Google
We went for an olive oil tasting and this was by far one of my favorite things in Paso. You should definitely go to the actual location out by the vineyards, because you go to a cute little house and it’s an experience. You get to see the trees and it’s just an experience. I didn’t think there would be a big difference but there was a huge difference in taste. Olive oil from stores will not taste good after you taste these. Renee helped us and she was just so great. She gave us tips, pointers, and we swapped ideas on how to cook with these oils. I cannot recommend doing this enough. If you go, ask for Renee.

This was such a memorable and special activity. Not every day do you get to taste test a variety of fresh olive oil, vinegars and herb blends. We were the only ones outside during this weekday visit, making the surroundings even more appealing wtih the magpies and hawks passing by or looking over the orchard and blue skies. The tasting was even better than I had expected it and the person who served us knew her information well and made the experience wonderful. From their Cucina olive oil to their lime olive oil with sourdough and spring blend of herbs, I left well satisfied.

Google
This was such a fun and unique experience! It’s not everyday that one can have a tasting of superior olive oil. Lizzie was AMAZING! Adorable, engaging, knowledge, professional and just a pure delight. Thanks for making a first time experience for me so much fun! Cheers Lizzie! We said when we were driving away, we are inviting you to Thanksgiving! 😊

Google
This is a fantastic place to visit while in Paso Robles!! We do hope to come back soon! We had the most wonderful time taste-testing with Traci! She was so amazing in teaching us all we needed to know about olives and the olive oil processing! The olive oil was delicious! We also loved the truffle salt; don’t leave without getting both!! We decided to become a member. The quality of the oil is worth it and supporting a hard working business with honest products is a selling point!

Google
It's the best olive oil I've tried and I order it regularly now through the mail. It's so fresh! Everything else from Europe is stale, sadly. A solid fresh product. Highly recommended.

Google
We had an amazing time here and were beyond fortunate to have Eleanor host us for the tasting session. She was so knowledgeable and also very personable and friendly and made us feel right at home. If not for baggage constraints, we would have gotten a bottle of all varieties home with us. Thank you Eleanor for the amazing experience!

Google
This place is a seemingly-not-yet-discovered gem! A stop here during your wine tour is well worth your time, and best of all you will be treated to a comprehensive and free olive oil and spices/salts tasting, complete with your own mini packet of freshly baked bread for your dipping enjoyment. The first step to try several flavors of their olive oil, beginning with the purest form and then moving on to flavored oils. But it gets even better, as the next round of tasting is the olive oils with paired with a spice or salt. The olive oils here are of very high caliber and I had a hard time choosing my favorite, but it is between the lemon and the rosemary. The unique seasonings and flavored salts were interesting and tasty. I don't even cook and yet I purchased some of the yummy Herbs de Provence (okay, they got me!).

Google
You'll learn alot about olive oil extraction process and trade here. You'll find there are many bad imported oils that are unregulated exposed to mixing, dilution, and contamination all for profits. You'll also taste different oils from different infusions and species. A must when in town

Yelp
Relaxing grounds with shade. The olive oil tasting included six of their standard blends and balsamic vinegar with local bread. After that, we were also able to choose a profile that included three bases and condiments that enhanced the flavors. There is a store inside that sells the oils and related things. Staff friendly in introducing the oils and history of the ranch.

Yelp
Our family reunion group of eight ranging in ages from 5 to 75 enjoyed a relaxing tasting session at Pasolivo Ranch earlier this week. It was Tuesday, and we were glad to learn that they were open. Many businesses in the Paso Robles region are only open Thursdays through Sundays. While it wasn't crowded at all when we were there, other guests came through while we were there. The pastoral country setting is a wonderful complement to sitting outside under the shelter of one of their open-sided but roofed patio areas. Lizzie took great care of us - providing the story and attributes of their various olive oils and balsamic vinegar offerings. Served with fresh bread to dip, it was a great little taste treat experience without being too heavy. There are three different flights to choose from when it comes to the back half of the tasting menu, getting into the vinegars and seasonings like truffle salt. We experienced the healthful tickle of resveratrol in some of their heartier oils, and many yummy flavor enhancements overall. Our Sweet Granddaughter did try some of the olive oil, but it's not her speed (yet), so she was happy to have some gourmet chocolate gelato from their freezer case. There is a tasting fee, but it can be waived by joining their club which offers three shipments annually. Our sister-in-law decided to sign up, so the whole group was comped on the tasting. Dear Hubby and I bought one olive oil and one balsamic and we're ready to up our healthy snacking options. Overall, it was a relaxing experience in pleasant surroundings with Lizzie doing a great job of educating us all. Bravo!

