It is unfortunate that my sales professional was unable to listen and deliver my request for a round pearl! Despite my request to purchase a round pearl, I was sold this irregular shaped pearl. I have contacted the store manager only to be upsold a round pearl for an additional $3,000. This is an unacceptable sales practice. Buyers beware, and men, look carefully at what you are sold, as neither the sales reps nor the store manager seem capable of delivering a request for a rounded pearl during the sales process!

One particular member of your sales staff does not need to tell clients her 5 year old granddaughter wears $1500 pearl studs. An over the top sales woman who should be able to read her customers. There would definitely have been a sale but we felt she thought she was superior to us. We may not have looked as if we had money as we were not in designer clothes. Apparently looks are deceiving. FYI on arriving back in Brisbane my friend did buy her daughter a pair of magnificent pearl studs. $1355.00

Good friendly staff. Nice clean store. Very welcoming. Some of the items are quite over priced though. Similar items can be bought cheaper in other stores. There are lots of car parking close by so shopping can be done in a nice easy fashion.
