Beautiful and quaint coffee shop with both sweets and savoury treats. The Cronut here was the highlight of my visit; rich, creamy, and full of flavor, with real vanilla pod in the custard that made it truly stand out. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the staff, who came across as quite monotone and serious, lacking the warmth you’d expect in a coffee shop setting. Also, the iced coffee was disappointing, half of it was just frothed milk, which really threw off the balance. A mix of highs and lows for this establishment but I would recommend you try their desserts!

Pastelería Mallorca has good quality products and everything is beautifully presented. We had the tostada with salmon, which was fresh and tasty, but at 13 euros, it felt a bit overpriced for what it was. The almond croissant, on the other hand, was absolutely delicious — definitely worth trying! The service could be improved — it was a bit slow, with just one person taking orders while several others seemed to be rolling around without much coordination. It’s a nice spot, but next time we’d go for one of their pastries or other options rather than the pricier toasts.

We visited Mallorca Pastelería in Madrid after hearing so much about its reputation, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. The pastries we ordered were extremely disappointing — they tasted stale, dry, and lacked any real flavor. Given the high expectations and premium pricing, we were genuinely surprised by the poor quality. As shown in the attached photo, the desserts were barely touched before we gave up on them. It's a shame, because the presentation and branding suggest a much better experience. I hope this was just an off day, but based on what we had, we definitely won't be returning.

Excellent service from Gladys who was very knowledgable and friendly. Elegant surroundings with great attention to detail. Food (sweets) looked good but were just ok, nothing special.

Great place to stop by and have a great coffee and cake! I tried two desserts and both were phenomenal! Gladys helped me with the choice and was very kind! Nice atmosphere, elegant audience and relaxing time! Thumbs up!

Delicious cakes and pastries for a properly special sweet treat. Gladys (our server) went out of her way to patiently explain the options. Five stars!

Iris was so sweet and prompt. The food was excellent- first time for gazpacho and it was so good I may come back again tomorrow. Beautiful sitting on the patio and all the servers were cheery and kind. I’m practicing my Spanish and they went east on me. 😆

- The salted caramel and peanut goutdhestia dessert was delicious, fresh and soft on the inside. - The truffles were decent but didn’t stand out.