Yelp
I love spending time on the central coast of California. It's beautiful and there are so many wineries and vineyards to visit. I had the opportunity to visit an Olive Vineyard recently. I will admit that when I hear vineyard I just think of grapes and wines. This was my first olive one and it was really interesting. I visited Pasolivo in Paso Robles, CA. As we pulled up there was a tractor pulling a load of olives they had just picked. All their olives are hand picked. We then got a tour of how the olives were pressed to make olive oil. My favorite part of the trip was the Tasting Room! They had flavored olive oils in all sorts of flavors and various seasonings. You could grab a bag of bread and dip them in the various oils and spices. My favorite combination was surprising. I loved the Tangerine Olive oil mixed with the Barbecue blend. They're too flavors I would never think to combine, but they complimented each other so well. They also had a large selection of bath & body items, tapenades & jams, and more. I also ended up bring home some body butter and the most amazing Honey Bacon Mustard that I love dunking my pretzels in. They have so many unique items. If you're in the area it's totally worth a visit!

Yelp
It was my first time olive tasting in the Paso Robles area. Tatum our server brought out extra virgin olive oils that were flavored - along with bread. I loved sitting out in the patio with friends and enjoying the luxurious oils. I also enjoyed shopping at the store next door. And oh, the olive oil brownie was to did for!

Yelp
We had a great olive oil tasting on a Sunday afternoon. No reservation required. The staff is very knowledgeable. The truffle salt is amazing and made with no oils or additives! They have indoor and outdoor seating.
google avatar

Kim M.

Yelp
Rhonda was our host & she is wonderful. If you get her you are lucky. We learned lots about Olive oil , during our tasting. For $15 we sat on the heated patio with the amazing views . We were served 2 rounds if specialty olive oils , vinegars & salts . We got brief information on each of the samples & they served it with local baked brioche bread . I am sober so it was a great experience for me . We will be back but until then we left with some of their products & some good usage advice from Rhonda . I definitely recommend visiting. A bonus is the incredible drive up to the ranch
google avatar

Patty M.

Yelp
Heidi, our hostess was very perky, informative, and fun! Lots of tastings of olive oils, vinegars, and spices. Tasting fee is waved with purchase. It's a cute little shop with tons of gift choices.
google avatar

Mark N.

Yelp
Pasolivo has a downtown store front but we recommend a visit to their beautiful ranch. Reservations are recommended for a tasting. They have a great mix straight extra virgin olive oils and flavored olive oils. Recommend the Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil with strong grassy and black pepper notes. Also check out the basil olive oil and the garlic olive oil for the flavored varieties.
google avatar

Ratna J.

Yelp
We walked into Pasolivo Ranch and they were able to accommodate an olive oil tasting for 4. The service was amazing. There were a few places to sit inside. They have lots of tables outside but since it was raining the only available seating they had was inside the store. We bought 4 olive oils and 2 vinegars from them.
google avatar

Jennifer K.

Yelp
This was my first time olive oil tasting, so I didn't know what to expect. It was such a nice way to break up the wine tasting day - with some oil and bread in our stomachs! We had a large group and made a reservation in advance. The service was top notch for this unique experience. Beautiful property, friendly staff, and cute shop. Would highly recommend!

Jamey J.

Yelp
Get a subscription! It's the best. All of our dinner guests are intrigued by our olive oil variety.

