks like a Child's college dorm room. The bed sheets were not clean. The soaking tub faucets did not work and were hanging by a thread. The shower took forever to get warm. The locals and cab drivers were in awe that it was still receiving guests.

The hotel is a bit dated and rough round the edges but adequate. There is a kitchen but zero utensils, plates, glasses etc. We asked for some plates and ended up buying our own kettle and cutlery. The area purely caters for cruise ship day-trippers so everything is open in the day but literally the lot shuts down by 7pm. A couple of restaurant and bar options only, and no shops if you need to nip out and grab water or something. The area is ridiculously expensive for the same reason. I would only recommend staying here is an overnight if you are getting a ferry elsewhere as its close to the ferry terminals. Staff were all very friendly and very helpful.

To Marti R, who posted a negative review about the day pass at Pasanggrahan....My friend and I purchased day passes and couldn't have been more delighted. The beach was beautiful! When we checked in, we were welcomed and then led to our reserved loungers and umbrella by Alberto, who took care of this during the day. He brought us drinks, and checked in frequently to see if we needed anything. I would definitely do this again!
