Picked a bunch of things for supper tonight because of the variety they offer, but the main reason we came was to taste their fries, and they did not disappoint! They are hands down the best fries you can find in Montreal! Why you make ask? They remind me of Belgian-style fries, and the difference is all in the technique. The Belgian potatoes are fried twice: first at a lower temperature to cook them through, then again at a higher temperature right before serving to create that perfect golden crunch. Not sure if these were fried twice but what I'm sure of is these are for sure fried in beef fat, which gives them a deeper, richer flavour than regular fries.

My favorite butcher in town along with the best service. They will give you exactly what you ask for! They have amazing juicy Quebec wagyu beef burger patties, amazing and tasty berkshire pork and much more! I wish they were closer to my home. It can be on the pricey end but the quality comes with it. I was searching for berkshire pork in Montreal and this is really one of the rare place that has it.

Super cool quality selection of stuff ranging from beers, meats, cheeses, sausages, duck eggs, jams, pâtes, balsamique vineagars, flour. All items are quality and locally sourced. I had gotten some cheese and chocolate milk and will definetly be back next time to try some of their meats! Super friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.

Pricey but worth it. It's always a treat to get a steak from them. If that's what the best quality meat should cost I'm happy to pay for it. You can also ask them for less expensive cuts, they have more budget friendly options if you ask the butcher.

I always come here for the sandwiches because they are some of the best flavours I’ve ever tasted. So much care goes into this place, and you can really feel it when you walk in as you’re immediately greeted at the counter. The service at Pascal is as amazing as the incredible quality of meats.

Went in to buy a tote bag because I saw it in the window and thought it was cute. Will be returning to buy all my meat and fine groceries simply because of how cheerful all the employees seemed and because of how pleasant my interaction was with two of the gentlemen working there. It was busy, too. Also, the area where they cut the meat and make the prepared foods was right out in the open, completely pristine and organized. Everyone looked clean and happy - a likely testament to their meats and suppliers.

Very friendly staff. They're all knowledgeable and very helpful for every product-related questions you may have. So happy they opened in our neighbourhood! You can taste the high quality and the freshness of their meat! They also offer local artisanal ingredients (spices, honey, etc). We love the fact that they are very active in making the community too. They know how to give back to the neighbourhood. Great job guys!

Sandwich au boulette sooooooooo goood!!!! Second visit. Meatloaf sandwich awesome if you don't mind watching the butcher tear up a hog. Soup was nice as well.