Yelp
This is a neat place to visit in between all the wineries. I particularly liked it since I don't drink wine and this gave me an opportunity to utilize my taste buds. So many delicious olive oils and vinegars to sample alongwith some nice dried herb blends. Products are pretty pricey but they need to make a buck. Lovely young lady who did a wonderful job walking us thru the 8-9 different olive oils. Joined the club which got us free tastings for 6 of us and also 10% off the groups purchases ($450 later). Like I said a nice change from tasting wines and off the beaten path.

Heidi M.

Yelp
Great place to taste olive oil in between your wine tasting. Bring a lunch and eat at the tables. Great price and a lot of fun.
google avatar

Mary K.

Yelp
The women there that were hosting our tasting were so friendly and helpful. Wish I remembered her name because she was great. Of course, the olive oils were just delicious too. They were very warm and welcoming and helped us with our choices. It was a beautiful day there on the ranch and a perfect Paso experience. Their gift boxes were perfect for gifting too! Were offered, but didn't try any of the flavored oils or vinegars.

Yelp
Every time I've gone to Paso, I've always gone to the store in Downtown. But when I found out they had another location, I knew I had to visit it on my next visit up here. Not that the store is bad or anything, but the Ranch provides so much more than just in and out. The Ranch is a whole different experience. There are tables outside that you can use for picnics or tastings. In fact, they encourage to bring your own food and just use their tables for your picnics. The drive here is lovely and you get away from the traffic of hustle and bustle of Downtown. The tasting room has bar stools for you to sit and enjoy your tastings. There is only one restroom that's co-ed. Parking is on a dirt patch, but there was plenty of space. I also noticed that there was about 4 EV charging spots. There is no cellular out here, but they do have a guest WiFi available and the password is written on a small chalk board by the cash register. Since we are members, I will probably make this my pick up location moving forward.

Yelp
Visited the ranch last month after looking for unique experiences close to Pismo Beach. 45 minutes into the boonies of Paso Robles is a gated ranch that automatically opens into a dirt lot and small store. The olive oil tasting was so much fun, our host was so informative and it was so interesting to learn about the process, different combinations etc. They provide bread and around 8 oils, 2 vinegars and 2 rubs. Our experience was customized and everything tasted incredible. Had to buy a lot on the way out, which made the tasting free! Really cool surprise (whereas, in the store in downtown Paso Robles, this is not offered). I love that the oils come in 3 different sizes; took home small lemon (so good, made with meyer lemon zest) and medium tangerine. Also loved the cilantro lime and their aged balsamic. Such a great experience, definitely want to return and try different oils next time, and pick up some refills! Thank you.
google avatar

Jose S.

Yelp
Wonderful store with fantastic selections. They have such a variety that we had to sign up for club membership.
google avatar

Colleen Y.

Yelp
Pasolivo is an absolute gem! The ranch itself is adorable and exceeded all my expectations. For just $15, we got to enjoy bread paired with an impressive selection of high-quality olive oils, balsamics, herbs, and vinegars (with bottled waters)... A lot flavor were unique and delicious--it was hard to pick a favorite! We ended up purchasing a bottle of their Tuscan olive oil, which is rich and full of pepper flavor. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. I can't wait to visit again! Highly recommend for olive oil enthusiast.

Yelp
Did a Tuesday afternoon tasting in between wineries. What a cute place! Tasted several olive oils, vinegars & spice blends. Everyone purchased some of all to take home. Our host was so sweet & we had the best time. Enjoyed a picnic lunch that we brought on the grounds afterward. Great idea!

Jennifer K.

Yelp
First off I love a good olive oil tasting but what really set this place apart from places we've been is the mustard, balsamic vinegar and hot sauce tastings. There are over 50 choices between the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, hot sauces and seasoned salts to pick from. The staff was so sweet in allowing us to try everything that we were interested in purchasing. She even provided extra bread complimentary for us to try everything that we got to taste. I loved number 0 and 4 for the plain olive oil and the red jalapeño and garlic for the flavored oil though the cilantro lime was a close third. The blackberry vinegar was a hit but we did not purchase it to make room for the two spicy mustard and hot sauce. They also have the bread they use for the tasting available for purchase by the register and premade charcuterie plates that you can take and go picnic with. Everything was so beautifully packaged and delicious. I love that what we tasted was grown and processed at the location. We know that what we purchased is 100% pure olive oil and not some mix or blend like at a grocery store. The taste is so creamy and delicious. Worth every penny to support local artisans who make quality real food. Can't wait to go again

