Best Pasticcioto we had during our trip, and we had them all!! Wish I could eat one of theirs every day (and also not put on weight 😅)

Art can be conceived in many ways ... This is the real Art of the south. The one and only. When the past meets the present. Only Ascalone's can be called real Pasticciotti. The rest Is noise!

You should try the 'pasticciotti'. They are the most delicious ones we tasted.

PASTICCIOTTI is the must. I suggest you get there opening time, so the pasticciotti will still be hot and you will have a chance to get them. Since it is a family business, they are not able to make a lot. And they run out quickly. Possibly, you will queue, but nothing dramatic. They accept card (not sure about Amex). It's an old and traditional spot of Galatina.

Originator and still best pasticciotto in the land. Why do I like this place? They make their pasticciotto in only the traditional way, cream filling, no coffee just pastries, and family run for ten generations (since 1745).

You do not only have to taste the PASTICCIOTTI but all the other biscotti as well - otherwise you might miss something. Hint: amaretti!!

pasticciotto is great, the place itself is very tiny - do not expect to get a table there. possible to pay by card
