Great place to go and try some new things for dinner. Arrived at about 7pm, stayed for an hour or so. Two of us ate til we were full and spent less than 100k. Klepon, bakso, crepes, sate..
one of the cleanest food markets I’ve been to; I felt very welcome there. Some tourists, but plenty of locals. Everyone is friendly.
Food only, but near to plenty of shops if you’re after something else.

I’m looking for this new style of Pasar Senggol. It wasn’t great experience, I bought to one of Bigul’s stall and yes we are in Bali they were more friendly to foreigner rather than the local, not the best bigul I ever tried.
This night market lacks of trash bin, people leave their plastic on the table so you have to clean those up by yourself EWWW
Some local will cut your line without feeling regret. Do not buy the traditional snack with coconut when you coming around 7pm or above.
Update: I bought fish satay and it was absolutely not a fresh fish and I got diarrhea.

Pasar Senggol Gianyar is an absolute gem! This vibrant night market is a must-visit for anyone in Bali. The atmosphere is lively, with colorful stalls offering a fantastic variety of local street food, from mouthwatering satay to authentic Balinese desserts. The aromas alone will draw you in! I loved the affordable prices and the chance to try traditional dishes like babi guling and lawar. The market also has unique souvenirs and handmade crafts, perfect for picking up gifts. The live music and friendly locals added such a warm, festive vibe. It’s a true taste of Balinese culture, and I can’t wait to return!

Our driver suggested to try this night market. I am glad we did. I bought snacks I haven't seen in awhile: ondé ondé ans klepon. We decided to grab a meal. I had pork belly with rice and the fixings. I like spicy but after a bite or two, I had to push the plate away. It was way too spicy for me.
The night market's location was well lit, safe and clean. There was also enough seating areas. I would defintely re-visit this night market.

Be careful, not sure if the Grab app address of this “Gianyar night market” is not updated so double check. My driver sent my family and I to this place and said the market is under upgrading, and did not know where the right market is. Apparently it’s been moved to behind the Circle K while Reno is taking place, so just make sure address is correct when booking transport there, cos some locals (like my driver) did not know where it moved to

Brought here personally by my tour guide who needed to help us order food.
Had dinner here
Wide range of food available. From nasi to satay to desserts.
Local price. Very cheap and tasty. Per pax up to 15k for great portion. Possible to do some shopping at very low price.