Yelp
Super disappointed that I have to give a poor review. Pasolivo's products are delicious! We had incorporated them into pretty much all of our home culinary dishes. We referred so many friends to become members, bought Pasolivo as gifts, and purchased a couple hundred dollars worth of items every 1-2 months. HOWEVER, the customer service and shipment quality control are abysmal, and thus we and several others have canceled our membership. There is a major issue with shipments and poor response from Pasolivo; sometimes no response at all. Shipments get lost for months at a time, incorrect items shipped, missing items from shipment, open items shipped AND they waste so much shipping material in the process of screwing every shipment up. Our last order was delivered with an opened leaking bottle. I called half a dozen times and was referred directly to people; none picked up nor responded to my VM. Never received a response via email either. We are still waiting for a response both via VM and email from Pasolivo. We were forced to dispute the charge with our credit card company, who refunded the charge due to the shipment being sent open and Pasolivo never responding. It took 3 different shipments over the course of a month for all of our ordered items to be delivered in our last member shipment. What a waste of shipment material and quite frustrating to have to wait so long for the items initially ordered. It took them a month, after we canceled our membership, to confirm the cancellation. Yet still waiting on responses regarding our poor quality items delivered that we contacted them about several times. Taking our business elsewhere where we are appreciated and don't have issues with deliveries.

Yelp
My sister has been telling me about Pasolivo Ranch for several years now and I was finally able to visit! Our visit there was nothing less than amazing. Although the drive out to Pasolivo from Paso Robles is not short, it absolutely beautiful! Once we arrived, I was struck by the ambiance. We sat outside and I can't adequately explain how peaceful and relaxing it is to sit in the shade of the trees and have conversation while waiting to try the delicious oils and vinegars. I need to eat gluten free and they had delicious crackers for me instead of bread. (Helpful tip: dip in the vinegar first and then the olive oils otherwise the olive oil repels the vinegar.) The service was amazing and they will literally let you try anything. The pairing suggestions were spot on and I don't think there was anything I tried that I did not care for. Once you are done, the shop is adorable (as is the restroom) and I challenge you to go away empty handed. The truth is that I wanted to buy everything I tasted but I restrained myself. You will not be disappointed.

Yelp
I brought my mom and my aunt here and they LOVED IT!!! I have been a member for years and love to buy the oils as gifts for EVERYONE because they are always a huge hit! I recently called in and made an order over the phone for gifts and Olivia made sure to package everything I needed and have it shipped out right away! I gave the mini sets out as presents and have been getting so many Thank You's and now have so many more people addicted to these incredible oils. They change every single dish and elevate it beyond your wildest imagination. My favorite in order... Lemon, Lime, basil, rosemary, cilantro-lime... and any and all of the balsamic- WOW oh WOW! Thank you so much Olivia for helping me get these incredible gifts out in time!

Yelp
If you're looking to add a pop of flavor and excitement to your trip to Paso Robles, do not miss the Pasolivo Ranch. Tucked away in the hills, neighboring rows of grape vines, the ranch is absolutely stunning. The land itself is gorgeous and the outdoor seating, as well as the indoor shop, are positively beautiful. The word picturesque barely does it justice. Now for the olive oil tasting... did I mention it's complimentary? You get a series of cups of oil, everything from basil infused oil to spicy to a California blend, all of which are served with bread and spices. The attendant explains the process that created each unique flavor and what makes it special. I shamelessly devoured three bags of bread as I dipped, or rather scooped, oil into my mouth. It's just so good, Pasolivo really can't be compared to any commercial oil you've tried before. If you're out for a day of wine tasting or you'd just like to make this your destination of choice, it's absolutely worth the visit!

