Great place to stop by and have a great coffee and cake! I tried two desserts and both were phenomenal! Gladys helped me with the choice and was very kind! Nice atmosphere, elegant audience and relaxing time! Thumbs up!

Delicious cakes and pastries for a properly special sweet treat. Gladys (our server) went out of her way to patiently explain the options. Five stars!

Excellent service from Gladys who was very knowledgable and friendly. Elegant surroundings with great attention to detail. Food (sweets) looked good but were just ok, nothing special.

Food is really good, from the little sandwiches, salads to the pastries. Price is reasonable and a real local hot spot. Great location in kalye Serrano. Can just get a bit crowded but other than that great place to eat good quick deli style food. You can even sit outside and people watch!

Too many cardboard boxes! In 2024, a company of this reputation should not be wasting so much cardboard unnecessarily. They should be adopting environmentally friendly alternatives instead. That said, the atmosphere, service, and the amazing toilet definitely justify the higher price of the coffee. It's a very beautiful place.
