Lovely hotel, great restaurant downstairs, they always say eat where the locals go. Friendly staff. Rooms are not plush, but very comfortable and pleasant. Will go again.

Over a very nice bistrot, you can enter by there or by an alley harry potter style.|It was clean and confortable. Had eating and you couldn't hear a sound from outside or downstairs. Very central, could visit all city by foot and ealk to the train station. Deposit for bags with easy acess.

We had booked a table for dinner but had to wait a long time for it to become available. Not really a fault on the restaurant, but a pain nonetheless. My veggie pasta was well cooked and the pasta was not sloppy at all. Good beer selection, and I went for the Tripel D'Anvers.

This hotel is over 100 years old and lacks a lift. If you have heavy and large luggage, you must carry them through a narrow passage and up the narrow stairs. The rooms look old, and the toilet is so small that when you close the door, your knees hit it. A larger person might not even be able to close the door. There’s no basin in the toilet; you need to walk to the other side of the room to wash your hands. The shower has just a half-frosted glass with no door, so you basically shower and step out into the room! I was horrified by the layout. My friend complained that there’s no door on the shower, so she would have to cover herself up as her roommate was right in front of the toilet. My friend booked this hotel after reading good reviews. I have no idea why so many reviews said it is beautiful and the food was nice. It is not beautiful at all and looks old. The moment you open the room door, it hits a cabinet! The only good thing about this hotel is its location near shopping streets. The restaurant below serves lousy food; everything was too salty, and the ribs were tough. Stew was salty and hard. The average price for a main dish was €25 to €30. They even charge extra for bread and hot water (€2.50 each). I would not recommend anyone book this hotel.

This is one of the best locations in Brugge. You're very close to the bus stop which is one stop away from the train station. 5-10 minute walk to any part of the centrum. The beds in the rooms are super comfortable with very good linens. The shower worked well. Some of the rooms do not have a door to the bathroom which isn't ideal but there are the restaurants bathrooms close in case you need some more privacy. The black out curtain in the bedroom was amazing and the diffuser they use makes it smell amazing. Only reason it is a 2 star hotel is there is no 24 hour concierge but it has the finishes of a high level hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights in December with Family booking a standard double and a triple. This is now a beautiful Hotel rather than the Hostel it was previously.||Hotel is above Gran Kaffee de passage and rooms have been recently renovated. If you arrive before check in at 3 you can access the luggage room so you can’t start exploring Bruges. It’s in a very good location just off one of the main shopping streets.||Our rooms were nicely decorated in theme with this beautiful building. Very large comfy bed and quality bedding. Great shower supplied with shower gel, shampoos and soap. Room safe, plenty of hanging space but no kettle or tea making facilities. The double room was really good and essentially warm on what was a very cold weekend. Our triple room was at the front of the building with beautiful picture windows and high ceilings, unfortunately when renovated the only heating added was via an air conditioning unit which could also heat. It was not adequate for the room and our room was freezing for the first night, however when I spoke to staff in the morning they apologised and provided an extra heater. They really need to address this or have the extra heater in the room permanently.||Breakfast was nice, fresh bread and pastries, ham, cheese, jams etc and eggs. I would recommend pre booking before you arrive.||We also ate in the restaurant on the Saturday night which was really good and important to note we could not hear any noise in our room from the busy restaurant.||I would absolutely recommend staying here if you are looking for well priced accommodation in Bruges.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. |Whilst we visited the Christmas markets. ||Great location.|Great room. ||Only slight downside was travelling with 2x females, there was only 1 very small mirror and that was in the bathroom. ||To make it a 9/10 it would have been nice to have tea or coffee in the room.

Poor service at the restaurant and not tasty meal. Would not come back. Had dinner at the restaurant with 3 people. Dinner started with fresh tasty bread and butter. We placed order and had to wait for 1 hour for it. Before dishes were served, we were asked to change the table. While we were thinking about it, waitress said that we can stay at the same table. Then finally dinner arrived. One of the dishes was sweet spare ribs, it was served over burned, very dry and too salty. When we pointed it out to the waitress, she just said “aaah”, nothing to apologise for not tasty meal.