Yelp
I received a prompt response and replacement once I posted on Yelp. Thanks Marisa. I will consider ordering again in the future.
google avatar

Sanjna S.

Yelp
I had incredible experience here! If you're in the Paso Robles area you have to make a visit! Thanks to fellow Yelpers for helping me find this gem! The olive oil tasting is entirely complimentary and they have wonderful staff that explain the oil olive making processes while you sample a variety of their signature olive oils w/ fresh bread. The entire experience was a real treat. Naturally after tasting nearly 12 varieties we bought the lemon zest olive oil and lavender olive oil infused lotion. I would recommend you buy something from their gift shop for the gracious hospitality they show. The store front is small but wasn't too crowded. There is plentiful parking and a nice picnic w/ decent tree cover to enjoy there grounds and look at the olive trees. There is also a vintage red land rover out front!
google avatar

Tina S.

Yelp
I loved checking out this beautiful vineyard. My husband and I were staying in Paso Robles, which is being touted as the next Napa Valley! Sadly, I am not much of a drinker so I looked for other things to do. There's olive oil tasting here! Our host was personable and informative. We got to try eight different kinds of olive oils made at the vineyard along with different combinations of salts and herbs to complement them. Don't worry- plenty of bread is provided. The inside also offers other wonderful things for sale. We loved our experience so much, we signed up for their olive oil club membership! We used it to give as gifts for Christmas and other events. They are high quality and the items are beautifully packaged. I highly recommend their basil infused olive oil and their truffle salt. I always order a bunch of these from them. My Mac and cheese game was elevated with a bit of truffle salt added.

Yelp
I've been to plenty of wine tasting experiences before but never tried an Olive Oil tasting experience so am really glad that my partner and I tried this place after reading about it on Trip Advisor... Location & Seating The ranch is located at a beautiful location with plenty of outdoor seating for smaller and larger groups...All the tables for tasting are placed at a considerable distance from each other thereby negating possible covid-19 transmission concerns .. Staff We loved our interactions with the folks working here ..They were kind, professional and addressed our billion questions given our evident lack of knowledge about olive oil.. Everyone was masked and gloved through the experience.. Our server was absolutely brilliant with regards to her olive oil expertise and recommendations Tasting experience We received multiple samples of different "Olive Oils" in 3 different servings for tasting along with bread (a packet of 3 pieces of bread.. each person at the table received one packed and the staff was fairly generous on the number of packets we received).. All the samples we tried were absolutely delicious and we ended up purchasing two 500 ml bottles (We honestly wouldn't have been able to decide if not for our fantastic server :-) ) Overall, I'd highly recommend anyone in Paso Robles area to give this experience a shot , more so if you have never tried Olive Oil Tasting before
google avatar

Nidhi P.

Yelp
This was an amazing experience. It was even better because we went around closing time and no one was there which made us all feel comfortable. The tasting itself was outside so it made us feel even safer. The oils were all unique and with great flavor. Glad we got to experience this.
google avatar

Lois F.

Yelp
I had a problem getting anyone to respond to me for a few weeks and was quite frustrated. Turns out the owner was on maternity leave and her staff wasn't up to the task. As soon as she got back she quickly made good on my order. Thanks, Marissa.
google avatar

Yelp
Surprisingly, this was one of the best places we visited during our weekend getaway in Paso Robles! Maybe because it was unique and totally unexpected... I've tried olive oil and balsamic vinegar in stores but never as a real tasting. We tasted 4 different olive oils and some flavored/herb infused olive oils that were paired with herbs and vinegar. Items very tasty and I have to say their bread was amazing. Would've totally purchased a bread haha! The olive oils cost between 45-50 per bottle, I wish they had a smaller bottle (about half the size) so one could buy different flavors They also have a store downtown. Both stores carry the same items.
google avatar

Phillip Z.

