Great experience! I went to Pasquale’s Italian Ristorante with my sister, who was visiting Winnipeg from the UK and wanted to try Italian food. The atmosphere was cozy and very clean. Our server, Shelley, was amazing, super kind and welcoming. The food quality and taste were excellent. My sister had a gluten-free pizza and loved it. Prices felt average to slightly above average, but worth it. The food took a little longer than expected to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait. I really enjoyed the experience and will definitely come back!

Love this spot! Foods constantly amazing, deserts are fresh and their drinks are well balanced. Great for pasta lovers, I recommend the Italian margarita and the shrimp pasta they’ve had both times I’ve gone. Service is with a smile and an airy roof top patio makes for great atmosphere. The only thing that we found odd was the water already poured and set on the table we sat at. We couldn’t really tell if they had been left by the previous guests or if they just water all the tables previous? Either way it was slightly off putting and we grabbed new glasses.

This is only our 2nd time in Pasquale’s, we were around the area and I remembered we enjoyed our first visit so we decided to drop by for lunch on a Wednesday. Started off with a Cappuccino and We ordered the Ravioli Bolognese which was very good, the sauce has a nice sweet and tart flavour from the tomatoes and the cheese balances everything, Also ordered the Burrata Ala Pistachio pizza and it is a must try for sure! Pesto and arugula brings a herby note while the pistachio cream complements the mozzarella and burrata really well. We also tried their Mussels in sambuco chilli cream which pairs perfectly with the garlic toast. Highly recommend Pasquale’s and we will definitely be coming back to try their other dishes.

Amazing food and service! Our server was Sabrina and she was so sweet, so helpful with the menu and drink recommendations. Now THE FOOD: I got the Fettuccine Pistachio Florentina and it was beyond delicious and flavorful. Hubby got the Penne Vodka Ala Burrata. Both the dishes were so amazing we wanted to swim in them. Our daughter got the kids Mac and cheese with chicken and we ate half her food before we got ours lol. (Don’t worry she didn’t finish it anyway she’s 4). Point being, don’t miss this spot in the heart of Winnipeg for amazing, heart melting, eye closing, foodgasm, delicious Italian food!

First time here and I have to say, the experience was amazing, and the food was even better. We tried the Strombolli Philly Cheesesteak and the Fogetaboutit and it was really good! If you’re ever in the area, stop but for lunch and you won’t regret! Yes sir!!

I cannot believe how high the reviews are on this place. But I will go through why it got a 3 stars and why we won't be recommending it. First off our servers were great- attentive and brought out fresh focaccia generously. No issues with them- they would get a 5 stars on service alone but alas this is about the food. We tried a bit of everything in my opinion, the calamari was definitely the best thing we got - really good but not the best in the city. Bread baskets were tasty. The pasta for the price is average- nothing to rave about - we tried three different kinds - not bad not great. The pizza was the worst pizza I've ever had - it was so dry and like almost on the verge of being burnt- barely any sauce - it tasted like you paid for pizza at a kids birthday party where you get it along with the room in a party booking package- disgusting. The minestrone soup below average - nothing amazing. The dessert - we tried two kinds - good but nothing we would come back for. For your birthday instead of giving you a free dessert they give you a $10 coupon to try and get you to come back instead. Far from good food for the price.

We celebrated a special birthday dinner and decided to try this Winnipeg legacy restaurant. We snagged a spot on the rooftop patio, which had a cozy feel. We didn’t spend much time inside, but from what we saw, the interior looked clean but the main floor lighting seemed very bright, so it may not be ideal if you're planning a more intimate or special occasion meal. Also, add extra time to try to find parking. Parking is an issue. As for the food, everything was delicious! The calamari was tender and served in a standard portion. I had the Antipasto salad, which was flavourful and the soup was overflowing. Both of our pasta entrées were very tasty; the Sambuca Chili Cream Pasta was creamy, rich, and just the right amount of spicy, while the other entrée had a tomato sauce that was truly next level. The bread bowl was appreciated as we waited in between courses. The price point for each of the dishes was appreciated and the food was very good. I must note that service was very slow. Even with a reservation, we were seated and were left waiting at the table for almost 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. However, the service picked up a bit after that, and our server was friendly and kind. Overall, if you're in the mood for a delicious, home-cooked Italian meal, give Pasquale’s a try.
