Great place for nice food The atmosphere is fantastic with indoor and outdoor dining spaces The layout and the presentation is great Good selection of salads and sandwiches Desserts and drinks 2 call-outs which was not good The mixed beans salad was not fresh- it got a bit stale taste Also the hot chocolate was not strong enough- very average Service is ok but the staff gets panic and mixed up plates. Need to prepare one bill together as one of our dishes were done 1st and the 2nd one took almost 8 more mins. So the 1st one was already cold

Atmosphere is good. The upstairs dining place too. Everything was going good till I found a hair in my salad. The salad was replaced but no apology.

Don’t come here if you need to do some work and enjoy a quiet time. They intentionally throttled the wifi internet speed. And the cold cuts platter is super not worth it, has almost nothing on it. But has a nice European vibe, get one beer and then go

Passione restaurant in Hong Kong is a great spot, especially if you're looking for a friendly service & tasty food. The lady from Nepal was super friendly and patient, taking the time to answer all your questions . And the coffee? Really good!. The mozzarella sandwich was amazing especially the focaccia bread. They seem to have a variety of options, including French and Italian dishes.

I'm a regular customer and I absolutely love everything at this cafe - the food and coffee is delicious and the service is excellent! :) All the staff there are very friendly and helpful... and Maria and John always take care to make the most lovely looking cafe lattes and cappuccino for me, really appreciate it ☕️🫶🩷🩷🩷

Disappointing service Been here a few times, but today their service really put me off. We have only been sitting there for less than an hour when the waitress came up and hinted us to leave b/c we were almost finished. There were many vacant seats both indoor and outdoor, and we couldn’t see any customer waiting to be seated. If you have restricted eating time, pls at least let us know beforehand. It was really offensive to us.

I visited this place on New Year's Eve and had a wonderful time. The food and wine were excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. What really stood out was Jhade—so friendly, cheerful, and attentive. Jhade’s kindness and positive energy made the evening feel special and turned it into the perfect way to end the year.

Good food. Fast friendly service. Recommended!