Yelp
I'm a sucker for olive oil. But this is good fat right? Well, at least that's what I told myself as I sampled at least 10 different flavors! Pasolivo Ranch offers olive oil tastings for free, and paired with some of the most delicious bread I've ever had. I joked that I'd gladly take a loaf to go (full disclosure, I would have totally taken the loaf if they gave it to me!). This stop was surprisingly one of my favorite highlights of the weekend in the central coast wine country. The olive oil is delicious and the shop has a variety of other products that pair well with it like the truffle salt (which I also bought!). If you don't feel like making the haul out to the ranch, they also have a shop in downtown Paso Robles right off the main square. We were visiting some nearby wineries so it made a nice side trip to mix up all the alcohol. And let's face it, the bottle of olive oil will last a lot longer than any bottle of wine you just bought!
google avatar

Melissa L.

Yelp
Pasolivio is an experience and 100% a place you should put on your travel list to break up all of the wine tasting. Who doesn't love sampling olive oils and spices? You come for the olive oil tasting which is so fun (and with all of the bread filling). It's a meal and an experience all in one. You pay for the tasting and walk away with about $100 of goodies it feels like haha. But I also have no self control so I'm not saying it will cost you that much. The oils are a bit pricey but worth every penny. The selection here is unreal! I'm a sucker for their classic olive oil but it was all the spice mixes that really impressed me. Walked away with their Italian seasoning blend and need to go back for the chimichuri blend. The girls that all worked here were fantastic, so sweet and helpful. Everyone was really doing their best to get people served and ring up the orders. The reason for the docked star was that it was just a bit of a stressful visit. We came peak summer covid time and I'm thinking people were just sick of being stuck inside because this spot was packed! As a result service suffered and it was a bit hectic. The day we came every bench outside was full and it appeared they were short staffed. They essentially had only 2-3 women hustling around trying to serve and a new hire they were also teaching as they went. It appeared to be the perfect storm, they were just so busy they couldn't get ahead of it. You could just see and hear stress! And again, they were lovely and kind, it wasn't bad service because they didn't care or something, it was just bad timing I guess with minimal staff and a lot of customers. In listening to their stress it was clear none of them had breaks and they were running around for hours straight and then adding having a staff who was brand new and couldn't really do things for herself I felt the stress with them. For that reason it wasn't an A+ experience just because we waited a long time for service (which was totally understandable as we saw them trying their best) and just that energy of having a sinking ship shift for the day didn't make it the relaxing fun environment I could tell this place would probably be. Again, the girls were lovely and this was just a rough day. The oils and spices were amazing. It was fun for the most part. We all loved it despite the struggle and I know I'd be back and can hopefully give them the 5 stars I know they deserved.

Yelp
DO NOT JOIN THEIR CLUB MEMBERSHIP!!! Terrible service. No communication and unauthorized charges to my credit card. Blocking any future charges with credit card company.

Regina G.

Yelp
BUYER BEWARE! Business is a scam. They charge your credit card without approval or sending any product. It is a nightmare to try to rectify. It's been over ONE YEAR and it continues over and over and over.

Nancy M.

Yelp
I love the products, however their club shipping is in need of a major overhaul. I received the email from the owner and he is addressing the issue. Until the issues are fixed (waiting since September28th for my club order) I have cancelled my membership. Its a shame.
google avatar

Jim G.

Yelp
Their products are wonderful. High quality and very enjoyable. But don't join the club. I've been trying to cancel for three months. They don't answer the phone or response to emails. I've contacted them three to five times by each method. And another shipment is now scheduled, which I refuse to pay for. We've been club members for well over a year, but I would prefer to buy in person. Now that's at risk too, as the service by phone and email for club members is literally non-existent. I'm not sure why they even publish there phone number and email address.

Denisse A.

Yelp
I love visiting the Pasolivo Ranch and always recommend this spot to my friends and family. It's the perfect place to reset if you've spent the majority of your Paso Robles trip going to wine tastings. Plus, it's family friendly! The ranch offers a unique experience that I cannot get enough of--it's so beautiful and serene. They have an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff that walks you through the entire tasting. It's my favorite place in Paso Robles!

Edward V.

Yelp
After 8 calls, no one seems to know where my order is. Ordered a gift to be delivered for a birthday, but after 10 days the tracking number still only says "label created". Whatever you do, don't order anything that requires delivery . Horrible shipping and delivery service.

