Definitely 💯 recommended. Been there twice on my trip to Rome and it was delicious, fresh bread, all of them, salty and sweet, staff were nice 👍. Depending the hours can be a little bit crowded but definitely worth the price and taste

Beautiful Pasticceria with nice service and quality. I’ve traveled to Rome quite a few times during the last couple of years. And I always eat my breakfast and sometimes my aperitif at this pasticceria. I have never experienced an unfriendly service or different prices. And I have never experienced being treated different (as a tourist). So I cannot agree with the bad recommendations in here. In fact, it is a beautiful family owned nice place with amazing quality in food. And I’ve seen a lot, trust me! Big recommendation!

Neighborhood café with good pastries and even lunch (at least on weekdays). Conveniently located and -priced.

This place was close to Airbnb and we gave a try. There are many types or salty and sweet food and they are fresh and really tasty. The staff is super kind and helping . One lady helped us with her recommendations and they were unforgettable. The prices are reasonable. Recommended

We lived right up this place during our trip to Rome, so we had breakfast here almost every day. Their pastry was so good, and the coffee excellent. Their gelato may not be as well known as the one at the end of the street, but I must say it's much better. We will miss this place.

Food was good but the service was a little rude. The man that worked as a barista was not smiling at all and not even looking at me. They forgot to give me all the things I ordered and I felt like a burden having to ask them multiple times. Two women at the register did smile and they were friendly but overall I didn't like the vibe. I will go somewhere where I feel like I'm really welcome.

BEST SPOT IN ROME!!! If only I could give more than five stars! This café/panaterria is so magnificent!! The service is a thousand gold stars!! Especially Davis!! I’m not sure if that is how his name is spelled but he is one of the waiters there and he is what makes this place so so special!! Always greeting me by my name each day, making me feel like a super star! He works so hard and seems to do it effortlessly! His English is great and was totally willing to practice my Italian with me too. The food!!! OMG!! Oh mio Dio!!! Every pastry, every savory, every dolce was mouthwatering delicioso!! The coffee, the cocktails! I could go on and on, oh wait, I am!! And the Ostiense area of Rome is by far my favorite! This is where I stayed while visiting my daughter who was studying there. Go to this place and eat as many treats as possible. I went up a pants size but totally worth it!! Thank you DAVIS and all the staff there! You made my visit in Rome so so special! I will be back, CERTO!! Grazie mille!!

If you’re in the area, it’s a good lunch spot for some light pasta and enough pastries to keep you busy. I probably wouldn’t head down here specifically again. They have plenty of seating outside and in to accommodate all. It seems quite a mixed place: some tourists, some locals. There’s a very relaxed atmosphere.