Dori S.

Yelp
I have been a club member for over 5 yrs but these last two club shipments have been nightmare. They charged my CC and have not received my order going on 3 weeks. I disputed the charge now. Called several phone numbers emailed various people and finally talked to someone from the store but now she has yet to call me back to update. The company has gone downhill with their club. Will be canceling the membership and such a disappointment to see their CS and management that has gone downhill.
google avatar

Amanda H.

Yelp
As we were headed to our next wine tasting we spotted Pasolivo and stopped in on the fly. So glad we did because it was one of the best oil tastings we've done. Morgan was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable about the olive oil (to be expected) but her knowledge of how to use the oils in everyday cooking was next level and a reason why we ended up buying bottles. Will definitely be back!
google avatar

Lynnette M.

Yelp
Enter the soothing, green-hued tasting room, step up to the counter, and treat your palate to the multitude of flavors and combinations of olive oil, spices and salts they have to offer. Tasting with bread or gluten-free crackers is available, making it the perfect stop in between wineries. The reasonably-priced Member packs are generously filled to the brim, along with recipes and suggestions on the many ways to enjoy the bounty within. Pasolivo is a perfect stop for out-of-town guests, for gift purchases, and just to indulge your own senses. A must try: the unbelievably heady Truffle Sea Salt with any of their infused oils. Yelp
Delicious olive oil! I'd suggest you make a reservation to be safe. You can do your tasting inside or outside. The property is pretty big. I absolutely love their cilantro lime and red jalapeño oils. They have great balsamics as well.

Yelp
We stopped in after going to the store in downtown Paso... we had a great experience at both locations.... so many wonderful flavors for both oils and vinegars. We bought a few items each visit and I know I will be ordering more when we use it up!!! Both of the ladies that helped us (the lovely lady from the downtown shop was at the each when we visited) we super helpful. We enjoyed our tasting so much that I didn't get pictures!

Yelp
Best California balsamic I've had. Rivals aged Italian vinegars. The chocolate balsamic is awesome on vanilla ice cream, we added a few berries.

Yelp
We had the best experience tasting olive oils, vinegars, and seasonings! Our host, Sarah, was so lovely and gave the best experience while we were tasting. The oils are so fresh and flavorful, and the vinegars are to die for! Great time and great products.

Yelp
Paso Robles is one of my favorite places to visit, and every time I'm in town I make sure to stop by Pasolivo for a tasting. It's such a fun and unique experience and the products are delicious. My personal favorites are the Rosemary olive oil and truffle salt. I have recommended Pasolivo to several friends and everyone who has tried it has absolutely loved it!

Yelp
The Pasolivo Ranch is a must visit every time I come to Paso Robles! I highly recommend doing a tasting. The amazing staff walks you through all the different blends of oils, vinegars and spices, helping you find the best combination of flavors. Super easy to get to and the location is beautiful. I never leave empty handed!

Yelp
My husband and I drove down Vineyard Dr to go wine tasting last week. We didn't have a plan, just decided to turn into whichever winery looked interesting. All of a sudden I saw this olive oil tasting room and vrooom . . . into to property we went! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the welcome committee and a wonderful lady, Suzanne, took us 'by the hand' and shared the wonders of all their oils for the next 1/2 hour. It was wonderful! We got to taste each and every blend and even pair up seasonings. It was so helpful and interesting. Suzanne was amazing and even took us on a private tour of their back room where all the magic happens. Of course, we ended up being a couple DAYS late for the harvest, but even then, I was impressed they had the whole thing cleaned up like new. All the machines were shiny and ready for their winter naps. They've got a great membership: The Press Club. It is free (no annual fees either) and gives you 15% off everything, including their other products in-house and online. It was such a great deal! I didn't feel like they were squeezing our pockets dry like other membership clubs. This made sense. It showed us the owners know they've got a great product, want it to be affordable for everyone and want it's members to have a great lifelong relationship. All I can say is, we're in! I love olive oil, it's healthy properties and its versatility. Thank you Pasolivo!
